Widower's First Night Chapter 1 Ario and Nara spent time

In a small, quiet town, Ario, a widower who had just lost his wife a few years ago, felt the weight of starting a new life. He had just remarried Nara, a spirited and cheerful woman who had long admired him from afar. They decided to spend their first night in their new house, a simple but meaningful place.

In the bedroom, the atmosphere was a bit tense. Nara stood by the window, staring out with a dreamy gaze. She was wearing a red nightgown that made her look graceful yet elegant. Ario, who had sat on the edge of the bed, seemed to be thinking about something seriously. Ario's two strong hands clenched into fists, trying to dispel the doubts and tension that enveloped his heart.

"Ario," Nara broke the silence, her voice soft but full of hope. "I know this may feel strange to you, but I want us to spend this night happily, without any burden."

Ario raised his head and looked at Nara. "I want that too, Nara. But... I'm worried. This is our first night and I don't want to disappoint you."

Nara smiled softly, approached and sat beside Ario. "There's nothing to worry about. We just need to understand each other and enjoy this moment together."

Ario looked into Nara's bright eyes, and slowly Nara's hand reached for Ario's. "I'm just afraid that I can't give you what you expect."

Nara took a deep breath and brought her face closer to Ario's. "Ario, the most important thing is that we love and respect each other. Everything else will follow."

Carefully, Nara placed Ario's hand on her shoulder and gave her a gentle push. "Let's get started, shall we?"

Ario nodded slowly and stood up from his seat. He grabbed Nara's waist and pulled her closer, feeling the soft vibrations in her body. Their lips met in a soft, soulful kiss. Nara responded gently, giving Ario a sense of comfort and warmth.

Over time, their kiss became deeper and more passionate. Nara began to take off her dress one by one, while Ario gently kissed her neck, moving slowly and freely. Every touch by Ario made Nara feel more comfortable, and she responded with a gentle touch on Ario's back.

"I feel so close to you right now," Nara said, her voice shaking with emotion.

Ario stroked Nara's hair gently, trying to maintain a calm and caring rhythm. "I feel the same way. I want to make you feel loved and appreciated."

Nara smiled and stroked Ario's face, feeling the strength and gentleness in him. "We'll get through this together. I'm sure everything will be fine."

After a while, Ario and Nara lay on the bed, their bodies gently touching each other. Ario felt the vibrations in Nara's heart, and he knew that tonight was a special night for both of them. Nara gently stroked Ario's chest, and the two of them complemented each other in a silence full of feeling.

"I love you, Nara," Ario said, his voice soft but full of feeling.

Nara lifted her head and looked into Ario's eyes with affection. "I love you too, Ario. Thank you for making tonight so special."

That night, Ario and Nara spent time in intimacy and love, understanding and strengthening each other. With every touch and kiss, they build a strong bond, making their first night a beautiful start to their new life journey together.

Being second best is practically in my DNA. My sister got the love, the attention, the spotlight. And now, even her damn fiancé. Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now-billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn't mind. I'd crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one? Wrong. One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That's when it hit me-he didn't love me. He didn't even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn't even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup. So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster-my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise. Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol. Enter him. Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I'd met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes. It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised. But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life. And, as it turned out, the best decision I'd ever made. Because my one-night stand isn't just some random guy. He's richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with. And now, he's not letting me go.

My five-year-old daughter was dying in the ICU, her heartbeat replaced by the continuous, electronic scream of a flatline. I gripped her cold hand, my throat sealed shut by a terror so absolute I couldn't even cry out. I dialed my husband Grayson's private number, the one reserved only for me and his assistants. He declined the call instantly. A second later, a text buzzed against my palm: "In a meeting. Do not disturb. Stop calling." Five miles away, Grayson was at a luxury gala, adjusting his silk tie and laughing with Belle Escobar. He told her I was just being "dramatic" and using our daughter's "fever" as an excuse to avoid the event. He had no idea Effie's heart had already stopped. When I finally reached our penthouse, soaked from the rain and carrying Effie's small socks in a plastic bag, Grayson didn't even look at me. He snapped at me for ruining the hardwood floors and asked if I'd left Effie with the nanny just to "feel sorry for myself." Three days later, while I buried our daughter in a small, lonely ceremony, Grayson was at the Hamptons. Belle posted a photo of him golfing with the caption: "A mental health day with the boys." He didn't even attend the funeral, but he returned home demanding I clear out Effie's room to make a study for Belle's son. The injustice burned through me until there was nothing left. I swallowed a handful of sleeping pills, desperate to join my daughter. But instead of the darkness, I woke up to blinding lights and the scent of Grayson's expensive cologne. I was standing in a ballroom, wearing a blue silk dress I had already burned. Above me, a banner read: "Happy 5th Birthday Kaiden & Effie." I was back, exactly one year before the tragedy. This time, I wasn't going to be the grieving wife. I was going to be their worst nightmare.

I stood at my mother’s open grave in the freezing rain, my heels sinking into the mud. The space beside me was empty. My husband, Hilliard Holloway, had promised to cherish me in bad times, but apparently, burying my mother didn't fit into his busy schedule. While the priest’s voice droned on, a news alert lit up my phone. It was a livestream of the Metropolitan Charity Gala. There was Hilliard, looking impeccable in a custom tuxedo, with his ex-girlfriend Charla English draped over his arm. The headline read: "Holloway & English: A Power Couple Reunited?" When he finally returned to our penthouse at 2 AM, he didn't come alone—he brought Charla with him. He claimed she’d had a "medical emergency" at the gala and couldn't be left alone. I found a Tiffany diamond necklace on our coffee table meant for her birthday, and a smudge of her signature red lipstick on his collar. When I confronted him, he simply told me to stop being "hysterical" and "acting like a child." He had no idea I was seven months pregnant with his child. He thought so little of my grief that he didn't even bother to craft a convincing lie, laughing with his mistress in our home while I sat in the dark with a shattered heart and a secret life growing inside me. "He doesn't deserve us," I whispered to the darkness. I didn't scream or beg. I simply left a folder on his desk containing signed divorce papers and a forged medical report for a terminated pregnancy. I disappeared into the night, letting him believe he had successfully killed his own legacy through his neglect. Five years later, Hilliard walked into "The Vault," the city's most exclusive underground auction, looking for a broker to manage his estate. He didn't recognize me behind my Venetian mask, but he couldn't ignore the neon pink graffiti on his armored Maybach that read "DEADBEAT." He had no clue that the three brilliant triplets currently hacking his security system were the very children he thought had been erased years ago. This time, I wasn't just a wife in the way; I was the one holding all the cards.
