In Love With A Monster

The hallways were very dark, with lots of doll babies hanging all around. It was such a strange sight to behold because everything I had come across was stained with blood Only one of the dolls was not stained.

As I made my way deeper into the mansion the sound of dripping water could also be heard from afar, as I followed our gang leader whose name is Scorpion. A splash was heard as we all paused at the same time. Darkness loomed around us as we walked past the hallways of the abandoned castle. It was rumored that anyone who enters there doesn't come out alive from there.

I knew going on this mission was a bad idea, as I bent my head down to recite the lord's prayer. One of the gang members said he knows who the mystery man is apart from the fact that they are not from the same colony. I told them going into this house was not a good idea. Whoever had lived here had lots of enemies, and that was what brought about their destruction.

Why should we go and clean up their mess? I whispered, clearly and frustrated.

"So what of the innocent neighbors who want to find out what is going on? They killed their children, for crying out so loud!" Another member of the gang whispered reprimanding.
