"Mine. You" his crooked words said in a deep voice, carrying a hint of evilness echoed through the silent hall. As he gazes at the petite woman he trapped in his arms, he saw her beautiful dark whirlpool eyes flashing in extreme brilliance. Her dark eyes flickered, instead of being scared, she stared right into his dangerous bloody red eyes, chuckling lowly while raising her brows in provocation, "Can you make me though?" _ Chaira Traus spent her first life being bullied by her classmates, used as a cash cow by her friends, abused by her family and in-laws and treated as a plaything by her fiancée. She was used and exploited for all her use before she was left with nothing. Going back home while walking after being dropped off in the middle of the road by her fiancé, her unlucky first life ended with the bus running frantically towards her. Being reborn again means she cannot live in the same sequence as in her first life, focusing herself to study hard in everything to slap everyone faces with grace, she found herself studying medicine, hacking, business, martial arts calligraphy and even was able to enter the underground business without any hesitation, as long as she can study it, she studied and entered it. Mastering those things in 10 years, she was about to take things to the next level when she found out... she died, again, from over studying things. Before she was to grieve her ridiculous death that happened for the second time, she was reborn for the third time. This time, Chaira vowed that she will not die because of ridiculous events. But first, she got to solve this family first that were trying to marry her to a playboy.
Pain.
Dizzy.
These were the two things that Chaira immediately felt after she opened her eyes and found herself back in her own room. Silently looking over the every piece of things inside the room she was in, her lips pursed as she finally confirmed something.
She died... again.
Yes. Again.
But instead of dying for the reason she was run over by a bus like what happened to her in her first life, she died from over studying for months, without balance diet, balance sleep--basically, balance lifestyle in her second life.
Now, being reborn for the third time, what will be the reason of her death when she decided to be just a lazy pig? The corner of her lip cocked up before it toned down when a harsh voice rang just outside of this dirty room.
"Hey! Why are you still inside?! Come out now!" Chaira frowned and hurriedly stood, keeping herself away from the dirtiness she discovered too late was surrounding her. Finally taking a good look at the layout of her bedroom instead of the shining things placed carefully at the side, her brows furrowed tighter and tighter.
It's been a long time since she remembered that she once suffered a mistreatment at this age. It still felt quite novel and uncomfortable experiencing this the third time.
KNOCK!
KNOCK!
KNOCK!
"You little b*tch! You don't have a long memory, don't you? Don't try on doing something funny or you will face our wrath!"
Chaira don't have enough time to ponder over things if she should just clean this place first before she leaves when the harsh voice outside become even more harsher as the words spout out from that familiar mouth become even more filthier and unrestrained.
Her head slowly turned, sweeping her gaze over towards the door that was neither close nor far from her coldly, she went to open the door when the knocking sound intensified.
As the door were opened too suddenly while the person outside is still heavily knocking, her aunt who acts like a shrew earlier, fell inside because of inertia, with Chaira, dodging at the side.
"Ugh" Aunt Lina grunted in pain as her face and full chest hit the dirty and dusty ground hard. When she was about to stand up and curse at Chaira like usual with her fierce eyes, she crouched down and silently stared straight into her eyes, with eyes that seemed to have the intention of something dark, Aunt Lina who was acting like a shrew earlier obviously deflated, leaning backwards as she warily looked at her.
"Aunt Lina... it's too early in the morning, why are you shouting? Are you selling fish?" she obviously asked in a soft voice, just out pure curiosity but Aunt Lina who looked over at her eyes, backed in shock, lips trembling as she pointed at her with eyes shrinking in fear.
"You----"
"Lina?! Where is Chaira?!" Chaira mother voice sounded loudly from the living room. Chaira head tilted as she looked outside, just to see her'mom'loudly tapping her heel on the stairs while she walked.
"So that's the reason why your so noisy early in the morning" she only smiled at her aunt after knowing that it's really the person who gave birth to her, ordering this aunt of hers, who was willing to be a little slave to her sister.
Not caring about the aunt who was fourth only to mistreating her in the first life, she went outside, perfectly not hearing the erratic murmurs of my aunt.
-
"Demon. It's a demon!" Aunt Lina did not even mind the dirty ground as she huddled in the corner, hugged her whole body, shivers running down to her spine when she remembered the darkness without any whiteness on her niece eyes.
The gloomy cloud that hovered above her niece that also seemed to have eyes, staring at her coldly, making her unable to breath and feel she was on the other end of her death.
"A demon...." erratic murmurs continued inside Chaira dirty room as Chaira finally step into the stairs.
_
Chaira mother furrowed her brows just after seeing Chaira on the stairs, "Why are you so slow?! Did I give birth to a snail?!"
Looking down at her mom who was still six steps away from her, scolding her like she always did in her first life even if she did not do anything, Chaira quietly felt her heart. Unlike in Chaira second life where she is still slightly affected, it seemed, her heart was already so numb she doesn't even feel anything when her own biological mother stared at her with malicious eyes again.
"Maybe" Chaira talked back with a slight smile.
Chaira mother who turned her back from Chaira and was about to go down to entertain the'guest'again, stopped on her footsteps as she turned back, staring maliciously while stepping closer towards her.
Chaira silently stared at her approaching closer, when her mother was about one step far away from her and left hand raised familiarly, she whispered something as she stared straight into her mother eyes, successfully making her freeze on her spot.
"Say mother... Will you really break a bone or two, if I pushed you down from here...? Like what you did to me when I was a kid" Chaira eyes flashed as the corner of her lips curled up, seeing the tremor inside those eyes that were always staring maliciously from the start since she regained consciousness as a kid.
It did not take long for Chaira mother to fully digest what she whispered full of malicious intentions, when she took a deep breath, pointing at her with trembling fingers, anger visible in her eyes, "How dare you say that to me? I'm your mother....!" Her hand raised high again and was about to fall on Chaira cheeks. She let it fall, not because she wanted to be slapped, but because...
"Mother-in-law, this seemed to be inappropriate to do to my future fiancée, right?" Michael asked with a playful smile while holding her mother raised hand.
The playboy fiancée is here.
Chaira mother hurriedly changed her malicious expression and stared at Michael with all smiles.
"Right, right, forgive me, forgive me" she took her hand back as Michael released it without any burden.
Chaira silently looked at them and left quietly when her mother continued her conversation with the two-faced man. Arriving downstairs, seeing Michael parents sitting across from her father, she did not pay any attention to them and just went straight to the door.
"Where are you going?!" Chaira father loudly roared just as she bypassed where they are.
Michael mom immediately chimed in, glaring at Chaira after she turned around to look back at them, "I never thought the kid you raised is ill-mannered, what will happen to our precious son if he is really engaged with her?"
"Dead" Chaira simply stated.
"You---!" Chaira cut Millie, Michael mother off before she was about to curse.
"I don't have any intention to marry your low product son ma'am. I'm hungry so I will be taking my leave now, bye!" waving her hands off at them, Chaira turned her back and left the house, never looking back even if she heard her father roaring again.
The fresh air outside instantly hit Chaira nose, but it made her shiver uncontrollably when she felt a burning gaze not far away from her. She frowned as she looked over at the man wearing a hoodie standing still, like robot beside the post mailbox.
She stared at the man for quite some time, but he didn't even budge nor look straight at her. But he sure does have a bloody red lip.
"...."
Chaira did not pay any heed of attention to the man anymore as she waved for a taxi.
