Loving An Arrogant Man

On a fine day, assistant Shen ran to his master's office with excitement and exclaimed, "Sir I have succeded in preparing a message you have asked for. Once check it".

By saying this, he handed over a file to his master, who is  nearly 48 years old. But his appearance is same as a hardworking young man. He took the file from his assistant and asked him to leave for completing his other assigned works.

After the assistant Shen left his room, the old scientist, Mr.Stanford flipped the pages of the file and gave a smile of contentment which is rarely seen on his cold face.

The file contains the images of humans, few birds and animals, well sophisticated buildings and vehicles, some eye catching pictures of our nature with waterfalls, rivers, forests, hot water springs etc... 

By seeing the pictures without knowing anything about our earth one thinks of our planet as a well advanced one. As he is satisfied, he soon made a signal from those photos by working the whole day.

On the next day with the help of some of the other scientists in his laboratory, he sent the signal into the space. As the mission was accomplished successfully, they were very happy.

This mission was started by Mr.Stanford in the process of finding about the aliens. He strongly believed the presence of species in this vast universe other than on our planet.

So he started an experiment of sending some evidences of life on our planet into this universe. He hoped that someone would be able to receive this signal and reply with their evidences. Though it is a little bit of foolishness, it is the best method he thought of after failing in many experiments he conducted to know about aliens.

Only few people stood on his side to cooperate him in this experiment. One of them is Mr.Shen. He is not only an assistant to him but also acts like his own brother, who believes in him and stays by him everytime. Soon after sending the signal, they have concentrated on other ways to know more about finding the aliens.

Few months passed. But Mr. Stanford didn't receive any information as a reply to the signal he sent. He was disappointed but didn't loose his hope and started to think about other ways to approach the aliens.

On one afternoon while he was about to leave for his lunch, the machine which is used to send the signals into space vibrated for a while as if someone has altered the signals.
