"James, we need to discuss this thoroughly," Ananya said as she helped organize the papers on James' desk. The two of them are busy formulating a new project for their foundation, but there are things they need to deal with before moving on.

James sat down next to Ananya, took her hand and looked at her seriously. "What's bothering you, love? I know you're thinking about something," James asked, full of concern.

Ananya sighed, feeling the weight of the situation. "James, I know every project we do is important, but sometimes I feel like we're leaving other aspects of our lives behind. We're in the middle of a lot of things-work, family, foundations-and I can't help but ask if I see do we still have the bigger picture."

James stared silently into Ananya's eyes. He knew his wife was right. With the amount of things they do, sometimes they forget to make time for things that are also important in their relationship. "Honey, I understand. Sometimes, we get so focused on work and projects that we forget to pay attention to the things that will make us stronger as a couple. But I want you to know that I'm willing to take steps to maintain balance ."

Ananya smiled, feeling relieved. "James, I just want us to always remember that there are things that can't be measured by success at work or at the foundation. Our relationship is the most important. No matter how important these projects are, it's also important that we don't lose each other and one."

"I know, Ananya," James replied, pulling her close and hugging her tenderly. "I wouldn't trade our moments together. So from now on, I'm going to make sure we have time for ourselves-not just at work, but in our relationship."

The next day, Ananya called an important meeting for the core members of the foundation. Lara, Karim, and several other longtime colleagues were there. This time, Ananya introduced the new project they are focusing on-a community center that will provide education and livelihood training for youth and women in remote areas.

"Our goal is not just to provide temporary help. We want to open opportunities for them to have their own livelihood," Ananya explained while showing the plans in front of the group. "We need to make sure that every step is sustainable and meaningful to their future."

Karim agreed, seeing the potential of this project. "Ananya, this is exactly what these communities need. But we also have challenges to face. How can we ensure that we have enough funding and skills for those who will use the community center?"

James arranged his documents and spoke. "Karim is right. We need a solid plan for long-term sustainability. If we work together with local governments and private investors with the same goal, we can do it better."

After a long discussion, everyone agreed on the next steps. Everyone has their own role, and everyone is full of hope that the new project will succeed.

Despite being busy with their projects, James and Ananya make sure they make time for each other. One night, they decided to go on a date in a quiet place near their house. They haven't been doing it for a long time because of their many responsibilities.
