JULIA
I called the insurance company after eating. I said it was now safe to send the claims adjuster to look at the house. Arrangements were made for him to come over tomorrow at 10 AM. Since we'd moved Lisa's house insurance to our account, he was going to look at both places. Hopefully, it wasn't more than the broken door he'd thrown a cement block into. While I was talking to them, Lucia called her Mistress and informed her of what happened briefly. She said she'd provide more details later. Brianna asked if Zoe's or another lawyer's presence was needed. Lucia said she wasn't being charged with anything. It was considered a righteous shooting.
When we got home, after unloading the car, we spent the next hour pleasuring Lucia. She never quite reached the point where she asked us to stop, but she was ready to stop when we did.
Then came clean up. We had to wear shoes because of all the glass, but we took pictures of the smashed things so we could start cleaning it up. Any mess we didn't want to leave until tomorrow, we took photos of, then swept or vacuumed it away. Master got home a little earlier than normal. It was the first time he had to inspect the damage in daylight. It was more extensive than he'd realized even after seeing Jerry's photos. Not seeing little photo sized bits, but the whole thing at once. He expressed his disgust.
I gave him a rundown of actions taken thus far. "The adjuster is coming tomorrow at 10, Master," I said. "Detective Riley may be able to join us tonight at Luigi's depending on how long it takes him to complete his report. Sergeant Meadows will be joining us for supper and Lucia is inviting her to spend the night. She's off tonight."
Master hugged Lucia. "Anything her heart desires which I can provide is hers."
"Thank you, sir," Lucia responded.
"If you need any counseling or anything after having to shoot Jack, I'll be happy to take care of that as well."
"My previous trauma counseling and what I learned there should help, sir. His was not the first dead body I've seen. My father and uncle were killed in front of me."
"I understand, but you're welcome to anything I can give. Lisa, I know your marriage ended badly, but you were married to Jack for a few years and I know it had to have an effect on you. If you need help, ask for it and it's yours."
"When Jack raped me, it removed the last of any affection I felt towards him, but I'll seek help if I I feel I need it."
"Even the rape might require counseling. None of us had much of an opportunity to process what happened. I'd be willing to go with either of you if you want to talk to someone about it. I might have unresolved issues as well."
"It's good to know, Master," I replied. "I'm just happy we can get back to normal and get on with our life."
"I suppose, since Lucia is having company, I shall have both of you again tonight," Master said.
Lucia laughed. "Take advantage of your opportunity, sir."
"Oh, I will," Master said.
"I'll be wearing one of my new maternity outfits tonight, Master. I hope you find me attractive."
He kissed me. "I'll never find you anything but."
We showered and dressed up for dinner. I picked the low cut white lace dress I'd gotten with Zoe. Something designed for evening wear. I wore nothing underneath it. Master whistled when he saw it. Exactly the reaction I was hoping for.
