Chapter 1 First Chapter
"Does that stupid Davina think you love her? Ha! Ridiculous!"
The fire swallowed the abandoned warehouse where Davina Scott was tied. She had to bear the agony of fire while listening to the cruel and piercing truth revealed by Emily Scott and Clarence Hall outside.
"Humph! After she dies, Philliph has to treat me as the only daughter of the Scott family, even if I am not Biological! Dvina, you bitch! Go to hell!" Davina collapsed on the floor, looking hopelessly toward the door, tears of sorrow welling up in her eyes.
She once thought her cousin, Emily, was sincere to her, and Clarence finally fell in love with her. She didn't expect that both of them would secretly murder her!
"Leonardo must be looking for her now. What a romantic eccentric!" Davina heard Clarence Snickering when she was in a daze.
Emily also sneered, "Leonardo's mad. How can he still treat Davina, that bitch, with deep love even after she broke his legs?"
Tsk, tsk! His faithfulness and loyalty even touch me. I feel pity for Davina cause she only focuses all her attention on you, darling," she continued. "If she was smart, do you think we would have succeeded in killing her?"

The familiar yet strange voice stunned Davina for a long time. She looked at the man in front of her. She was in a daze for a long time before she asked in disbelief, "Derrick?" What's going on? Was here heaven?
Derrick Scott was her biological elder brother. In her memory, he was sentenced to death three years ago for taking drugs and leaking confidential documents.
Davina covered her head, which was about to explode because of the shocking information. "Davina, what's going on?"
When she felt the warmth from Derrick's palm, only she realized she wasn't dreaming.
Derrick was still alive!

They quickly discovered Davina and frowned. She saw hatred in their eyes but had no other choice and begged, "Is Leonardo inside?"
No response.
Davina bit her lips and said again, "I want to see him, can!?
In the past, she made too many mistakes, so he was not confident yet.
Hunter suppressed his anger and said, "Ms. Scott, I hope you still have a conscience. Please don't provoke Mr. Cosby." Davina's heart was pounding with anxiety. She was not here to provoke but to persuade him!
His legs could be cured. It was because she hurt him so deeply that he gave up the chance. Seeing that Hunter and Jose did not let her go in, Davina could only stand at the door and shout.
"Leonardo!"
"Leonardo! I want to see you!"
"Can you let me in?!"
Davina shouted until her throat became hoarse, but there was still no reply or reaction.
She is weak from waking up from the coma and going through the rain. In such a short time, she was panting and sweating profusely. Seeing that she was shaky, Hunter was afraid that she would faint here.
If she fainted, Leonardo would be upset.
"Ms. Scott, you'd better go back, "Hunter said coldly, "My boss doesn't want to see anyone now." Davina took a deep breath and gazed at the ward firmly for a while, then left.
