Devil: I made a deal with him.
e. "Excuse me" she kept calling but the two men completely ignored her and kept going. "Hey murderer" she half yelled and Adonis finally stopped. Who the heck was she calling a murderer? When
the scene that happened a moment ago was hilarious. "What are you smirking about?" Adonis asked when she saw the annoying smirk on his face. "I understand you are naturally a sad man Adonis but at least, let me smirk okay? After all, someone got you to laugh too" "Who?little fox?" "You even gave her a name, Adonis" Zeth was truly dumbfounded, "since when did you start mingling with people?" Adonis hissed, "are you tired of living?should I grant you your biggest wish?" "I will watch how this story unfolds" Zeth mocked before boarding the car, the coming days may be juicy. Who knows? ................................................................................................................................................ The time was ten in the night when Adonis sprang out of bed again, the dreams kept coming back no matter how hard he tried. As soon as he sat up, he dreaded the fact that a hand may pop out of the dark and hand him a glass of water but after waiting for a few seconds and no hand came, he was glad that zeth left him alone at least for the night. Standing up, he went to his closet and grabbed a pair of pants and shirt before grabbing a jacket. Going out now might do him good. When Adonis came downstairs, zeth was sitting quietly near the fireplace on his own chair. He had a glass of wine with him and he looked like he was deep in thought. "Don't you have a house?" Adonis asked him but the latter didn't bother to answer as he stood up. "I was waiting for you" came his dead reply. Not saying anything again, Adonis walked out of the house and zeth followed. ........ The city club was at its peak of life when the two sauntered in. There were a lot of people but they were all those who could afford to pay for a drink. City club is also known as the club for the rich, only the rich and affluent get to enjoy the benefits of the club. Some girls were clad scantily in the middle and were dancing while a few were sitting around some men. Adonis and Zeth just walked quietly to the bar and sat down on those two long tables. He didn't want to be in a place like this but he wanted to cool his head, not like he could get drunk or anything. "Welcome sir" the bartender greeted politely, "the usual?" "Yes," zeth answered as his eyes swept across the room. To him, the place was filthy but what could he do when Adonis wanted to come here? "Did you purposely come here just to spite me?" He asked after a while. "You volunteered to come when no one asked you too," Adonis answered, sipping his drink casually. He wasn't interested in what was happening, he just wanted to clear his head. "This place is even low compared to your status" "I am an ordinary doctor zeth, you are much More than me" The two of them stopped talking and just focused on their drinks until the face of a certain someone came into view. Did she also work here?. Amy away dressed in a pair of black skirt that reached her knees and a crisp white shirt neatly tucked into the skirt. Her hair was tied in a messy bun, maybe from working too much and she had an apron on her body.... Bartender female. His eyes followed her until she went to a particular table and dropped the shiny tray she was holding and conversed a little with the men on the table. When she wanted to leave, one of them grabbed her hand and this piqued his interest the more. He wanted to see what would happen. "What are you doing?" Amy asked the man in a disgusted voice ,no one has ever dared to touch her
