He stood on the balcony, smoke curling around his silhouette. Dressed in a sleeveless black top, his tattooed arms glinted under the moonlight like a warning. His presence alone was enough to make the bravest men look away.
Smoke curled around him, rising like a signal flare from where he stood. There was no mistaking it; this was the devil himself. Rich, influential, brutal. Cruel, ruthless, and utterly heartless. An animal in human form, a psycho cloaked in wealth and power. The most dangerous man in all of Los Angeles, Southern California.
No one dares to look at him twice. He kills without hesitation one wrong move, and you're gone. The more blood he sheds, the wilder he becomes, with no trace of mercy or regret. He believes he's untouchable, free to do whatever he wants to whoever he pleases. If I had to describe him in one word, it would be Psychopath. No doubt about it.
Oliver Williams is the definition of a psychopath; he could easily throw people into a lion's den for fun if possible.
He's 27 years old, and his dark aura is still accompanied by his breathtaking, handsome looks.
His green eyes can melt you if you stare into them for just a minute.
His abs are perfectly chiselled, and his manly, handsome face is what ladies are dying for.
In conclusion, he's a demi-god. But then, his story started to change when his mother brought him an assistant, not just any assistant, but his personal assistant.
His mind drifted to the conversation he'd had with his mum the day before
"I'll introduce her to you. Make sure to treat her well," his mother said
He scoffed at the thought and threw the lit cigarette on the ashtray beside him,and walked back inside the house.

She's Emily Chen, the second daughter in a family of four. At 24, she looks more like 17, with naturally long, full eyelashes and perfectly shaped eyebrows that require no effort. Her plump, pink lips often pout when she's serious. Petite and youthful, she could easily be mistaken for a teenager, but her long, dark hair adds a graceful charm. Everything about her is effortlessly cute and pretty.
She lay on her bed with one leg in the air, thinking about the offer from the almighty Mrs. Williams.
"My son is getting worse. Can you just do this for six months?"
She could still hear Mrs. Williams's words echoing in her head.
Emily had been amused–her? a personal assistant? She was a manager, for God's sake!
Why would she suddenly be asked to take such a role?
Why?
Why would Mrs. Williams say that to her? And worst of all, to be assistant to Oliver? Hell no!
She'd heard plenty about him, even though she'd never met him,he rarely showed up at the company.
Mrs. Williams had always been the kindest person Emily had ever met... but still, this?
She couldn't. She just... couldn't.
"I can't," she muttered under her breath. "Why am I even thinking about it?" she asked no one in particular.
With a sigh, she stood up from the bed and walked to the library. Pulling a small pink notebook from the shelf, she sat down and began jotting things down.
"Emily!" her older brother, Daniel, called from the doorway.
"Emily!" he called again, then stepped into her room.
"Hey, where are you? Did you get kidnapped or something?" he said in an overly dramatic tone as he walked toward the bed.
Emily emerged from the small shelf-connected space in her room.
"Why are you shouting like that?" she snapped, brushing past him as she walked out, leaving Daniel behind.
"Wow," he muttered, rolling his eyes and flopping onto her bed. He immediately jumped up with a curse under his breath, clearly annoyed by the overly pink bedding. With an irritated glance, he left the room-without bothering to close the door.
