"Hello there "it was Dan voice from the other side of the road, he was trying to get Jane's attention, when Jane looked back he immediately waved at her and she responded by waving him , she hurriedly walked past a building with a textile shop, it was during cold season and she didn't have enough trench coat s she contemplated on entering the shop and going home as Dan kept following her.

She decided to get into the shop and immediately Dan was there , and entered into the shop too,"hi" he whispered to her she did not to want embarrass herself, she pretended to know him, she kept on looking at the nice warm trench coats, the prices were very high but quality was top notch ,

She did not have enough money for two pieces everyone in the shop thought they were dating, they were a perfect match , " allow me to buy them for you " he said Jane looked at him, and told him that she only wanted one and she had her card she was ready to buy it herself. Dan insisted but Jane could not agree to that, when she had paid they walked out of the shop together, "am Dan , a lawyer by profession " he said "Jane lawyer too" she said, Dan had seen Jane enough times in the court hallways and also in court representing her clients well ,Jane was a great lawyer ,knew her position , and did her job with perfection, Dan and his colleagues feared her when it came to court cases.

"Are you new in town " Jane asked, have been in this town long enough have been seeing you around am surprise that you've never seen me before " he answered Jane looked at him and kept on walking, Dan requested her to have coffee before they both went different ways , but Jane had class of her own , she wasn't ready for that, " maybe tomorrow "she said Dan was dissatisfied he tried pushing her but Jane's no was no. Jane got into her car and drove off leaving Dan standing at the parking lot, he too got into his car and drove off, he felt like following Jane to see where she lived but that was cut short when he received a call from one of his friends he was Eric, Eric had called to remind him that they were going to play golf that evening, Dan drove home and changed to casual wear ready for golf, when he got to the golf club Eric was already there with two of his friends, he could not concentrate on the field and Eric kept on wondering, " what's up " this isn't Dan he said, Dan kept on trying but he couldn't he excused himself and sat somewhere outside the pitch, Eric went to him he wanted to enquire what was bothering him,Dan disclosed that he had the opportunity to talk to Jane, he really wanted to date Jane but Jane was tough to get,

It was already 6:00 in the morning and he decided to call Jane,the phone rang four times and there was no answer, he decided to call one more time, and this time round she answered " good morning Jane's resident how may help you "she said Dan felt so good when he heard Jane's voice, " Dan here " one could here Jane's laugh at the other side, when she heard it was him, she was silent for sometime and Dan was not sure what he had to say , he then told her that he was sorry for missing her call the previous night,he talked nicely to her he was determined to win her, on the other side Jane was happy for the morning call this was something that did not happen more often to her, she did not have any close contact with anyone both men and women , when Dan had disconnected the phone Jane went to the bathroom very first , took shower and was ready for the day , Dan did the same he was getting late for the day because his house help had not arrived yet, while he was feeding his dogs his house help came , he then hurriedly got into his car and drove off to work , he had court sessions in the afternoon, when he went to the office he first called Jane, Jane did not respond to her cell phone he tried calling her on office line and the secretary picked, she told him that Jane was already in court , he wanted to invite her for lunch, but she was unavailable ,he settled for the day and texted Jane that they would meet that evening after work
