It took the Alpha King a thousand years to find the woman destined for him. But when he finally found her, he married the wrong woman. He bound himself to an ordinary human woman.

Chapter 1 Unknown Man

At exactly midnight, Herlin walked along a narrow path in one of Kalimantan's old towns. She had to do this because she no longer knew what else to do.

Herlin needed to visit her father in the city. He had suffered a heart attack and was being treated at a hospital.

All this time, Herlin had been busy with work, and her father didn't want to tell her about his condition, fearing it would disrupt her life.

As the child from her father's other marriage, Herlin was often neglected during her childhood.

But Herlin, with her kind heart, never hated her father, even though he often had no time for her.

That night, under the light of the full moon, Herlin drove her foster father's old car.

She needed to reach the train station and catch a train to ensure she arrived at the hospital by 10 a.m.

However, along the way, Herlin encountered five men, one of whom demanded that she come with them.

Before she knew it, Herlin found herself unable to escape their grasp.

The five men forcibly insisted that she accompany them.

"What do you want from me?"

"Be quiet! Robert is waiting for you. The night will pass quickly, and we must bring you there on time."

Herlin couldn't make sense of their words.

"What are you talking about? I have to leave now! The train that will take me to the city is about to depart-you can't stop me!"

But the men ignored her protests, taking her away in their car, far from the station.

Exhausted, Herlin eventually fell silent as the journey dragged on.

They stopped in front of a grand bar, an upscale nightlife spot in the city.

Herlin stepped out hesitantly, while the five men continued to surround her like bodyguards.

"Why did you bring me here?"

"Go inside. Someone is waiting for you there."

With hesitant and slow steps, Herlin followed the five men into the bar. As the door opened, her eyes fell on a handsome man with a muscular build and piercing blue eyes glancing in her direction.

The man, with sharp eyes like an eagle's, sat holding a bottle of drink in his hand.

"Why did you take so long? What kept you, making me wait this long?"

Herlin was confused by his words.

"Are you Robert?"

The man nodded slowly with a warm smile.

"Are all these men your subordinates?" she asked again, pointing to the five men.

The man nodded once more, a slight smirk on his lips.

"Ugh..."

Herlin sighed deeply, rubbing her face in frustration.

"What is wrong with you people?! Don't you know I have to be in Jakarta by tomorrow morning? And you dragged me here! You-are you really Robert?"

The woman spoke in an angry tone.

"Yes... I am Robert."

"What's your problem?!"

Robert knew what his Luna was going through. Luna Agnesia, a stubborn woman, was destined to be his mate. Robert also knew about her complicated love story with Frans-a blood-sucking vampire and a conqueror of women.

What Robert had to do now was simple yet crucial: marry Luna, the woman fate had chosen for him.

This was the only way to maintain balance in the werewolf realm.

The woman standing before him was his destined mate.

The full moon night will slipping away, and he didn't have much time left.

"You must come with me!" he said firmly.

Herlin resisted slightly as the five men escorted her to Robert's private quarters.

She tried to explain that she wasn't the woman Robert was referring to, but no one seemed to listen.

Bang.

The door slammed shut.

Herlin was left alone in the room with the man who had greeted her earlier.

"I've waited a long time for this day, my Luna. Tonight is the full moon of my 1,000th year. You must marry me."

Herlin's eyes widened in shock.

"Marry you?"

Her voice was hoarse, heavy with disbelief at what he was saying.

Under the bright moonlight streaming through the glass walls of the building, Robert stepped closer to her.

"Tonight belongs to us."

"No! Don't! Please, I'm not the woman you think I am!" Herlin protested firmly, stepping back from him.

"You've avoided me for nearly 30 years since your rebirth. No matter how many times you die and reincarnate, I will search for you to the ends of the earth."

Herlin took a deep breath.

"I don't understand what you're talking about!"

"Come here..... Come to me"

Robert Gently called Herlin Closer

"To night is the night of our union, we must seal our sacred vow and bond with blood."

Herlin Froze, unable to move, her mind racing to decide what she should do.

"But, I'm not the women you're looking for, please believe me," she said softly, her voice pleading."

"Don't deny it anymore. My love come here."

The man pulled Herlin by the waist drawing her into his Embrace.

Herlin's heart raced.

As A poor woman from a small village, she had never been desired by men because of her status.

But now, Robert was forcing her to surrender.

How could she resist? Herlin had to admit

That the man's charm was overwhelming. Despite his claim of being a centuries-old werewolf, his allure was undeniable

It all felt surreal and herlin began to wonder if she was merely hallucinating

"I am afraid you'ill regret marrying me,"

Herlin whispered softly, her lips close to robert's

Robert's piercing blue eyes stared deep into her, compelling Herlin to close her own.

His gaze was so intense that she couldn't bear to meet it.

Robert reached for a smal fruit knife in the drawer beside the silk -covered bed.

Seeing this, Herlin gasped in shock

"What are you going to do?'

Robert didn't respond, instead, he cut his arm, then hers.

"Ah!"

Herlin cried out in pain

"The union of blood and a beautiful love," robert declared. "Tonight under the full moons light, we will seal our sacred vow."
