Vivianna's husband married her for her inheritance, and after he took everything she had, he sent her to a gigolo's bed and took pictures. He threatened her to divorce with those pictures and forced her out of her house without a penny. She left her home country in disgrace. Four years later, she returned home as a Chief Jewelry Designer, and had a three-year-old son. Her genius boy told her after he got off the plane, "I'll get the richest man in the world to be my daddy and back you up!" She took it as a joke, yet two days later, her assistant told her that her son was stolen by the most powerful man in the world, and invited her to dinner?! When meeting, that man held her little boy and told her domineeringly, "He called me dad. Hum... not bad."

Chapter 1 Chapter 1

It was hot...

Vivianna Carlewood felt as if she was being roasted on a fire.

Groggy and drowsy, her vision blurred, she reached out and grabbed someone's arm.

She wanted to ask for help, but was overpowered by a strong masculine scent.

The next thing she knew was that her slightly open lips were blocked by force.

She tried to resist, but the man did not give her any chance. He went ahead and devoured her lips.

She should be repelled by this stranger's kiss...

However, why was she feeling a thrill of excitement?

The next second, she felt a a sharp pain in her lower body...

This intense, forceful sensation completely overwhelmed her.

......

Early in the morning, golden sunlight streamed through the luxurious curtains, illuminating all the ornaments in this palatial room.

Messy clothes were thrown everywhere on the white carpet. The faint scent of lovemaking was lingering in the air.

On the bed, a girl's slender figure could be partially seen under a quilt.

She had a tiny oval face, with delicate and beautiful features. Her skin was fair. Her black hair cascaded over her shoulder blades, barely concealing the red marks left upon them.

It was as if cherry blossoms bloomed across her body.

In her deep sleep, she suddenly heard the sound of the door being slammed open. Although she did not want to open her eyes, she still forced herself to wake up.

Blinking slowly, she took in her surroundings.

She saw her husband, Xenophilius Lambert, standing at the doorway with a twisted face. Her mother-in-law and sister-in-law were also there, looking shocked.

"Xenophilius..." Vivianna rubbed her eyes. When her gaze fell on the bed sheet, the quilt, the floor, the decor, and the whole room, her mind went blank for a moment.

This was not her room, so where was this?

"Philius... Where am I?" She asked, her voice shaky.

Xenophilius sneered, and his handsome face was full of spite. He shouted, "How dare you ask me where you are? Tell me, which bsstard did you sleep with?"

"Bastard?"

Vivianna narrowed her eyes and tried to recall what had happened last night, but she couldn't. She only remembered that she was drinking some wine with Jessamyn Salaway in the cafe.

Xenophilius's sister, Ysabel Lambert, walked into the room with her mother, Xymeria Cabidis.

Xymeria said to Ysabel, "Ysabel, take a good picture of your sister-in-law after she slept with another man."

"Slept with another man?" Vivianna's brain exploded.

"I... I didn't..." Vivianna shook her head and tried to explain this situation.

Xymeria didn't listen and rushed towards Vivianna, pulled up her long hair.

It was so painful that she straightened her neck, revealing her chest and neck. There were more glaring kiss marks, and this was shocking.

"Take the pictures clearly," Xymeria said to her daughter.

Ysabel took the pictures in high spirits while sneering, "Wow, you had a good time last night!"

Vivianna lowered her head in pain. Looking at the marks on her chest, some shameful scenes appeared in her mind. She thought it was a dream...

Obviously, it was not!

She looked in panic at Xenophilius's attractive face, only to find that his expression was terribly cold. His sharp eyes were staring coldly at her, as if he was staring at a piece of garbage. "Very good, Vivianna. Cheating on me within just six months of getting married? I don't care who you were with last night... Get ready for a divorce!"

After saying this, he strode away without looking at her.

Vivianna's face suddenly became pale and colorless.

A divorce?

"No, Philius, listen to me... It's not like that..." Vivianna pleaded. She was naked, so she held onto the quilt tightly and wanted to chase after him.

Someone pushed her roughly down on the bed. It was Xymeria.

Vivianna looked at her in shock and said, "Xymeria..."

"You don't have the right to speak to me, you shameless woman. How dare you cheat behind my son's back? You bring shame to my family. Let me tell you, the Lambert family absolutely will not tolerate a slutty woman like you," Xymeria chided her.

My world revolved around Jax Harding, my older brother's captivating rockstar friend. From sixteen, I adored him; at eighteen, I clung to his casual promise: "When you're 22, maybe I'll settle down." That offhand comment became my life's beacon, guiding every choice, meticulously planning my twenty-second birthday as our destiny. But on that pivotal day in a Lower East Side bar, clutching my gift, my dream exploded. I overheard Jax' s cold voice: "Can't believe Savvy's showing up. She' s still hung up on that stupid thing I said." Then the crushing plot: "We' re gonna tell Savvy I' m engaged to Chloe, maybe even hint she' s pregnant. That should scare her off." My gift, my future, slipped from my numb fingers. I fled into the cold New York rain, devastated by betrayal. Later, Jax introduced Chloe as his "fiancée" while his bandmates mocked my "adorable crush"-he did nothing. As an art installation fell, he saved Chloe, abandoning me to severe injury. In the hospital, he came for "damage control," then shockingly shoved me into a fountain, leaving me to bleed, calling me a "jealous psycho." How could the man I loved, who once saved me, become this cruel and publicly humiliate me? Why was my devotion seen as an annoyance to be brutally extinguished with lies and assault? Was I just a problem, my loyalty met with hatred? I would not be his victim. Injured and betrayed, I made an unshakeable vow: I was done. I blocked his number and everyone connected to him, severing ties. This was not an escape; this was my rebirth. Florence awaited, a new life on my terms, unburdened by broken promises.
