Chapter 1: Gloria was born into the family of Patricia Micah , she was the only child of Patricia Micah which made the her parents to show her nothing but love, care, and attention. They basically basic in port Harcourt, Gloria was beautiful and talented she attend one of the best school in port Harcourt , On her 10th birthday party she received the best gift ever which made her a lover girl. Few days after her birthday her dad involved in a car accident and he couldn't survive it. Gloria still not believe that her dad is dead it was as a dream to her, after the funeral things become hard to them to the extent that her mom had no other option than to move back to the village, Gloria was not comfortable at all with the hold situation. They moved to the village due it was not easy for Gloria basic on the fact that she was not brought up in the village so everything was totally straight to her, she continue her school from there. Here come wisdom who was her class mate. Wisdom: hi my name is wisdom and am your. Gloria: my class mate, I know that you are my class mate so I can I held you. Wisdom: I noticed you are our New student here. Gloria: hmmm! Yah am new so. Wisdom: do you know you are pretty like you are very beautiful Gloria: you most be very stupid if you think I will fall for your tricks , you know what I need my space I mean right now Wisdom: are you this rude like you can't even say thank you for the compliment Gloria: wisdom or what ever your name is, I say I need my space Wisdom: okay fine I will leave but am coming back again, ( and he left) Gloria: can you imagine the ordersity, I don't blame you if not for death tell me what exactly I will be doing in this can of local school ( so she started crying) Chapter 2: Gloria got home I started complaining about her school that she didn't like it at all, but her mom/grandmother didn't say anything. At that moment she feels so lonely that no one's love her that she has been abandoned. Mom: my Angel I know her you feel right now but I want you to know mummy loves you and I also want you to know that mummy doesn't have a lot of money to send you to the kind of school you want, please I want you to endure with mummy okay Gloria: Mom but I can't cope in that school please, is too local for my liking Mom: my Angel I know just finished your secondary school here then I will send you the best university in Nigeria Gloria: okay mom, I love you more ( she went and hug her) She start getting more adapted to the school And she was one of best students in her class which makes all teachers to like her, Wisdom was not coming close to her anymore. Gloria continue taking her studies serious she never skip class for once , on the other hand her mom was very proud of her At her SSS 2 : Her mom start suffering from cancer Gloria become scared each and everyday She keep on praying asking God to keep her mom for her, the disease became worse they rush her mom to hospital where she was taking her medications, Gloria usually visit her when she is back from school. So on Trusday when she come back from school she asked her grandmother if they are not going to see her mom today and her grandmother said that it will be today which is Wednesday, she said okay. Chapter 3: that night Gloria was not able to sleep She wakes her grandmother up telling her that she can't sleep, so she asked her what is the time now The grandmother check the time and that was 1:30th Pm , so she asked her to go to bed but she couldn't sleep at all. Gloria stay awake till the next day, she started preparing for school when a bike ride into their compound. The person on the bike was her mom sister who was staying with her mom at the hospital her name is Susan Susan: ( she was crying why coming down from the bike) Grandmother: Susan what's it and why are you crying Susan: Aunty is dead ( as Gloria saw her she ran I came out) Gloria: aunty Susan why are you crying Grandmother: Gloria go in side Gloria: grandmother why are you asking me to go inside can you see that auntie Susan is crying and why is she crying Grandmother: your mother is dead ( she fall down on the floor and started crying so hard) Gloria: grandmother you are joking right see if this is a prank better stop it , what do by my mom is dead Susan: Gloria your mom is dead Gloria: no this is a lie, aunty this is a lie am sure you are lying to me, mummy you can't do this to me please come and tell me this is not true ( Gloria was just crying throughout the day, she was just broken she felt like taking her life) After the burial. All the love, care, and attention wasn't there anymore she felt broke each and everyday, she flash back all the own promises that her mother made for then she asked herself who is going to fulfill it . All her dreams, her career, who is going to help her, she keeps on moaning her mother.

Gloria was born in the family of Patricia. She was the only child of her parents, she was show with all kinds of love, care, and attention .
Basically they didn't basic in the village so her parents enrolled her in one of the best school at port Harcourt. And she was very smart and intelligent too that's gave her parents more joy and happiness. At her 10th birthday party was the most surprising day of her life, her parents was the best and she was very grateful.
Few weeks after her birthday, Gloria dad got into an car accident which let to his Dead. It was like the end of the world to Gloria and her mom she keeps on asking her mom about her Dad, after her dad funeral things become hard for her mom so she decided to move to the village, but Gloria was not comfortable with the hold situation but she has no choice cause things were not the same again.
They moved to village and her grandmother was very happy to her cause that was her first time seeing her granddaughter but Gloria was not happy seeing her, she continue her school from there, her first day at school was totally complicated.
