Chapter 1 Beginning

"Hi Bridgette, are you coming?" I heard Stella say, I smiled at her before saying "of course, let me just get my stuff then we can go." she nods her head.

I pack my bag and we walk out of class heading home. Oops sorry for my bad manners, let me introduce myself. I am Bridgette Adams, I am twenty years old, I am an only child, I am a second year student in the university and am under the department of arts and Stella is my best friend. Back to present.

Stella and I walk out of the school campus heading home, we are neighbors so its easy.

"Your driving," I heard Stella say.

"wait what? it suppose to be your turn to drive." I said entering the car taking the driver's seat.

"I love you." she beamed but I just rolled my eyes at her before starting the car. "I hate you." I said but I didn't mean it.

"of course you love me." she laughs. When we got home I waved at her "ahh Bridgette do you want to go out later?" Stella asks, I gave her an apologetic look before saying "sorry Bri, Brown and I already made plans." .

"It's okay, maybe next time." she waved before entering her house.

Brown is my boyfriend and we have been dating for six months, his the best boyfriend anyone can ever ask for.

"Good evening mom," my mom is a loving and caring person, she is the best mother and wife any can ever ask for.

"Good evening my darling, how was school today?" my mom ask placing the cookies she is from making into the oven, cleaning her hands before hugging me.

"school was great, Mr. Chad is hard not to hate, his notes are way too much and he loves extending time." I complained and she laughed, my dad came in walking with all glory.

"welcome back dad." I hug him. "thank you honey." he drop a kiss on my forehead.

"welcome back honey, how was work?" my mom ask taking his coat off his body and grabbing hold of his suitcase.

"It was tiring but okay, hmm I smell food." he sniff the air.

"yeah, mom is cooking. Let's go freshen up. Last person to get back here is a rotten egg!" I yelled climbing the stairs to go to my room.

"your cheating princess!" he yell back running too, my mom just sigh before going upstairs to drop the things in her hand.

"Dad I'll be going out this evening," I gauge his expression but saw nothing, he was focusing on his meal but still listening to me.

"Brown and I will be going to the movies." His face harden, dad has never liked Brown.

"I've told you, I don't like that boy." his voice deep and strong.

"but dad I love him and loves me too." I pout my lips hoping he will approve of him.

"Honey you should listen to your dad, I don't think that boy is right for you." my mom chipped in, I sigh knowing we would never come in terms with this particular topic.

"am going out anyways." I said munching my pasta. My dad shook his head before continuing on his meal, my mom just sighed not knowing what to say, I can be very stubborn at times.

Since we are going to the movies I decided to wear a boyfriend jean and a crop top which has a smiling emoji on the front, I pair it with a white snicker. Am not a huge fan of makeup so I just apply a nude lipstick on my lips to keep it moist. I check myself one last time on the vanity mirror before grabbing my bag and leaving my room.

"good night mom, dad I'll be coming later so don't wait up." I said running out of the house. I could hear my dad's voice but I ignored it.

Brown was waiting for me outside the gate, his blonde hair comb to the back, his green eyes looking at his phone, doesn't have muscles but I love him nonetheless, his long cross against each other.

"Babe." He raised his eyes from his phone, he look at me with a gentle smile on his face. "Bae, you look good." He kiss me on the lips, I clean the lipstick from his lip with my thumb.

"Let's go," he open the car door for me to get in, I muttered a thank you. We got to the cinema, Brown bought our tickets while I went for our snacks.

"We will be watching Mamamia Here we go again." Brown announced and I beamed, I so love that movie.

"Really?" I ask just to be sure.

"Yes, I know you love the movie and have been dying to see it." I look at him with love dangling in my eyes.

"I love you babe." I crane my neck to look into his eyes, he drop a light kiss on my lips. "I love you too babe." He said.

People look at us, some with envy, others with an aww look, others just gave us a blank look.

"Let's go." He said and we entered the room were we are suppose to watch the movie.

Not to long the movie began and I gave it my full attention, once in a while I'll sip my drink and eat my popcorn.

When the movie came to an end, I was full with smiles. I turn to find Brown staring at me. "what? do I have anything on my face?" I ask cleaning my face with my hand, he caught hold of my hand, he brought it to his lips and kiss it.

"Brown what is wrong?" I ask not knowing why he is acting strange.

"I love you Bridgette do you know that?" he ask me and I nod "of course I know and you know I love you too" He kiss me in front of everyone, this one wasn't like the light kisses he gave earlier, this one was deep and sensual
