MY ALPHA SPOILS ME TOO MUCH

Serine stared at her watch as she watched the crowd starting to form, today was a very important and delicate day for the rose packs, she even heard that the famous and notorious alpha king was coming meaning that if anything went even a little bit wrong, Alpha Drake would have a head on a stick mostly likely hers, not like her life hasn't been going terrible enough already but what can she do, a useless weak omega like herself that too an orphan has no say in anything and that's why even though she is the only one doing everything for the event; cooking, cleaning, trimming etc., she is still banned from attending the party itself, doesn't matter if the Alpha king requested to see every pack member, for them she was more a slave than member. Heck she even still remembers what he told her after she asked.

"A low life like you is not fit to be associated with our pack's name, no one would even care if you disappear so do not worry" Alpha had told her with a sinister grin after she was done asking about her attendance to which she simply nodded her head and left, she knew if she'd so much as sighed in disappointment or refusal, she'd meet or rather receive the beating of her life time.

She just finished handing the last dish to one of the omega's who were asked to serve the Alpha king when he came, and then as usual Alpha Drake's daughter would once again take all the credit for arduous work, not like she care or could do anything even if she cared.

"What the hell are you still doing here?" Serine turned and was met with an echoing slap.

"Luna Celest, I'll leave right away" Serine bowed her head and tried to leave but Celest wouldn't let her, pushing her on the floor and then stomping on her hand, making sure each stomp was more powerful than the last.

"How dare you try to walk out on me, listen here you idiotic parent less bitch, you are so lucky that we have a party today, so your punishment will be given out tomorrow and I swear if the Alpha sees you, you are dead. Now get out of my sight" Serine could only nod as she stood up and walked back to her room holding her bash out hand. Her room if you could even call it that was basically the run-down basement of her pack's house, no light or even a good bed just a tiny window, everything she had in her "room" came out of the trash she had secretly taken from the back, even her bed was made from left over rusted iron bars, she knew it wasn't safe but it was the only thing she had, that or sleeping on the crack, sharp, rusty floors.

'Well so much for a party' she sighed to herself and made her way to the tiny windows of her room, staring in awe and envy at all the expensive cars that pulled up with the riders all wearing expensive clothes and accessories, how she wished she was one of them.

Just when she decided that she had enough of looking at what she could never have and tried to look way, her eyes landed on one car, it just rolled in, she'd never seen or felt anything like it before, the car itself screamed rich but that wasn't the only thing that drew her attention, the aura of the car was strong, so strong it had scrunching her nose and she wasn't even that close to the owner.

Her eyes glued to the door, watching intensely to see who could have such an effect and she could possibly have guessed she wasn't the only one being curious, everyone else's eyes were also glued on the car.

When she finally saw him, it was like her breath and heart just stopped functioning, if beauty was a person, then that would be him. Even the way he stepped out of the car exuded a certain grace and charisma in the likes she had never seen before. It was like she was in a trance and couldn't break away from it well that was until He turned and around and looked up, straight at her. They stared at each other for a while before her senses kicked in and she looked away, if her Alpha knew someone outside the pack saw her, she would be beaten and sent back to the punishment room.

ELVIN'S POV

"My king, we have arrived" My driver announced causing me to sigh, honestly, I don't understand why a tiny pack like the rose pack deserve my attendance not to sound cocky, but I really don't like attending parties especially formally parties, but I guess it's too late for now.

Drake and I have never been on the same page mostly because I hate the way he rules and shows off his members like they are goods or something, I think it's very sickening, to the last of my knowledge I am still supervising him and that's why I am here, well that and also to find my missing piece, my other half, the one bestowed to me by the moon goddess herself to rule the kingdom alongside me. I have been looking for her for a while now and it's Rose's pack turn.

I gestured at the chauffeur to open my door while putting on the best fake smile I could muster.

The moment the door was opened, all I could see were the blinding lights of the paparazzi and faces staring at me making me remember another reason why I hate parties.

As I fully stepped out, I was suddenly hit with a faint smell of Vanilla and strawberries, the smell was so addictive, so intoxicating that I practically zoned out from everything going on, trying to find the source of such a flavor, she has to be my mate, that I am sure of. Just when I was about giving up, my eyes landed on the small window on the rooftop basement, the smell seems to be coming from there, I really couldn't make out the face of the one behind said window, but I could feel her stare on me. I was standing in the middle of many people yet only she affected me. She is my mate; we stared at each other for hours before I could no longer feel her stare or scent, guess she left.

"This way my king" My beta said bringing me out from my trance, I nodded and followed him inside, trying my best to contain my curiosity and excitement, I finally found my mate well I think I have.

ELVIN'S POV

We finally made it past the annoying group of onlookers and finally to the main room where the party is supposed to be held, all the while my head kept on scanning the room for my beloved yet still couldn't find her.

"James, I want you to inform Alpha Drake to gather all the pack members after the party" I instructed my beta, I must find my mate tonight now that I know she is at least close.

"Alpha King Elvin, we are so honored and glad to have you here" Luna Celeste bowed, there has been something unsettling about her, she had this malicious aura hanging over her most of the time, an overly ambitious woman who can go any lengths to have power and money.

"You may rise Celest" she nodded and got up and started having small talk with me, I wasn't interested of course but had to indulge her due to courtesy.

I kept on looking around for my mystery mate while Celest kept on going on and on about her 'amazing' child which is not surprising, ever since I could remember she has been trying to hook me up with her daughter, yes, no chance.

"And do you know she was able to transform before she turned 10, everyone couldn't stop praising.... Alpha king.... Alpha King are you listening...Alpha king" she shook me a little getting me out of dreamland.

"Of course, Luna, if you excuse me, I have something important to do, it was very lovely talking to you". Without waiting for a response, I left at once.

I spotted my beta James and walked up to him.

"Have you found her yet?" The look on his face already said no but I wanted to make sure.

"No, Alpha king" Fuck just where the hell could she be, I sensed her presence earlier, my wolf even confirmed it, she is here.

THIRD PERSON POV

The party went on for hours before ending. Alpha Drake led Elvin to the pack meet up center where all the pack members were waiting as per the request of Elvin.

"Alpha, everyone in the pack is present" Alpha Drake informed Elvin looking very smug.

Elvin responded with a brief nod before turning his attention to the crowd, scanning every individual carefully yet still couldn't find the smell from earlier, could it have been just in his imagination.

"Alpha Drake, I will have you know that deceiving the king is a great offense, are you sure this is everyone?" Elvin asked again this time his face was cold, and a certain dangerous aura was clouding around him causing even the people at the back of the crowd to shiver and step back.

"Yes...Alpha King th...i...s is everyone" Elvin knew he was lying but for what reason.

"That better be the case... James gather all the guards and search this place" He instructed his beta keeping his eye on the useless pathetic Alpha in front of him who at once quivered when he heard the order and then fell to his knees.

"Wait Alpha king there is one more girl, but she is just a slave and is irrelevant" Alpha Drake rushed to explain knowing that his fate would be worse if they end up finding that useless cursed omega.

"Well then what then bring her here".

Drake answered and at once ordered his guards to bring Serine.

Serine POV

The party should be over by now, I can't hear the blasting music or chattering anymore. I am still in my room, earlier during the party a guard came and told me to stay in my room until tomorrow, didn't give me any other information other that the fact that it was the Alpha's order and who am I to refuse extra hours of self-time and peace but whatever it is, I know it has to be good, The pack never misses any opportunity to torture and humiliate me for their fun and Entertainment, even Alpha and Luna get a kick out of hearing my screams of agony even said I deserve it for being born an orphan.

"Serine, Alpha wants to see you immediately" one of the guards barged into my sorry excuse of a room and delivered the message, even he looked at me with disgust.

"May I ask what I did wrong?" I asked quickly, waking up from my bed.

"You will know when you get there so let's go and let this be the last time you question me powerless omega" I nodded my head and followed him out of the room, even the guards had authority to punish me. Yeah, I am that pathetic.

Anyways we made our way outside where all the pack members were gathered but the moment, we reached I immediately turned back ready to take for the hills, I knew what was happening or at least going to happen, there are all here to humiliate and punish me, of course how could I forget the Luna's warning earlier?.

"And where the hell do you think you are going?" The guard yelled and grabbed me by my arm while another guard took my other hand. Both dragged me while I screamed and kicked, begging for them to let me go while everyone watched.

"Please I am begging, I am sorry, I swear it'll never happen again, don't do this to me alpha, Luna please" I screamed as they dragged me to the stage.

"Kneel" one of the guards yelled after both threw me on the floor In front of the Alpha and Luna.

I at once went on my knees, inwardly praying.

"Alpha she was resisting so we had to mad handle her" One of the guards reported. Alpha Drake looked beyond pissed off, he raised his hand to slap me, and I was preparing for the impact but felt nothing, after a few seconds of waiting I opened my eyes and Infront of me was the handsome man from earlier holding alpha Drake's hand so tightly, it was starting to turn red.

"What were we about to do just now?" He asked in a loud voice, each word spoken with so much anger, you could feel it in your bones.

"Alpha Drake, I was just trying to teach her a lesson "Wait are my eyes seeing correctly, Alpha Drake for the first time ever looked very scared.

"You wanted to teach my Mate a lesson, who gave you such audacity" he roared looking at me. Wait for me...his mate. I must be hearing stuff.

"Alpha, she can't possibly be your mate, she is just a useless orphan omega who can't do anything right" Alpha Drake spoke about me like I wasn't even here, not like I could say anything, it's always been like this.

Alpha Drake was about to continue speaking when he was caught off by a loud echoing slap, yep, the handsome stranger slap him but Surprise me the most was the fact that rather than punishing him, Alpha Drake went on his Knees and started to beg for forgiveness. It reminded me of me but it was less painful.

"Are you suggesting that I do not Know what I am saying.

"No alpha never".

"I'll take my mate to get treated but rest assured, we will be back to settle scores with you" He then picked me up and took me to his car and gently placing me on the seat, all while I just sat quiet, afraid of saying the wrong thing.
