Prologue

Thunder striked as the witch lifted the little boy she held in her arms.
"Is there nothing we can do, why will he be cursed."
The witch laughed hysterically.
"My dear, there's nothing that can be done, unless he meets her."
"Unless he meets who?" The mother of the little boy asked as she huddled in the arms of her husband.
She was scared, she wanted nothing to happen to her little boy.
The witch said nothing, just kept on chanting words in Latin, raising the crying baby boy up and down as she directed him straight at the top of the gods.
"Ma, did you get my wife's question..." The father of the little boy asked again.
"Shush... The gods are communicating to me."
The mother of the boy was shedding tears, uncontrollable tears, because she was tired.
This was her baby.
Her first fruit, whom she had just given birth to some days back.
"What did you ask me before?" The witch said, smiling and craddling the crying little baby boy and his mother's heart just broke further.
They were in the modern world, a modern era and even though she was a wolf, the luna to her husband who was the Alpha of his clan, she never believed in all these.
They tried to live a normal human life, a normal life as if they were normal but now, reality was staring straight at them.
"We don't understand your prophecy." The father of the boy replied.

"You mean my son is cursed, and this curse can be broken unless he meets her right? Meet who?"
"Unless he meets his mate, who unfortunately for the both of them would never love him."
"What!" The mother of the baby boy exclaimed.
"Can't the moon goddess help him in locating his mate? Can't she help them fall in love?"
The father asked the witch who just raised her eyebrows and laughed again hysterically.
"I'm sorry but this is out of the moon's goddess powers. I'm afraid only when they meet would the solution come to light. But for now..." The witch trailed of as she handed the little boy to his mother.
"Your son, Adolph Ceaser is cursed."
