I'm Eraine Ylanni, a goddess and my mother had given me my first mission. A mission to find the nine royalties of eight different kingdoms in the God's Realm. They left our Realm for training to become gods but twenty-seven thousands years had past and they haven't returned to our Realm. They've killed our sent mens to guard them and up until now . . . they stayed missing and no immortals could sense their presence. As the next ruler of all gods and immortals, i have to find them in order to fulfill their duties in their respective kingdoms. I searched for years in the Earth (World of mortals/human) but got nothing until i sensed a little magic from a school. I entered the school, faked my identity and disguised as a teacher. In order to find them, I sealed my powers. They shouldn't sense my strong presence because they could run and hide again. I should find them as soon as possible.

Chapter 1 1

I am a new teacher here at a well-known private school and now I will start teaching.

As I entered the classroom it was a noise and a chaotic room was exposed to me. Playing papers that look like kids who are just elementary school.

Maybe no one was paying attention to me because they didn't even quiet or stop doing so I hit the board with the meter stick I saw at the top of the table.

Everyone looked at my tendency to almost twitch on the forehead.

"Who are you?" Asked a woman as she raised her eyebrows.

I fixed my glass and stood up straight. I wrote my name on the board.

"I'm Eraine Ylanni, your new class adviser and I'll be your new teacher in Science." I said as I talked high in the room.

They whispered and laughed so I dropped my book on the table and sat down.

"So, is there some questions you want to ask before we start our lesson?"

I saw a girl who raised her hands so I signed her to stand up.

"Umm, Ma'am? May I ask where's teacher Carmen? " he asked and sat down again.

"Mrs. Carmen Cruz, your previous teacher in science had quited her job due to this class' behavior that caused her too much stress. " I calmly said that the student who asked. "Anything more?"

"Are you sure you're a teacher? You looked more like a student. How old are you? Twenty? " I turned my gaze to the guy who said those words.

I smiled.

"I'm twenty-seven, not just too obvious." I chuckled. "Is there anything more you want to ask?"

They remained silent. I'm confused, do I think they don't listen to the teacher? Well, maybe they've came up with some dark plans.

I smiled at them, "If none, then let's proceed."

I took the Science Book at the top of the table and opened it, there was a bookmark so I immediately found out where they had stopped.

"Open your books on Page 102, do the activities that shown on that page." When I said that, they would cry each other.

"But Ma'am. . . We're done! " A guy shouted that made his classmates agree with him.

I glared at him. "But I haven't seen your works."

"No, not this one again!"

"You have only thirty eight minutes left to finish the tasks. The complainant. . . will be graded the lowest. "

"But-"

"Thirty four minutes!"

They immediately get their own activity.

I laughed in my mind like a fool. Disguising myself as a teacher is quite fun.

FOURTY MINUTES LATER. . .

"Did everyone pass their works?" I said and fixed the papers.

"Yes ma'am!" They shouted at the same time.

I nodded. "Very good!"

They shouted when they heard the sound of the bell sign of class.

They were already repairing the belongings and carrying a bag.

They were about to go out when the door was slammed to close.

Everyone gasps in shock.

"W-what just happened?"

They looked at me while I only gave them a smile.

"Oh? Why haven't you come out yet? " I say innocently.

They remained shocked looking at me. Someone approached the door and opened it but it didn't open and it seemed hard to open.

"Trying to get out in this room without permission or order from me is considered disrespectful."

"D-did you d-did that?"

I frowned. "Me? How can I do that when I'm way too far to reach the door? "

"Then who?!" A girl shouted.

I got up from the chair and pulled out the items I was carrying.

They just stared at me until I stood in front of the door.

I smirked as I opened the door effortless.

"I'll be ahead of you." Last time I said and left the classroom.

I heard from here the women's shouts and their arguments.

I entered the Teacher's Room and there I saw other fellow teachers who were checking the papers.

They turned to me and smiled.

"Hi Miss Ylanni!" Teacher Nichelle smiled. "Lunch break that you might want to join us in the canteen?" He said the other teachers agreed.

"Of course!"

Rhichen's P.O.V

"What do you think about our new teacher?" Shanley asked while eating his sandwich.

"Weird." -Zyro

"Creepy." Crizelle says it looks like what's going on earlier.

"Gorgeous." The four of us looked at Hanse for what he said.

"Really, Hanse? Is that what you really noticed? " I sarcastically said and rolled my eyes heavenward.

He's the one who asked Ma'am Eraine about her age.

"Is that true ah?! Miss Eraine Ylanni is gorgeous as fvck! If she was our teacher. . . I would probably court her! " Hanse says waking up.

"Actually, Hanse is right. She's so pretty, "we turned our gaze to Yno. "What?"

I was about to answer when I saw our topic entering the canteen together with her co-teachers.

When she looked up at us, she smiled as Crizelle smiled because Yno was so excited about Ma'am Eraine.

I struggled with the loss when Ma'am Eraine turned her gaze to the front and talked to her fellow teachers.

I think Zyro is also looking at where Ma'am Eraine is. I felt a bit of pain in my chest as it looked at Ma'am Eraine.

Zyro doesn't normally look at a woman for a long time, especially if it's not interested.

"Zyro?" When I called but he didn't even look.

I didn't even carve her and she continued eating.

He's always like that. Ever since I confessed to her, we didn't talk much and the surroundings were awkward when we were two.

I'm deeply inlove with him but I don't know if he likes me.

Even though his personality is cold, he's been so sweet to us but now. . . He changed.

ERAINE'S P.O.V

When I entered the canteen with my fellow teachers I immediately thought of a group of students at a table.

I smiled when my students were so students.

I also feel a bad look at a woman from that table.

"Ms. Ylanni? What do you like food? My treat! " Said Teacher Nichelle. This teacher is very clingy and hyper.

"Um, I'll go with the fried chicken and pork adobo." I said and he smiled.

Isn't it possible that my lips can tear it down?

Once our order was granted, we searched for a table to sit.

"Hi Ma'am Eraine!" I almost threw away the tray containing food because of a student's sudden arrest in front of me.

This girl is smiling.

"Yes?"

"I'll help you," he was about to hold the tray as I avoided it.

"It's okay, I can manage." I said but he was still repeating.

"You look so hard!"

At this time, I want to cry but I still have to control my patience. I'm a teacher and I won't do anything to harm or scare my students.

I took a deep breath and tried to smile.

"Fine."

He happily took the tray from me and slightly rubbed my hand.

Before he could completely remove his hand, I could feel the energy and the scenes in my brain came in.

He stopped so I took my hand away.

He stooped as he brought the tray to the table where Teacher Nichelle was sitting.

Thank you so much when he suddenly ran out.

"What happened?" Teacher Cai asked but the neighbors just shrugged.

I don't know but that's a student is weird.

Is she an immortal?

If he was an immortal, I would have to monitor him.

"Ms. Ylanni? Are you okay? "

I looked at Teacher Nichelle and nodded.

I sat down next to him and joined their stories.

Even though we were laughing, I was still thinking about that student.

"Let's get married," Mia declares, her voice trembling despite her defiant gaze into Stefan's guarded brown eyes. She needs this, even if he seems untouchable. Stefan raises a skeptical brow. "And why would I do that?" His voice was low, like a warning, and it made her shiver even though she tried not to show it. "We both have one thing in common," Mia continues, her gaze unwavering. "Shitty fathers. They want to take what's ours and give it to who they think deserves it." A pointed pause hangs in the air. "The only difference between us is that you're an illegitimate child, and I'm not." Stefan studies her, the heiress in her designer armor, the fire in her eyes that matches the burn of his own rage. "That's your solution? A wedding band as a weapon?" He said ignoring the part where she just referred to him as an illegitimate child. "The only weapon they won't see coming." She steps closer, close enough for him to catch the scent of her perfume, gunpowder and jasmine. "Our fathers stole our birthrights. The sole reason they betrayed us. We join forces, create our own empire that'll bring down theirs." A beat of silence. Then, Stefan's mouth curves into something sharp. "One condition," he murmurs, closing the distance. "No divorces. No surrenders. If we're doing this, it's for life" "Deal" Mia said without missing a beat. Her father wants to destroy her life. She wouldn't give him the pleasure, she would destroy her life as she seems fit. ................ Two shattered heirs. One deadly vow. A marriage built on revenge. Mia Meyers was born to rule her father's empire (so she thought), until he named his bastard son heir instead. Stefan Sterling knows the sting of betrayal too. His father discarded him like trash. Now the rivals' disgraced children have a poisonous proposal: Marry for vengeance. Crush their fathers' legacies. Never speak of divorce. Whoever cracks first loses everything. Can these two rivals, united by their vengeful hearts, pull off a marriage of convenience to reclaim what they believe is rightfully theirs? Or will their fathers' animosity, and their own complicated pasts tear their fragile alliance apart?

I died on a Tuesday. It wasn't a quick death. It was slow, cold, and meticulously planned by the man who called himself my father. I was twenty years old. He needed my kidney to save my sister. The spare part for the golden child. I remember the blinding lights of the operating theater, the sterile smell of betrayal, and the phantom pain of a surgeon's scalpel carving into my flesh while my screams echoed unheard. I remember looking through the observation glass and seeing him-my father, Giovanni Vitiello, the Don of the Chicago Outfit-watching me die with the same detached expression he used when signing a death warrant. He chose her. He always chose her. And then, I woke up. Not in heaven. Not in hell. But in my own bed, a year before my scheduled execution. My body was whole, unscarred. The timeline had reset, a glitch in the cruel matrix of my existence, giving me a second chance I never asked for. This time, when my father handed me a one-way ticket to London-an exile disguised as a severance package-I didn't cry. I didn't beg. My heart, once a bleeding wound, was now a block of ice. He didn't know he was talking to a ghost. He didn't know I had already lived through his ultimate betrayal. He also didn't know that six months ago, during the city's brutal territory wars, I was the one who saved his most valuable asset. In a secret safe house, I stitched up the wounds of a blinded soldier, a man whose life hung by a thread. He never saw my face. He only knew my voice, the scent of vanilla, and the steady touch of my hands. He called me Sette. Seven. For the seven stitches I put in his shoulder. That man was Dante Moretti. The Ruthless Capo. The man my sister, Isabella, is now set to marry. She stole my story. She claimed my actions, my voice, my scent. And Dante, the man who could spot a lie from a mile away, believed the beautiful deception because he wanted it to be true. He wanted the golden girl to be his savior, not the invisible sister who was only ever good for her spare parts. So I took the ticket. In my past life, I fought them, and they silenced me on an operating table. This time, I will let them have their perfect, gilded lie. I will go to London. I will disappear. I will let Seraphina Vitiello die on that plane. But I will not be a victim. This time, I will not be the lamb led to slaughter. This time, from the shadows of my exile, I will be the one holding the match. And I will wait, with the patience of the dead, to watch their entire world burn. Because a ghost has nothing to lose, and a queen of ashes has an empire to gain.
