After the brutal attack that killed Sheila. The moon goddess granted Sheila her request for a second chance but with a very dire condition and she accepted. Now reborn as a new person, Sheila promised to reign pain and torment on her killers and she would stop at nothing to make sure their lives undergo a very rough and painful patch.
~Sheila~
"Wake up Sheila,"
"Sheila, wake up," The inaudible voice and repetitive taps on my shoulder from my sister Tyla made me open my eyes as I lazily turned my back to see her kneeling down beside me.
The look on her face was laced with worry and confusion which made me lazily lift my weak body from my old worn-out mattress.
"What is it? Tyla." I asked anxiously when I noticed how strange she was acting, but she quickly paused my lips with her finger, shaking her head in the process for me not to say anything.
"We need to leave at once," she announced. Still maintaining her unusually calm voice as she signaled with her hands for me to stand up with her, but I didn't bulge.
"Leave where? What's going on Tyla? You're acting very strange right now." I muttered in a low tone as well, but she didn't say anything but instead tiptoed to the door and bent her head closer to the door knob.
"He is coming." she said and I swallowed hard.
"Who is coming, what is going-," I wanted to ask her what was going on, but she rushed to my side and closed my mouth with her palms.
"You need to hide
Sheila. Right now," She said, shaking, and something about the way she spoke made me frightened, but before I could say anything to her. I heard my father's loud voice.
"Where is that good for nothing Sheila, come out right now!" my father thundered from outside my room and I could hear his footsteps approaching.
"Hide, Hide, Hide," Tyla muttered before pushing me inside my wardrobe and closing the door which was half broken.
"Where is she?" I heard my father's voice again as the door clicked open.
"Where the hell is Sheila? Tyla," my father fired after a brisk moment had passed, and his earlier question wasn't answered by Tyla.
I cowered inside my tiny wardrobe which could only fit a 5-year-old as fear and curiosity of fear of the unknown enveloped my body.
If not for one Tyla, I would have stepped out of the wardrobe to meet my father's usual beating, but the fact Tyla came to my room and forced me to hide meant that there was a bigger reason for my father's presence than his usual maltreatment.
My name is Sheila Virgo, and I'm the second daughter among the 3 daughters of Virgo Giovanni.
My father is the Alpha of the SilverClaws pack. The second-strongest wolf pack among all the wolf kingdoms.
Ever since my mother died and left me with my father and my step-family. I have faced a very rough and tough time in my family accompanied by various maltreatment from my stepmother and harsh beatings from my father, who treated me like garbage while he treated my step-sisters like precious jewels.
Tonight is an example of how chaotic and non-peaceful my life has always been.
"As you can see, Sheila is not in the room now. I just walked in here seconds ago, and I didn't see her," Tyla lied as her voice broke me out of my thoughts.
"Are you saying Sheila was not here when you came in?" My father voiced and I swallowed hard. Afraid he would discover I was hiding inside the wardrobe.
"I am telling the truth, father, I really think you should check her elsewhere," Tyla said to him and I heard my father's curses immediately.
"Where could she have disappeared? I'm going to kill that brat when I see her!" He fired before storming out of the room, and banged the door behind him.
" You can Come out, Sheila. He has left," Tyla said immediately as she opened the wardrobe door and I stepped out of it with a look of confusion plastered on my face.
"Can you explain to me what is going on, Tyla," I said to Tyla, expecting her to explain her weird action.
"Your life is in danger now, Sheila. I really need to get you out of here now," Tyla muttered and my heart knotted.
"Wha-" I wanted to shout but Tyla held my mouth again as I tried to control my emotions.
"This is not the time to talk too much, Sheila. I think father wants to sell you off to a demonic Alpha at the moment."
"I will explain other necessary details you want to know when you are out of danger, but as of now we really need to focus on how to get you out of the pack without father seeing us," Tyla rushed her words, her hands still clipping my mouth while her face screamed seriousness.
Every word that came out of Tyla's mouth shocked me and frightened me at the same time, but because Tyla has been the only one nice to me in my family. I didn't have any choice but to believe her.
I mean it's not like my father couldn't do what she said, he had always despised me since birth.
"I've informed Wilson about this, and he is waiting for us at our pack border," the mention of Wilson's name from Tyla made the tension in me dissipate immediately. If Wilson is already involved in this matter, then I'm safe-or so I thought.
Wilson Tador is my mate and one of the sons of Alpha Tador, the Alpha of the strongest werewolf kingdom (The WoodPaws) pack, and we have been in a secret relationship after we found out at my coming of age ceremony that we were fated to each other, but he hasn't marked me as his mate yet.
According to him, he was waiting for the next full moon festival so that he could announce me as his mate and mark me in front of our pack members as well-I couldn't wait for that day to arrive. I giggled in my mind.
"Do you trust me now? Tyla's voice snapped me out of my thoughts and I nodded before she proceeded to remove her palms from my mouth slowly.
"Now we need to get out of here as soon as possible before father revisits," she muttered and I swallowed.

"Walk fast Sheila," Tyla said to me in the dark woods as I tried to meet up with her long strides.
We were literally in a walk-run motion, and I was already tired because of the fact we ran all the way up to where we were at the moment after successfully escaping from my pack without my father catching us.
Tyla already had a wolf, and I was still wolfless-I guess that explains her strong ability to withhold tiredness while I was struggling to catch up with her, panting heavily.
"How much longer does it take to get to where Wilson is? We have been walking for close to 1 hour, and we've even surpassed our park border" I asked Tyla as I rushed towards her and grabbed her arms to support myself, the cold night breeze sending goosebumps to my skin.
"We are almost there Sheila," she said as she waved off a tree branch which was obstructing our view before we were welcomed by a clearer path the moon helped to illuminate.
"He should be somewhere around here," Tyla said suddenly, and I released a breath which I didn't know I was holding, but my eyes widened in surprise and I felt a cold breeze when I caught sight of Wilson leaning casually on an oak tree. Kissing someone who I was yet to identify because her back was facing us.
