The COLD Emperor SWEET Wife

As he stood erect head held upwards staring at a coffee sign board and reminiscing the taste of the sweet coffee his mom always made for him but he is interrupted into reality from his daydream by the call of his name and none other than his beautiful curly girlfriend, Alice Dermott, a talented highschool second year highschool girl who is said to have mastered her family's weapon of water, "The Tornuhamma".

As Alice with an irresistible cute smile clinged on to Xellia's arm, the jealous students male and females alike started whispering all sorts of things to Xellia and all he could do was seek condolences from Alice. Alice always said one thing whenever Xellia felt so bad , "Forget about them, being without talent or skill or any sort of power doesn't mean you are useless."

At school during physical education, most students who were capable of handling their powers skipped class. Xellia knew there was no way he would gain power from training with the other students but he never gave up hope in trying and soon he became the laughing stock at the end of the day.

After spending some time with Alice after school, Xellia went home thinking he needed no one, neither did he care about not having power like the rest of the students in school and all he was content with was Alice, being his lover.

Xellia's mom warned Xellia again to stay away from Alice as she still finds her a little suspicious but as usual Xellia thinks his mother just doesn't like Alice and assures her that she would soon come to realize how wonderful a daughter-in law she is. His mother sighs I'm disbelief and continues with her chores.

On television, Xellia's dad watches as The Vampire Void makes an announcement about his marriage underway.

The next day, Xellia's parents looked disappointed but they didn't want to tell anyone anything. They told Xellia everything was fine when he asked them but clearly there was something wrong. A few minutes after Xellia had left, his dad asked his wife,"how do we tell him this?" But his wife assured him that he didn't need to as he was bound to hear it from his classmates.

Xellia did hear something quite shocking from the student council secretary as he was wondering where Alice was and he was told that she was preparing for a very big royal-noble occasion so she would be skipping school for a while. But that wasn't the real news. During history class Xellia tried skipping class to call his girlfriend but the call never went through. When he got home his parents asked him if he had heard anything out of the blue but Xellia claimed he hadn't heard anything. So they briefed him about the fact that they were being stripped off their noble titles even though they were very wealthy because the Vampire Void wanted to give it to his new wife as a wedding gift meaning Xellia wouldn't have to marry Alice since he couldn't.The information reached Xellia in shock as his parents warned him never to get close to anyone bearing a noble title as it could risk him getting expelled and also, he should start getting used to wearing his normal school uniform and forget about the ones with the noble's crest as it meant that he wasn't noble anymore.

In the state where he had received a shocking news from his parents Xellia still remained calm and as he was the only son of his parents they were very worried about him. He gave a smile and with a tampering voice, he said,"I see, and I'm really glad Lilith wouldn't know whatever that happened since she's very little. Also dad, mom, I understand so it's okay I can manage.
