A blue light in a human form started flaming infront of her eyes as she saw it with confusion on it. She saw it turning it into a female figure and it held her hand in its blue and bright flame and whispered near her ear. "Queen of the ocean is who you are, Protector of the ocean is who you will be, Warrior of the ocean is who were". And just like dust it vanished in to the thin air. Leaving a current in her body. Who was now determined to what she has to do in her life. She gazed into her hands as the turned in to blue flames. She stood this time with the sword in her hand to finish the enemy of her world.

Chapter 1 PROLOGUE

"Ocean and Human are both scary.

The deeper we go, the terrifying they are."

~2016 , 1 August~

Three men travelling with a hard frown marring their features. The blue sea lay in the front of them so blue like a sky. The more deeper they went- the pit of gut filled with dread. It was hard to not look at the see with fear shining in their eyes and heart pumping blood and drea. Because, it was not any normal sea but , "The Bermuda Triangle."

"Listening to the unending rumours about sea is really tiring. It doesn't even look that bad." When the leader of them, John uttered those words, David and Jeremy gave him stink eyes narrowing them on his words.

Deep down the trio feared the upcoming surprises of the sea.

The rumour of people gone missing whenever the step into the sea was now a snake named fear and it was coiling around their thumping hearts. The secrets of the sea were now filling them up with dread.

But, does anyone knows the real reason behind it.

Does anyone knows what's the secret behind it.

The answer is a simple 'No'.

No one knows the actual reason of disappearing of people.

The sudden of burst of thunder strike shook their hearts with fear. It was as if a loud, terrifying rumble trying to guide the sailors about the upcoming dangerous future.

But, the real reason behind the weather was something else. It was more of a blessing than a curse from the gracious God.

The fifth Ocean Queen was taking a birth in the sea.

Cordelia was going to give a birth to a queen. Fury, red hairs stick to her temples as she trembled with the shocking pain of giving birth. The maiden rushed here and there with smiles on their faces as they awaited the blessed future ahead of them.

Afterall, Aqua's and Cordelia's first daughter was going to born today.

Aqua was quiet among the diviners with him. Who sat quietly waiting for his command. He was happy how his first child but something shined in his ocean blue eyes. The warmth was there, so was the fear. Fear of losing his precious wife. Pacing back and forth he waited for the good news to rang in air.

"I think we should go back, we should come any other day." Fear dripped from Jeremy's voice as he slowly backed away from edge of the boat.

"If you want to go, then you can go I am not stopping you, you scaredy cat" David snickered, trying boast about his brave ness to stick with their plan, but the truth was that he too was terrified.

"I am not a scaredy-cat, you rat-faced chipmunk!. Jeremy was hot headed. Not being able to digest the insult, he began throwing colourful words at David. Both, fell into the chaos of bickering, yelling insults and swearing at each other; long forgotten the fear of thunderstorms.

"If you both are gonna fight now, then Iam going to push you in this sea than no one will stop you from your kiddy quarrelling. Rascals." John, angrily spat at them quietening their motions.

They went quiet for a while.

"I don't have any problem, but the weather is not good plus we have too old boat to use. This was your grandfather's boat. When we are living in 21 century what's the need of this boat?" David grumpily muttered under his breath trying pursue John to go back.

When no reply came he sat down on a drum.

Weather was too bad to suffer in that sea.

Under the sea, was going on the preparation for the Queen's birth.

Priests were busy predicting their Queen's future. Murmuring few sentences, and seeing the future inside the big ball of water.

"The new born lies in basket,

With an unknown fate,"

They began in chorus. Heavy hoods over their heads as they began to chant the murmurs.

"All prays for her life and future,

Oh! what a beautiful creature,

The thieves and beggars may arrive soon,

Protect her at all costs in the noon,

We shall pray for what behold in the fate,

So shall my God opens heaven's gate,

Daughter of a royalty,

Will kill the cruelty,

She will follow the sacred,

Cutting all the edges of hatred.

The new born lies in basket,

With an unknown fate,

With an unknown power in her soul,

She will protect the world sitting on her throne."

The heavy chants fell heavy on the sea. The blue sea darkened with the hues, and the waves thrashed against each other angrily.

Sharks and whales were surrounding the entrance of the triangle. Swimming in circular motion, rummaging through the waves.

It seems like the men didn't come with the preparation. As waves got higher and thrashed against the boat with great force, they yelled. Hungrily screaming for help, but the screams were swallowed down with the salty water of sea. Two of them was blown away with great impact.

Horror shined in John's eyes seeing the death swallow them mercilessly. It seems like God, Himself wanted him to see the power of nature.

And that happened.

Queen was born on the exact time of which was predicted by the priests.

Talking of priests. When they all saw the future of the Queen. They were struck with horror the dread. Fear gripped their hearts.

Two of them were fainted on the spot.

And the third preist was breathing in shock. Gulping heavy pants of breath as he tried to speak. Falling down on his knees, he attracted the attention of the Diviners and the King.

Rushing to the priest, Aqua held him in his arms.

The last words he spoke to the Kingston Aqua was,-

"She is coming back."

And the mouth was shut for the infinity.

Those were the last words he spoke. And he died.

A child's crying was echoing inthe ocean and the weather fiercely screamed about the announcement of the queen. Everyone was celebrating their Queen's birth who was named,-

"Kingston Aerwyna Cordelia"

She was kept on the heads on the Killer Whale and was raised to the head of the ocean. A ritual they did to show their happiness and gratitude to the God.

But, that happiness doesn't last long. When she was raised above. She was thrashed away in the waves.

The creature's small body was stumbled across John's hands. Lifting the creature in his arms, he thrashed and swam across the sea.

To save that precious little angel's life, he tried to fastened his movement but the water made his hands and legs heavy, slowing down his movements.

A small grin wavered upon his face and he hurriedly swam near the shore, but horror shined in his eyes as he sensed the hungry creatures of water chasing him. He was harshly pulled away from the small creature, his flailing arms went limp when those sharks ate him alive.

~~

Cordelia's world was shattered, she laid against the soft mattress waiting for Aqua's arrival.

When the thump of Aqua's footsteps echoed in the hall, she hurriedly sat up and the pain shot up in her body like she was electrocuted.

Eyes wide with horror and pain as she wobbled to Aqua. Her shivering fingers hold onto his bright, shining collar intricate with thin golden thread. The shine of the thread dulled as she clutched robes tightly in her fist. Eyes yelling questions.

A simple nod from Aqua destroyed Cordelia's world. The eyes which were just few seconds ago were yelling questions, now remain still with emptiness glaring at the world.

The soul crushing blood chilled scream echoed in the room, halls, palace. Walls cracked, the ground shook with the intensity of scream. It was not just a scream but a scream of chaos.

Even if Aqua wanted to, he couldn't calm down her. He could never calm Cordelia's rage for it stayed with her more than the calmness has ever stayed.

The whole palace shook as the scream grew louder. It only caused chaos. People running with fear as the destruction begin.

I was once the heiress to the Solomon empire, but after it crumbled, I became the "charity case" ward of the wealthy Hyde family. For years, I lived in their shadows, clinging to the promise that Anson Hyde would always be my protector. That promise shattered when Anson walked into the ballroom with Claudine Chapman on his arm. Claudine was the girl who had spent years making my life a living hell, and now Anson was announcing their engagement to the world. The humiliation was instant. Guests sneered at my cheap dress, and a waiter intentionally sloshed champagne over me, knowing I was a nobody. Anson didn't even look my way; he was too busy whispering possessively to his new fiancée. I was a ghost in my own home, watching my protector celebrate with my tormentor. The betrayal burned. I realized I wasn't a ward; I was a pawn Anson had kept on a shelf until he found a better trade. I had no money, no allies, and a legal trust fund that Anson controlled with a flick of his wrist. Fleeing to the library, I stumbled into Dallas Koch—a titan of industry and my best friend’s father. He was a wall of cold, absolute power that even the Hydes feared. "Marry me," I blurted out, desperate to find a shield Anson couldn't climb. Dallas didn't laugh. He pulled out a marriage agreement and a heavy fountain pen. "Sign," he commanded, his voice a low rumble. "But if you walk out that door with me, you never go back." I signed my name, trading my life for the only man dangerous enough to keep me safe.

Rain hammered against the asphalt as my sedan spun violently into the guardrail on the I-95. Blood trickled down my temple, stinging my eyes, while the rhythmic slap of the windshield wipers mocked my panic. Trembling, I dialed my husband, Clive. His executive assistant answered instead, his voice professional and utterly cold. "Mr. Wilson says to stop the theatrics. He said, and I quote, 'Hang up. Tell her I don’t have time for her emotional blackmail tonight.'" The line went dead while I was still trapped in the wreckage. At the hospital, I watched the news footage of Clive wrapping his jacket around his "fragile" ex-girlfriend, Angelena, shielding her from the storm I was currently bleeding in. When I returned to our penthouse, I found a prenatal ultrasound in his suit pocket, dated the day he claimed to be on a business trip. Instead of an apology, Clive met me with a sneer. He told me I was nothing but an "expensive decoration" his father bought to make him look stable. He froze my bank accounts and cut off my cards, waiting for the hunger to drive me back to his feet. I stared at the man I had loved for four years, realizing he didn't just want a wife; he wanted a prop he could switch off. He thought he could starve me into submission while he played father to another woman's child. But Clive forgot one thing. Before I was his trophy wife, I was Starfall—the legendary voice actress who vanished at the height of her fame. "I'm not jealous, Clive. I'm done." I grabbed my old microphone and walked out. I’m not just leaving him; I’m taking the lead role in the biggest saga in Hollywood—the one Angelena is desperate for. This time, the "decoration" is going to burn his world down.

The sterile white of the operating room blurred, then sharpened, as Skye Sterling felt the cold clawing its way up her body. The heart monitor flatlined, a steady, high-pitched whine announcing her end. Her uterus had been removed, a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding, but the blood wouldn't clot. It just kept flowing, warm and sticky, pooling beneath her. Through heavy eyes, she saw a trembling nurse holding a phone on speaker. "Mr. Kensington," the nurse's voice cracked, "your wife... she's critical." A pause, then a sweet, poisonous giggle. Seraphina Miller. "Liam is in the shower," Seraphina's voice purred. "Stop calling, Skye. It's pathetic. Faking a medical emergency on our anniversary? Even for you, that's low." Then, Liam's bored voice: "If she dies, call the funeral home. I have a meeting in the morning." Click. The line went dead. A second later, so did Skye. The darkness that followed was absolute, suffocating, a black ocean crushing her lungs. She screamed into the void, a silent, agonizing wail of regret for loving a man who saw her as a nuisance, for dying without ever truly living. Until she died, she didn't understand. Why was her life so tragically wasted? Why did her husband, the man she loved, abandon her so cruelly? The injustice of it all burned hotter than the fever in her body. Then, the air rushed back in. Skye gasped, her body convulsing violently on the mattress. Her eyes flew open, wide and terrified, staring blindly into the darkness. Her trembling hand reached for her phone. May 12th. Five years ago. She was back.

I spent four hours preparing a five-course meal for our fifth anniversary. When Jackson finally walked into the penthouse an hour late, he didn't even look at the table. He just dropped a thick Manila envelope in front of me and told me he was done. He said his stepsister, Davida, was getting worse and needed "stability." I wasn't his wife; I was a placeholder, a temporary fix he used until the woman he actually loved was ready to take my place. Jackson didn't just want a divorce; he wanted to erase me. He called me a "proprietary asset," claiming that every design I had created to save his empire belonged to him. He froze my bank accounts, cut off my phone, and told me I’d be nothing without his name. Davida even called me from her hospital bed to flaunt the family heirloom ring Jackson claimed was lost, mocking me for being "baggage" that was finally being cleared out. I stood in our empty home, realizing I had spent five years being a martyr for a man who saw me as a transaction. I couldn't understand how he could be so blind to the monster he was protecting, or how he could discard me so coldly after I had given him everything. I grabbed my hidden sketchbook, shredded our wedding portrait, and walked out into the rain. I dialed a number I hadn't touched in years—a dangerous man known as The Surgeon who dealt in debts and shadows. I told him I was ready to pay his price. Jackson and Davida wanted to steal my identity, but I was about to show the world the literal scars they had left behind.
