Kaufman Family Mansion, Westbazar, Berlin.
Long legs wrapped in exotic leather and shiny black stilettos had just stepped out of a luxury car that had stopped right in front of the mansion's terrace.
The beautiful face with the sensual lips saw two of the mansion owner's confidants talking. Her brunette hair flowed in waves as it glowed in the sunlight.
She looked away and turned to pick up the stack of maroon invitations on the dashboard.
One of the handsome men, his chiseled jaw covered in sideburns, glared at the woman as she strolled toward the mansion's terrace.
"Wow...Miss Sharlynn is indeed very beautiful and seductive. Isn't she, Richie? Aren't you ever tempted by her pranks?" the handsome and dashing man's interlocutor named Richie spoke softly. But the man did not answer.
The graceful young woman, born to a relative of the Kaufman family, stepped closer to the two men.
The bright yellow, short-sleeved, knee-length dress accentuated her sexy. A smile made her sensual lips look even more seductive.
"Good morning, Miss Sharlynn," she greeted the blond man Richie was talking to. Meanwhile, the handsome man with the exotic skin seemed not to believe the woman existed.
"Good morning, Marco," Sharlynn said. Her hazel eyes glanced briefly at Richie. A handsome figure who was very cold to her. That was why she liked to make him the target of her pranks, even though she would soon marry another man. "Is Uncle Keenan inside?"
"Oh sure, the great master is still inside. Shall I take you?" Marco offered, causing Richie to exhale roughly. He was tired of Marco always admiring the woman who had the least manner toward him.
Before the woman could answer Marco's question, Richie stepped aside. In his opinion, waiting for Marco and Sharlynn to talk was a waste of time.
Sharlynn felt insulted and pressed her lips together. The man had been cold to her from the beginning. Marco, staring at Sharlynn's uncomfortable expression, immediately broke the ice.
"Miss, Richie has something to do, no offense," Marco said.
"You're right, forget it! It's not important either. I can go in myself, thanks for talking to me," Sharlynn said, hurrying into the mansion.
Upon entering the main room, Sharlynn was greeted by a small, blonde-haired girl of about five years of age.
"Aunty Sharlynn!" Shouted the beautiful little girl with blue eyes as she ran toward her.
Sharlynn bent down and spread her arms, "Hi, Yolanda, did you miss me?"
Behind little Yolanda, a middle-aged woman with dark blonde hair appeared. Her face was still very pretty with her friendly smile.
"Honey, it doesn't seem like your wedding is only a week away." The middle-aged woman's voice made Sharlynn release her hold on little Yolanda, turn to the woman, and hug her.
"Yes, aunt Adriana. I hope you don't miss a thing at my wedding," Sharlynn said in the woman's arms.
"Of course we won't miss it. We will definitely rock your wedding reception." The two laughed together.
"Aunty, aunty!" Little Yolanda tugged at the hem of Sharlynn's dress with a frown.
"Yes, dear, what's wrong?" the pretty hazel-eyed girl asked.
"Why did you marry another man? Why not marry uncle Richie? He's nice, strong and handsome. Don't you often hang out with uncle Richie when you come to the mansion?" Adriana glared in disbelief at her little daughter's nosy remark. Meanwhile, Sharlynn could only gulp.
