Ellen DeGeneres was all wrapped up in her sleep. She was feeling weak after a long flight from Paris. In as much as she fought to keep awake, her eyelids betrayed her and soon she gave way into sleep.
She was fast asleep when she noticed a heavy weight on her body. The warmth encircled on her bare body. Her lips were covered in his wetness.
A moan escaped my lips.
"Urghhh". She opened her eyes only to see him.
She was gone for just a week and he never bothered to check up on her during her absence. He never asked her about her whereabouts. All he cared about was sex.
But now, he was on her like an angry lion pinning her down as though she was a huge prey with his huge masculine features about to devour his prey.
Her heart sunk in her stomach as tears filled through her eyes and made their way through the left corner of her eyes.
Well, what could she expect? She never expected more. Her marriage was just a contract with no love string attached. Her contract husband got married to her as a result of her father's wish.
*FLASHBACK*
On his sick bed, Edwin Ellison called his daughter Ellen and demanded privacy between them. Her stepmom and step sisters felt jealous. They tried to deny her access to see him but she smuggled her way in with the help of the doctor. When they got to find out about it. They muttered unheard words as they left.
"Ellen". He coughed weakly. She was all teary and was scared of the unknown. The sickness had eaten him so deep.
The doctor confirmed there was a fifty-percent chance of survival.
In as much as she was optimistic about his recovery,he wasn't and his words spoke for him.
"Father, please reserve your energy and recover quickly" she sounded with a light of hope.
A faint smile escaped his lips. The same smile her mother had when she died. The fear was quite evident all over her. She had feared it might happen again. What would become of her?
Her stepmom would eventually carry out her threat against her. She would throw her away in the street. She doesn't know anyone out there in the city. She has been conserved after her mother's death. Her father remarried inorder to make her feel better but it only worsened the case. Her step mother turned her to her maid whenever her father was out on his Long work trip. Tears rolled down her eyes
Even in his sick state he was jovial, a trait she had inherited from him. She wished the smile he had in his face was that of the hope to live again.
" Ellen, grant me one wish". Her Father pleaded weakly. She adjusted and sat upright. He stretched out his hands and took them in hers.
"Consider my wishes before I am finally called home". He pleaded, staring at her for approval. Tears streamed down her face.
" Dad, listen you are going nowhere, you are never going to leave me, will you?". A hoarse sound was heard. Her Father tried to laugh.
Ellen's vision was blurred due to the clouded tears that were incessantly flowing.
"You will marry Carl Hoffman. The son of Hoffman II, the richest billionaire in the country. She shook her head in disapproval.
She sprang up to her feet. Was her dad serious about her getting married to the famous Carl Hoffman? The ruthless guy that made her life miserable back then in college when she got a scholarship to study with the rich kids. That's impossible.
