"Oh God what have I done wrong that life has been so mean to me!" I grew up not knowing who my parents were and I don't even know what they look like. Not even a single picture of them or any traces at all to at least ask around who they are and where they came from. All I knew was that they relocated to New York city and they were living in an uncomplicated old house that was abandoned for years.They both sanitized the building and made it their own personal home. The neighbours wondered where the hell they came from, but it's none of their business why would they pokenose on someone who they barely know who they are and their whereabouts.

From what I was told, my parents look like those love birds who ran away from their home's all because their parents don't support their relationship to being married to each other. They both love one another and the way they were very supportive to one another while living in the abandoned building shows how much they loved one another and were ready to sacrifice anything to keep their relationship strong and till death do them apart.

They both go out together, always Holding their hands firmly, displaying their love even on the road while walking, their laugh always filling the air as they show affection for themselves. Despite the struggles and how hard life was on them they still stick to each other and always get each other back to learn on. Their love story keeps the neighbours worried and surprises them how softly their life was going even without them having a comfortable home and lacking a lot of resources.

It was a Monday morning when they both decided to go search for a job so they could rent a new apartment in order for them to change their way home and start living a comfortable life they deserve. On their way searching for any labouring work that they could do to start saving up some money, a car passed by and mistakenly splashed water on my Dad. My Mum said angrily "who's this bastard that just splashed water on my dear husband!"

A man came out from the driver's side , who seemed like a driver who's like driving someone of a high class. My Mum continues to yell even when the car stops. Is it because you are driving a car and we are walking?, or because you have money you think you can treat anyone as you pleases? "Huh" I am asking you "what the hell is that!"

The love she has for my Dad was an Extraordinary love that she can't withstand any one trying to harm or do anything hasty to her husband.

The driver was pleading but still yet my mum doesn't stop asking questions

why they splashed water on her husband, My dad just froze up and couldn't say anything, he was just staring at the driver but short of words. The driver said softly " I am deeply sorry for my apologies, it wasn't intentional!" My mum continues by saying, "are you blind? or were your eyes covered with your hands?" Can't you see that there were.... Before she could complete the sentence, The unknown man in the car winned down the window glass of the car, he raised his voice and called out to his driver "Roberto!" the driver answered, "yes Boss." what's happening over there?" . The unknown man asked.

Roberto immediately ran to his boss and let him know what's happening, telling his boss that my Mum isn't taking it easy on him at all, despite all the pleading and the sincere apologies, yet my Mum wasn't satisfied. "I don't know what else to say to her that will prove that it wasn't intentional, Boss." the driver said. "Call them over" the unknown man said, "OKAY BOSS" Roberto replied.

Roberto said "Hey, come over my boss wants to have a talk with you two."

They both went and the man said "Good day" . I am sorry for whatever misconceptions I might have caused you. "What are your names and why are you both looking homeless and tattered?" The man asked. It really shows that you both are going through alot.

"My name is Beatrice Lorenzo" my mum answered the man first, she was already using my Dad name as her surname even when they are not officially married, and my Hus...she was about introducing my Dad to the man, when the man shut her up and said "let the gentleman introduce himself." My mum wants to go further by saying he's my husband...the man shut her up again "shhh," you talk too much.

My Dad then goes ahead by introducing himself as Albert Lorenzo by name, we moved to New York just a few weeks back, you are right sir, "We are homeless" it sounds like an insult but that is the exact truth. And that's the reason why my wife was so mean to your driver when he splashed water on me.

Believe me sir, that's not her attitude she is a respectful, Jovial and also kindhearted lady. She's just stressed out about the way things are for us and how deeply she loves and cares for me. That is the reason why she reacted like that. On her behalf I am sorry for the way she acted sir. "We will be on our way now sir. " Thank you sir. My Dad was a cold-hearted man. He never argued nor got into fights with someone, he is an easy going man. And I think that's why my mum loves him that much.

"Don't be in a rush Mr Lorenzo" that's your name right? the man asked "yes sir" my Dad answered. Have heard all of what you said but I am on my way to a meeting right now, I am in a hurry but this is what we will do.

The man turned to his side and grabbed his briefcase, he opened it and then brought out his card. He handed over the card to my dad and said, " That's my card and my address is there too." Try to reach out to me by tomorrow around 9:00 am. We will discuss your well-being, okay!.

My parents were about to go when the man called their attention back and said, let me give you a token so you could get another dress. The man opened his briefcase and then brought out a bunch of money and gave it to my dad. " Go get new clothes," the man said. My dad noticed his face got widened, jaw dropping, my Mum couldn't say anything, just staring and got her mouth covered with her hand.

My parents feel more energetic, happy and alive. They were all over cloud nine and also over the moon, they both had a whale of a time grinning from ear to ear. The money is enough for them to go rent a new house that will take a year before it is due.

They both didn't bother going further to search for a job, they both returned back home, with their faces too red raw filled with smiles, butterflies on their stomach.

My mum hold my Dad tight onto her, she lift her head up, with smiles on her face looking directly into her husband eyes, and said "let celebrate this joyful moment" my dad asked "How and on what way?"..she cupped her husband cheeks and said don't be childish. She rolled her eyes in a seducing way, "Come let me show you how!" she said.

She holds his husband's hand and they both walk into their room which is untidy, in the same old and abandoned house they both sanitized when they first arrived in New York city.

"What do you want to show me?", my Dad asked, pretending as if he didn't know my Mum was about to offer him sex as part of the celebration of the joyful moment.

My mum then pushed my dad on the bed and said "let me show you how" she kissed my Dad and then, they both got turned on and the love birds displayed all the acrobatic styles they knew of.

Laughing and screaming were all over the air, that even the neighbours would know that they were definitely having fun. But they never bothered even when they knew it was daytime and not midnight.

"It was a moment that they couldn't let go without feeling each other, it had been long they had such a joyous time."
