June was about explaining while the while the matron checked Nora's pulse if there was any life present in her, June was nervous and scared he knew he might be in big trouble if the girl turns out dead "is she still alive?" June asked the matron expecting some hopeful response from her. The matron nodded negatively. The Matron seeing the desperation in June agreed and placed her stethoscope again on Nora's wrist, June was staring keenly with high hopes, expecting the matron to say something, she moved her stethoscope to Nora's foot, she checked the second foot and paused a while, after about thirty seconds in positive gesture "I think she can still make it, the matron affirmed facing June, " I could hear a few pulse at one of her feet, but its a seventy, thirty chance of reviving her" the matron concluded as they quickly rushed her to one of the empty beds in the ward, quickly the matron passed the oxygen tube into her nostrils and placed her on the life support machine and started necessary documentations "what's her name please? " the matron asked June " I don't know" June replied, in shocking surprise the matron looked at June and asked "isn't she your wife, or sister?" No ma. June responded " then who is she?" The matron asked. June had to explain the whole scenario, how he was passing by and saw her body laying unconscious and all. The matron stood astonished and commended June for his noble act and having to stick out his neck for something that risky. " She could have died" the matron added. " I know but I couldn't walk past her, I couldn't have forgiven myself if I did walk away" J
