Mafia Boss' Accident Wife Chapter 2 Dangerous

She entered the 'Toast Magnifica' and she saw some familiar people whom she also meet whenever she goes to a bar. She roamed her eyes around and she was stupefied on how luxurious the bar is.

"Wow, this surely is a great bar. How come I only discovered this now? Ugh, forget about it. I'll just enjoy this night." She whispered to herself.

Whenever she passed by some people, they would have their heads turn around on her because of her hot outfit and pretty face. They would have a second look at her and would admire her in their minds, saying how sexy she is.

"Hey, you're here!" Someone said as she approached Yesha.

Yesha smiled awkwardly at her since she doesn't remember the lady that's in front of her. "Hey, you are..."

"I'm kinda offended, huh! I'm Sam! From the Gold bar!?" Sam exclaimed.

Sam? Why the hell can't I remember her?

"Oh, yeah I remember you now! Nice to see you again, Sam." Yesha said, pretending to remember her.

"Yes, so what made you go here? Gold bar is your usual spot."

"Oh, I want to try something new that's why." She replied shortly.

Sam smiled at her. She admires her so much. "Good to know. Me? I'm here because one of my friend's friend is having a birthday here so all of the drinks and services are free. It's all already been paid. Isn't amazing!?"

Free? Damn, it's really my lucky day! I can drink as many as I can!

"Are you sure about that? They won't charge me with anything?" She confirmed just to be really sure.

Sam nodded excitedly. She always wanted to talk to her but she was always surrounded by people every time that she's in a club. She considered herself lucky that she's able to talk to her.

Yesha left Sam and told her that she would just get a drink but the truth is she wanted to get away from Sam because she's so talkative. She thinks that she won't be able to enjoy the night when she's with Sam because she would just listen to her stories all night.

She sat at the counter as she continues to drink consecutively. After some time a handsome man sat at the empty chair beside her and ordered the same thing that Yesha is drinking which is Tequila.

"You're alone?" The man suddenly asked. Yesha didn't notice the man beside her and also didn't heard his question because she's just focus in her own world.

The man bit his lip in embarrassment. Did she really not heard me or she's purposely ignoring me? He cleared his throat as he leaned closer to her.

"Lady in pink." He called out a bit louder. Yesha looked at her outfit and then shifted her gaze to the man who just talked.

"Yes?"

"You know girls like you shouldn't be in a place like this. You're pretty and innocent to be in this dangerous place." He said in his hoarse voice. He was kinda mesmerized when he had a good look at the lady.

Yesha smirked in devious and looked at the man coquettishly. "I'm not really that innocent you know. I can do the things you think I can't."

This is the thing that's wrong with her when she's drunk. She would act playfully and coquettishly.

The man's brows rose up as he looked at her admiringly. He was about to talk when suddenly Yesha leaned to him and gave him a fast but deep kiss. The man was caught off guard because of her sudden act.

"I can see that now. You're a party girl." The man said in interest.

Yesha left the counter and didn't have any intention to talk to the man again. She went to the dance floor and she started to blend herself to the people there.

She dance there to the fullest and people start to shout and cheer her up as if she's a star of the show. A party girl indeed. Sam suddenly became worried of her since she's attracting more and more people.

What should I do? She can't possibly take her out from the dance floor since there are many people and she's a small woman. Oh, I should ask a favor to my brother! She found her brother at the counter who's watching the mess dance floor.

"Brother Ian, I need your help." She said straightforwardly.

Ian looked at her little sister and answered boredly. "What again?"

"Uh... here's the thing, the woman that's being played at the dance floor is my friend..." She trailed off.

"And?" He asked patiently. He was kinda amazed that the woman who kissed her was her sister's friend.

"I need you to get her away from that dance floor! Look! The guys there are tripping her!" Sam demanded, she's really worried about her.

Yesha wasn't aware of what's happening around her because she's really drunk and she's just enjoying herself by dancing.

Damien and his buddies were inside the bar's private room. That's where the transaction will happen.

"Everything is fine, right?"

"Yes, Phoenix. Everything has been set up." One of his trusted men informed him.

"Make sure it is. This is a big transaction and we'll be getting millions here." Damien said coldly. They prepared this transaction thoroughly because their client is really extremely rich from the other country.

"Bullet, Wrecker, and Dagger let's go." Damien called his buddies and they entered a small room on which they could see the transaction later clearly.

"Does the client really trustworthy?" Wrecker asked maliciously. He's worried that the transaction may fail.

Dagger looked at him with ugly expression. "You're always like that whenever we have a big transaction. Chill man, this is legit."

Wrecker glared at him. "Shut up, ugly monkey."

"Fuck you, Zane asshole."

Bullet shook her head. These two are really a big headache. "Will you two shut up? The transaction is already on going! You piece of assholes."

The transaction was on going when suddenly the door opened.

"What's that? What does a woman doing there!?" Damien exclaimed.

Emma

I married Clive Harrington, the coldest billionaire in Manhattan, under a strict contract that forbade any emotional burdens. When I needed a high-risk surgery to save my sight, I checked into the clinic alone, hiding the procedure from a husband who saw me as nothing more than a legal asset. I thought I could handle the darkness in silence. But while I was blind and bandaged in my hospital bed, my biological mother called, screaming that if I didn't produce a Harrington heir by the end of the fiscal year, she would cut off the life-saving treatments for my disabled sister. I was crawling on the cold hospital floor, desperately feeling for a cane I had dropped, when I touched a pair of expensive leather shoes. It was Clive. He was supposed to be in London closing a multi-million dollar deal, but there he was, watching his "contract wife" groveling in the dark like a beggar. He didn't walk away in disgust. He carried me to a five-thousand-dollar-a-night VIP suite and sat by my bed, listening in chilling silence as another voicemail from my mother filled the room, calling me a "useless broodmare" who was only worth the trust fund disbursements my marriage secured. I expected him to remind me of Clause 34B or hand me divorce papers now that I was "damaged goods." Instead, I felt his thumb brush a stray tear from my cheek, his presence shifting from a statue of ice into a predatory shield. "I thought I was just currency to you," I whispered, my voice trembling behind the gauze. "Just an investment." Clive didn't answer with words. He picked up his phone and called his head of legal with a single, terrifying command: "Kill the Douglas family’s credit lines. Every debt, every lien—trigger them all. If they want a war, I’ll give them a massacre." As he leaned down to kiss my bandaged forehead, I realized the contract was dead. My husband wasn't protecting an asset anymore; he was hunting the people who had dared to touch what belonged to him.
