Chapter One..

Born To Be Ruthless...

The company was filled with laughter, everyone was trying to make the best of their boss's absence.

No one wondered why he came late they all rejoiced instead.

All except Wang who was genuinely concerned.

" I know the boss can be heartless but don't you think something might be keeping him ?."

Wang the personal assistant tried to make his co workers see reason with him.

There boss was the Alpha of an unknown pack, the town was made up of humans, wolfs and hybrids.

"Even if Master Bushen was hit by a truck I will celebrate and throw a party in his honour."

The other staff laughed.

" I am sure nothing can happen to Master Bushen just look at him." The staff showed a frame of his master to Wang.

His chin pouted, his aura could be felt by simply holding the frame.

As Master Bushen was seen giving the governor a hand shake.

"Even death will be scared of him so don't be too worried, and I am sure she did not mean that, did you?."

The other staff shook her head but deep down they both meant every word.

But they were scared that Wang might report them.

As they went back to the business at hand, the workers were concerned about this project they had a fashion show in a few days everything must be perfect but the style of the dress was so complicated..

"The masters car is here." Wang said excitedly but the others were shaken by the announcement and put in more concentration.

The yellow Lamborghini entered through the widely opened gates and the glasses of the car sealed.

A red carpet was immediately set and used to garnish the floor before the master stepped out of his car.

Wang hastened and opened the door of his car...

Wangs eyes glittered, as he admired his masters sparkling grey suit..

"Your outfit is perfect sir." Wang praised.

His master Lord Bushen nodded.

" As always, why are you still here?." Bushen asked Wang, his voice cold and void of emotion.

Wang understood and ran off to unlock his masters office.

The ladies could only blush and stare from a distance but no one dared to come close to him.

"Where is Xin Li?." The master asked for his betrothed wife and all the ladies frowned instantly.

Xin Li hid herself in the bathroom, she had made a mistake and did not want to be scolded in public she even left earlier to escape his cold gaze.

Master Bushen went to bathroom number six and knocked.

He knew her scent she was definitely in there, he did not have time for this he walked past the bathroom.

In Bushens office he noticed something that irritated him.

Dirt..

"Who is responsible for that?."Master Bushen pointed at the dirt close to the trash can.

Wang swallowed hard, he cursed his eyes, why did he not see that before Bushen did.

"I will clean it up sir." Wang volunteered and searched for the vacuum.

Bushen lifted his hand making Wang pause.

" Where is the janitor?." Bushen asked.

" I forgot to mention, I was carried away by your perfected entrance and your escorts it totally slipped my mind.

As long as you have me there is nothing to worry about."

Master Bushen grunted, that was not the answer he wanted and Wang knew that.

Why was he skirting around like a traitor.

" He travelled on a trip to Mecca sir." Wang finally answered.

"Tell him to never return, hes fired."

Bushen ordered.

Wang nodded and left the office after being instructed to get a new janitor.

Bushen stared at his family's photo beside him.

His father, mother, and brothers all wiped out by people who he was yet to fish out.

He called Wang back into the office with his phone.

"We're you able to find anyone relating to the family I instructed ."

Wang hit his head and cursed himself, how could he forget such an important information .

Of course he had.

He gave the photo to Bushen, he was the only son left besides an old lady who was his grandmother.

Bushen smiled.

Keep your friends close but your enemies closer.

" I see he has being looking for a job.

Why don't we be generous and accept his application."

Wang understood and Bushen smiled.

He wondered if Xin Li was still in the bathroom as long as she was not bothering him he did not care.

But what if she was having fun with the male workers, that thought bothered him, he soon stood up and walked out of his office to find her.

His guts were never wrong.

"Who are you?."

The Masters silent shadow fell on the strangers body.

He turned and saw the man who played god in Bushens fashion.

He has travelled a great distance to be here, he had heard several things about him.

The rumours did no justice to the pillar that stood before him.

Xin Li stood behind Bushen quietly.

" My name is Xavier, and I am here for a job, I am a fashion designer."

Xavier took off his glasses so Bushen would get a good view of him.

Bushens anger stirred, he looked at his phone quickly the picture was a perfect match.

This was the son of his enemy.

The prey came even without being called.

"Actually you look like someone who would fit this uniform perfectly come with me."

Xavier and Xin Li walked behind Bushen quietly.

Xaviers confidence dropped as soon as he saw the uniform that was given to him.

" A janitor?."

Xavier said weakly.

Bushen raised his eye brow.

" If this is not good enough for you, can I show you the way out?."

Xavier thought about it, he was the only one taking care of his grandma and although this was not what he came here for it was his only hope.

He sadly accepted the offer.

Bushen held Xin Lis hand.

"Come with me."

Xin Lis heart pounded louder, she wondered if Bushen could hear it.

Bushen locked his office and sat her down.

" Do you remember our contract?."
