My Possessive Husband

"How are you, Eliza? Why do you seem so haggard now? Didn't you follow my instructions to dance with your husband at night so he won't look for someone else?" Raquel promised gently.

I sighed before turning to the other side of the bed.

"I can't, Raquel. Every time Zedrick came home, I was preceded by a nervousness in my chest. I'm ashamed to wear the bikini you gave me!" I replied that he just laughed.

"My God, Eliza! How will your husband treat you if you are always wrapped in your clothes? Well, all you need is to become a Muslim, so that your beautiful body will be hidden forever!" this is how my mother is expecting me to tell me.

I was too lazy to get out of bed, so it was noon and I was still lying down. Raquel dropped me off at my place early so my morning was noisy again.

I remembered my husband Zedrick again. I tear up again every time I remember what I saw a year ago.

It was ten o'clock in the evening when I went to his office. It's been a few days since he didn't come home early so I thought I'd bring him food to the office. The whole building is still bright but there are only a few people there because of the finishing work. I'm known there, that's why my husband's staff greets me every time I go. I only go there about once a month, because I don't tend to look after my husband even though there are many women who are flirting with him. But that day the change in my life began. When I saw my husband Zedrick with someone else's tricks.

I was on the opposite side of Zedrick's door when I heard what sounded like a dog howling. I frowned because I knew that there was no dog in the office, that's why I felt a nervousness that almost enveloped my entire being when I was sure that the growling was coming from my husband's office. My trembling hand grabbed the doorknob and gently opened the door. That's where I finally saw my husband who was kissing someone else, he was still sitting at the table and opened his mouth to my wife. It was like hot water was poured on me because I saw Zedrick cheating on me. I let go of the paper bag I was carrying with only food. My eyes were filled with tears staring at the two people who were eager for each other. They just stopped when they heard the paper bag I was carrying fall to the floor.

My husband turned to the door and he could clearly see the expression on my face. I cried while stunned by both of them. He quickly let go of the girl he was holding and immediately zipped up his pants. He was not wearing his necktie yet and he came to me in a panic.

"Eliza! Why are you here?!” he asked in shock.

I stepped back because of his question. After I saw what he was doing, he would ask me why I was here?

Because of the anger I feel, I couldn't stop my tears from continuously falling down my cheeks. I can't believe that he does this so he always doesn't come home early. He has been cheating on me for a long time and he has been doing this to me for a long time. Instead of responding, I turned and walked away in front of him. But he quickly stopped me by the arm.

"Eliza, wait. Let me explain!” said as if my ears were still ringing. I automatically turned to him, after that a strong slap suddenly landed on his face. I can't speak because I don't know what to say to him. This is the first day I caught him having sex with someone else. And I couldn't bear to listen to what he had to say to me, so before I completely lost my mind, I left and left him in his office.

He didn't chase me anymore which made me feel even worse. It didn't even make a phone call, so I feel like I'm going crazy. Instead of going home, I went to my friend Raquel's and let go of my anger there. It's a pity for me because I cry all night and drink alcohol incessantly. I feel like time has messed me up, because I'm so beautiful I'm fooling only one man.

"Even before, I told you to take care of your wife! You're not listening to me!” Raquel said to me annoyed.

My mind is almost confused because of the mixture of alcohol and resentment that I feel inside.
