Robots war

It was another busy day in December. The city was rushed by the people who were shopping for the Christmas. I was walking towards my apartment impatiently after evening lectures, to get a nap. But unfortunately, i had to change my plans because Teena called me.

" Hey girl what's up? '' i asked.

" Tasha where are you right now? " Her voice was kind of shaking.

" I'm at the apartment. is everything okay? who is screaming there? " I wondered who was shouting in the background.

" I don't have time to explain everything. can you come quickly to Diya's place? " She hung up the phone.

" Wait what? ... should I go there? " I turned back to go to Diya's place instead of getting my sweet nap.

I could get a taxi in few minutes so I went to Diya's place. Everyone was there when I arrived. They are my batch mates who studies in the second year, at solar tech university. They were looking at me with terrible faces.

" Guys what's wrong with you? What's going on? " They were trying to answer, but no one answered completely. They made me more confused.

" Is that a big deal or something? Don't make me scared...hey please..." I tried to know whether it was a serious matter or another joke of them, which are usually done by them"

" This idiot has gone crazy!!! " Alan shouted while pointing at the robot that we made as our second-year final project was kept in Diya's room for the safe.

" What? I don't think so. He is so fine, look he will be a handsome robot after the final touches" Since the robot was looking so fine, I patted on his shoulder.

" NOO...Don't touch him..." Teena screamed but i was late, the robot turned at me suddenly and I was shocked after the it slapped me in seconds.

" Ouch .... what the...What's with this bloody robot? " I kept my hand on the cheek because it was really hurting.

" That's why we called you. The robot has changed into a ninja. You are kind of lucky, it was hitting Diya down to the ground when we came here." Miki explained the scenario.

" Yeah, it was trying to break my backbone " Diya made the scenario more dramatic.

" How did this happen? I mean it was working well even after the lunch time. " I asked my friends.

" Maybe some viruses have attacked the coding, or someone has changed the data." Diya told her opinion.

" Someone changed? Who on the earth wants to change our program files..." Alan shouted.

" Maybe it's Jonas. He was acting weird at the canteen today." said Diya.

" Oh, come on! When will you stop suspecting Jonas? " Miki asked, recalling the last time Diya suspected Jonas on her lost make up pouch. And it was found in the washroom.

Diya's face became red as a red chilli.

" Guys why this man is staring at me. I think he is planning to eat me to the bones." Everyone turned at Teena and suddenly the robot jumped at her and started hitting her.

"Hey, stop it..."Miki tried to stop the robot by pulling its hand and the robot pushed her away, resulting her glasses broke down.

" Why this remote isn't working? " Alan tried to turn off the robot but the remote was already broken.

" Hey, you ugly robot? I'm here...Catch me if you can." I jumped and stood up on Diya's bed and got the robot's attention. It pushed away Teena and turned at me.

" Guys go goo..." Everyone ran out of the room. I was rolled beneath the bed when robot tried to catch me, and I could get myself out of the room and door was closed by Miki and Diya as soon as I came out.

" That was too close sighed.

"Teena, are you okay? " Asked Alan.

" Yeah, thank god," said Teena. It was only a little break that they could get, the robot started hitting the door.

"This shit isn't gonna leave us alone" Diya screamed. Although they have locked the door from outside the robot took only few seconds to break the lock. All of us were holding the door hard but robot was too strong. Suddenly the robot stopped hitting the door and we were looking for what was going to happen next.

There was a silence inside the room. After few minutes I would nearly get panic attack because of Teena's scream. The robot got out of the room through the window and now it's standing in front of us."

"Everyone to the room. Alan opened the room, and everyone got into it except Miki. The robot put down Miki to the ground and trying to grab her neck. Randomly I could see a long umbrella inside Diya's room and in a flash I pushed the switch off button of the robot which was placed down the back of robot's neck. The robot was freeze and fell down on Miki...
