Chapter 1 Blissful Beginning

Tatiana's Point of View

"ARGHH!!!" I screamed as soon as I read the message that I just received in my mail, I read it for over five times and refreshed my inbox multiple times just to confirm if it was true or not and also to see that I wasn't dreaming. When I finally confirmed it, I screamed excitedly and rushed into the bedroom to relay the good news to Scott while the maids were staring at me as if I had lost my mind.

He was working away on his laptop so that he didn't even notice my entrance. Nevertheless, I walked further into the room and jumped on him while he was lying on the bed.

"Aww!!! Babe!! You wanna kill me?" H scolded as he continued typing on his laptop. I quickly carried his laptop and closed it.

"Give that back to me right this instance" He demanded while standing up slowly from the bed and moving towards me in slow mo.

"What are you doing? Stay right where you are, don't you dare come towards me" I said as I started an attempt to run towards the door but I suddenly yelped when he held my waist and lifted me off my feet.

"Put me down this instance, you this brute!!!" I screamed as I hit him on his shoulders.

Suddenly, he laid me on the bed and cowered over me and started peppering my face with kisses that I started giggling sheepishly.

"Scott, please stop!!" I screamed in excitement.

"So what is it that you want to tell me?" He asked.

"Guess" I said as I wasn't ready to let the cat out of the bag just yet.

"Ohhh!!!! You want me to kiss you until you run out of breath" He replied as he winked at Mr naughtily.

"Not that, you pervert!!! Though I like the sound of that" I scolded hitting his chest.

"So, what can that be my angel?" He queried.

"Baby, I....I.....I" I stuttered inorder to put him in suspense.

"You what? Or are you pregnant? Am I going to be a father?" He asked.

"No, not that" I said as his face fell, like seriously, was he expecting to become pregnant?

"So what's it?" He asked as he became more curious.

"I GOT THE JOB!!!!!" I screamed as his eyes widened in surprise.

"A job? What?!" Scott exclaimed, his eyes widening in surprise. "Which company?"

"Lankmark!" I replied, as I started bouncing on the bed with excitement. "They sent me an email offering me a job as their designer!"

"That's amazing, baby!" Scott said, his face lighting up. "You deserve it. You're a great designer."

"Thanks, Scott. I'm so excited about this opportunity. Landmark is such a big name in the industry. I can't believe it!"

We spent the rest of the day talking about strategies and plans for my new job at Landmark. I couldn't wait to start working with them and to see what the future held for me. It was truly a dream come true.

I left the room and came back an hour later and we started discussing.

Minutes later, one of the maids Heidel, came knocking and informed us that dinner was ready.

We walked hand in hand to the dinning area and say to have our meal.

"Hey, Tatiana. I'm really proud of you for getting this job at Landmark. It's a huge step forward for us and our business," Scott said, giving me a warm hug. "I know you'll do great things there."

"Thank you, Scott. I couldn't have done it without your support. You've always believed in me and pushed me to be better," I replied, returning his hug.

"It's because I know how talented you are, babe. You've always been the driving force behind our success," Scott said, his eyes filled with love and admiration.

As we sat together, discussing the future of our business and our personal lives, I couldn't help but feel grateful for everything we had achieved so far. It was a journey filled with ups and downs, but we had always managed to come out stronger on the other side.

"I'm excited to see where this new chapter takes us," I said, looking into Scott's eyes. "And I'm glad to have you by my side every step of the way."

"Me too, Tatiana. Me too," Scott replied, leaning in for a tender kiss.

We continued our dinner in happiness.

Scott's Point of View

We continued to talk and plan for the future, our hands intertwined on the couch. As the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over us, I couldn't help but feel content. Tatiana was my rock, my partner in crime, and my best friend. She was the love of my life, and I was forever grateful for her presence in my world.

"You know, Tatiana, I was thinking..." I started, my voice trailing off as I looked at her with a mischievous glint in my eyes. "What do you say we take a little trip somewhere? Just the two of us, somewhere we've never been before."

"That sounds amazing, Scott. Where were you thinking of going?" She asked, my heart already racing with excitement at the thought of this new adventure.

"Well, I was thinking about Paris. You know, the City of Love," I replied, my smile growing wider. "What do you say? Will you go with me?"

She couldn't contain her excitement any longer. "Yes, of course, Scott! Paris would be incredible. When do you want to go?"

"How about next month? We can plan everything out and make it a surprise for you," I suggested, my fingers tracing patterns on her hand.

"That's perfect, Scott. Thank you so much for thinking of this," She said, leaning in to kiss him again, which I gladly welcomed. As we continued to plan our trip to Paris, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this woman who had brought so much joy and love into my life.

"I hope this moment lasts forever," I whispered, my heart full of hope and anticipation for the future.

We spent the rest of the evening planning our trip to Paris, researching flights, hotels, and must-see attractions. It was a dream come true for both of us, and we couldn't wait to experience all that the City of Love had to offer.

As the night wore on, we grew more and more comfortable with each other, our bodies melting into one another on the couch. The gentle rhythm of our breathing and the soft rustling of clothes was the only sound in the room. It was a peaceful moment, one that I knew I would cherish forever.

Tatiana leaned in close to me, her lips brushing against my ear. "I love you, Scott," she whispered, her voice filled with emotion.

"I love you too, Tatiana," I replied, my voice shaking slightly. "You're my everything."

We shared a tender kiss, our hearts beating in sync as we drifted off to sleep in each other's arms. I couldn't help but feel grateful for this woman who had become my entire world. She was my everything, my soulmate, and my forever.

As I drifted off to sleep, I couldn't help but think about our upcoming trip to Paris. It was going to be magical, just like our love story. And I knew that no matter what the future held, as long as we had each other, we could face anything together.

"I love you my world," I whispered into the darkness, my heart full of hope and love for the woman who had changed my life forever.

(The Following Morning)

Scott's Point Of View

We woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and excited for our trip to Paris. After breakfast, we went shopping for some essentials like clothes and toiletries. We also bought a few souvenirs to remember our time in Paris by.

(At The Airport)

We were buzzing with excitement as they waited at the airport gate. The moment was finally here.

"Can't believe we're really going to Paris?" Tatiana asked, her eyes sparkling with anticipation.

"I still can't quite wrap my head around it," I replied, grinning from ear to ear. "It feels like a dream."

As we boarded the plane, we were greeted by the friendly flight attendants and settled into our seats. The plane took off, and soon, we were soaring above the clouds.

During the flight, we chatted about our favorite places to visit in Paris, the food we wanted to try, and the sights we couldn't wait to see. We were both well-versed in French culture and history, so we had plenty to talk about.

"I love you Scott, so darn much!!!" Tatiana said as she hugged me while I returned the hug.

We embraced for what felt like an eternity, our hearts beating in unison. As we landed in Paris, we were both overwhelmed with emotion,

(The Following Day)

As we walked around the city, hand in hand, we marveled at the beautiful architecture and scenery. We visited the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, and the Notre-Dame Cathedral. Each place was more breathtaking than the last.

One night, we decided to have a romantic dinner at a quaint French restaurant. The waiter brought out a bottle of red wine, and we toasted to our love and the amazing trip we were on.

Over the course of our trip, we grew even closer. We shared our dreams, our fears, and our hopes for the future. We talked about getting married and starting a family, and I couldn't imagine a better life than the one we were building together.

As our trip came to an end, we knew that we had made memories that would last a lifetime. We held hands as we walked through the airport, our hearts filled with gratitude for the time we had spent together.

"Tatiana, I love you more than anything in this world," I said, looking into her eyes.

"I love you too, Scott," she replied, her voice filled with emotion. "You've given me a love that I never thought possible."

We shared a tender kiss, our love for each other growing stronger with every passing moment.

As we strolled hand in hand through the cobblestone streets of Paris, the warmth of Tatiana's touch sent shivers down my spine. The city was alive with love and romance, and I couldn't help but feel grateful for the woman by my side.

We stopped at a small bistro for dinner, where the aroma of freshly baked bread and rich, red wine filled the air. The waiter brought out a candlelit dessert tray, and Tatiana's eyes lit up at the sight of the decadent treats.

"Tatiana, would you like to share a dessert with me?" I asked, my heart racing in anticipation of her answer.

"Yes, I would love that," she replied, a blush spreading across her cheeks.

We ordered a chocolate mousse and a raspberry tart, and as we savored every bite, our conversation flowed effortlessly. We talked about our dreams, our fears, and the future we wanted to build together.

"Scott, there's something I've been meaning to ask you," Tatiana said, her voice quivering with emotion.

"Anything, my love," I replied, reaching across the table to hold her hand.

"Do you love me?" she asked, her eyes welling up with tears.

I was taken aback by her question, but the love in her eyes told me everything I needed to know.

"Tatiana, you are my everything," I replied, pulling her into my arms. "I love you more than words can express."

The Eiffel Tower loomed in the distance, its sparkling lights reflecting off the Seine River. It was a sight that never failed to take my breath away, and tonight, it was even more special.

Tatiana and I had been walking for hours, taking in the sights and sounds of Paris. We had stopped for ice cream, strolled through the Luxembourg Gardens, and even found a hidden bookshop where we spent an hour browsing through dusty tomes.

But now, as we stood under the starry sky, the city at our feet, I knew that this was the moment I had been waiting for.

"Tatiana, I have something very important to ask you," I said, my voice trembling with emotion.

Then I remembered what my mother said to me the last time we went visiting.

(Flashback)

"Hope, you've claimed her to be yours? My mom asked.

"Still working on it" I simply replied.

"She's supposed to be wearing your ring by now, or do you want someone else to take away from you?" I asked.

"Of course not mother" I replied as the thoughts of that crossed my mind, I would kill any man who touches what's mine.

"Then be quick to put a ring on that finger of hers, I want her to be the girl you will get married to, I want her as my daughter-in-law" She said.

(Back To Present)

She looked up at me, her eyes shining with love. "What is it, Scott?" she asked, taking my hand in hers.

"Will you marry me?" I blurted out, my heart pounding in my chest.

She gasped, her eyes filling with tears. "Yes, Scott, yes!" she exclaimed, throwing her arms around me.

We stood there, in each other's arms, lost in the moment. The city around us faded away, and all that mattered was the love we shared.

"I love you, Tatiana," I whispered, pressing a tender kiss to her forehead. "I will cherish you and our love forever."

"And I love you more, Scott," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper. "Our love story is just beginning."
