After ten years of living a life of luxury as a pampered heiress, I accidentally discovered that I was not my mother's biological child. Even more maddeningly, the blood test with the nanny showed that I was not 0% related to her! Looking at the strikingly handsome bodyguard, I felt a surge of panic. Could it be that the person I disliked the most growing up, who always overshadowed me, is actually the real young master?! Thinking of his diary filled with my name, I made up my mind to seduce him. The next day, as he was fastening my seatbelt, I kissed him. Looking into his astonished eyes, I chuckled softly, "I like you. Can I pursue you?"

Chapter 1

After living a life of luxury as a pampered young lady for ten years, I accidentally discovered that I wasn't my mother's biological daughter. And what was even more maddening was that the result of the blood relationship test between me and the nanny wasn't zero percent!

I looked at the remarkably good-looking bodyguard, with a sense of fear in my heart.

Could it be that the one I had hated since childhood, who always stole the spotlight from me, was the real heir?

I thought of his diary, which was filled with my name all over it.

I decided to flirt with him. So, the next day, I kissed him when he was fastening my seatbelt for me.

Seeing his shocked expression, I smiled softly and said, "I like you. May I court you?"

1.

Everyone said Kevin Black was my devoted follower.

But only I knew that he took good care of me because he was my bodyguard.

In fact, I disliked him very much. He was good-looking, did well in his studies, and was excellent at boxing. In every respect except for his social status, I couldn't match up to him.

Sometimes I wondered how a child from an ordinary family could be so talented.

I had been learning boxing for twelve years, yet he mastered it in just three.

My mother appointed him as my bodyguard because I was always causing trouble, skipping classes and getting into fights. She was constantly worried about my safety. And since Kevin was in the same class as me, I was forced to be tied to him every day.

But now, I had to latch onto Kevin because I found out that the noble identity I had been proud of for so many years was actually stolen by my biological mother.

My biological mother was Anna Wade, who had taken care of me since I was a child and worked as our family's nanny.

I overheard Anna on the phone and learned the truth. She didn't know that I had found out.

To hold onto my luxurious life, I decided to flirt with Kevin.

After all, I got the feeling that Kevin really had some feelings for me.

I had peeked at his diary, and it was filled with my name all over.

Previously, I really hated him for always stealing the limelight from me.

But now, the thought of dating him didn't seem too bad.

Even if the truth came to light, wouldn't our relationship prevent me from being completely ruined?

Perhaps he'd even offer me a huge sum of money to leave, saying, "Take this fifty million and stay away from me. Never let me see you again."

So, I put my plan into action by acting cute in front of Kevin the very next day.

2.

When Kevin came to wake me up, he found that I was already sitting obediently at the breakfast table.

In the past, I would surely have made him call me over and over again, maybe ten times or so.

I gave him a sweet smile.

He sat across from me with a blank expression. "Eat up. I'll drive you to school later."

I took a bite of the bread, chewed it a few times, and asked, "Don't you have anything to say?"

"You got up early today. I hope you can keep it up."

Unwilling to let it go, I persisted and asked, "Aren't you going to praise me?"

I stared fixedly at him.

Kevin was taken aback for a moment, then said in a monotone, "Well done!"

Tsk, his acting skills were a bit lacking; the tips of his ears were clearly turning red.

I didn't expose him, finding his shyness rather charming.

In the cramped space of the car, the fragrance of gardenias filled the air, a fragrance that I knew he was fond of. I sprayed the perfume on purpose.

"Does it smell nice? I know you like this fragrance, so I put on this perfume deliberately."

He gave a soft "Mm" and shifted the topic. "Are you feeling hot? Shall I turn on the air conditioner?"

I shook my head, looking at him teasingly. "Why are your ears so red?"

Kevin paid no attention to me and leaned forward to fasten my seatbelt.

I took the opportunity to kiss him. He dodged swiftly, as if I were a ferocious beast. but my lips still grazed his cheek.

I caught a glimpse of surprise in his eyes.

"Why are you dodging me?"
