Mr.Yomi was ascended by the casualty of life,he faced allot of misfortune when his wife got pregnant,their marriage is drowning beneath the heaven and earth,Mrs.Yomi goes through allot too with her husband,but it's so disheartening she dismay her hope around the fate of her mother inlaw,Mama Yomi,she is the one who later cleanse up her tears before the matured star arrived,then who's this matured star?
TALES OF THE MATURED STAR Chapter 1 LOVE STRUCK
Now; you may kiss your bride,a voice echo warmly from the alter, Pastor Oke, holding a microphone,as he joined the newly engaged couple together,and proclaim them as husband and wife.
The speech varies with sweetness,Mr.Yomi feels happy and jiggles in honor,the flame of love blew with brightness,and keep lightening up their path, their home begun to breathe in new things,few months later,she went to the hospital and did a test,
She discovered she was pregnant,she walks in pleasantly and met her husband at the kitchen,he is already cooking,she joyfully kneel down and tells her husband to guess.
Her husband replied and said "you know I am not good at guessing" she quickly stare at her husband and use a finger to shut his mouth,she warmly whispered to her husband ears and said "I am pregnant" they both sang joyfully and dance towards the sitting room.
They joyed, and they forget they were cooking,she quickly ran to the kitchen to switched off the gas and put down the food,she served the food,and they both ate together that night,they gladly went to bed with joy.
Very early in the morning,they both woke up and bless themselves with hug,after some minutes,a call nailed Mr.Yomi cellphone,
his boss calling him, "hello sir" he said;
His boss proceed: "meet me at the office right away, a meeting came up,"
He hanged up and said "okay sir."
He asked his wife for breakfast,
He quickly dress up;
on getting to the office,congregation were already sitting,eyes were blinking,faces were smiling,the atmosphere is looking gorgeous.
Mr.Yomi sits down and everyone begun to shake him happily,his boss stood up and announced him as the general manager of the company,he wowed excessively with deep smile,and bow for his boss in hand shaking.
while shaking;his boss told him to see him after the meeting, he responded and said "okay sir."
Quickly after the meeting,he does as he was told,he went to his boss, knocking on his boss door, "you can come in "his boss says.
Oh! Mr.Yomi, "how are you",? congratulations more wins,he honorary stand behind the chair and answered,his boss tells him to seat,and he did,i just wants to say a big thank you for all what you've done in this great company,for your hard work,zeal and everything,now it's time to gain your sweat and effort and I pray the Lord will see you through,he replied and said, "thanks for choosing me among many people and thanks for believing in me,they quickly round up the discussion.
Mr.Yomi excitedly drives home,when he got home,he met his wife at the sitting room, watching Tv,Oh!Darling, "how are you today"?she answered him lovingly,Mrs.Yomi was eager to hear from her husband,Mr.Yomi tells her the good news,she was myriadiously happy,she hugged her husband warmly like a baby, "you're such a darling, since I had married you,my home has been progressing,I am happy having you in my life" Mr.Yomi says to his wife with pleasant tune.
He asked his wife to bring him a cup of water,she quickly rush to the kitchen to get the water,on getting to the kitchen, she brought a cup of juice,she gait to her husband with smile,she paused a bit and recumbent,"I asked you to bring me a cup of water not a juice" her husband said,Mrs.Yomi replied and said"maybe I didn't heard what you said earlier,she quickly gait back and bring the cup of water.
Mr.Yomi was seriously pressing his phone as his wife walks towards him and bend down a bit to give him the water,as she bend, the water poured on her husband cellphone including his cloth,with anger,he stood up and raise some abusive words"Are you blind"? don't you see me before bending the water"he speaks with absolute anger and left for the living room, some minutes later,his wife quietly walks towards the bedroom,on getting to the bedroom,she met her husband laying on the bed, pressing his phone seriously.
She quickly walks to him,as she kneel down behind the bed to beg him,she called him some romantic names that can soothe man's heart,he responded and said "Don't beg me"do you offend me"? he speaks the words with a frown face,he pushed his wife away and left,he picked up his car key and left for the day, it's night already,her wife was busy pondering in thoughts, thinking of what came over him,she glanced at the wall clock, it's almost 11pm,she wails and breathe down,a minute later,knocking!knocking! she already knew it's her husband, so she quickly walks towards the door,as she opened the door,she saw a two giant men, covering their faces with thick cloth,showing the shapes of their eyes,they quickly rough handle her and took her away with a car,some minutes later,her husband arrived,he keeps knocking,he observe no one is answering,then he opened the door himself,as he entered,"darling! darling! no one is answering.
Then he decided to move forward to the bedroom,he finds out his wife is no where to be found,he quickly ran to the neighbors to ask for help, few neighbors came out,and address him.
They keep consoling him to be patient, suddenly; a thought came to his mind,he picked up his phone and drove to the police station,on getting there,he keeps observing the officers like a novice, and he willingly approach one among them, which is officer wale.
"Please help me sir,my wife has been kidnapped" officer wale respond "kidnapped"? how? Where? When? 'that doesn't matter,Mr Yomi says.officer Wale told him to calm down, that his wife will come back home. it's almost 4am already,They told him to seat down,but he insisted.
"I am talking about my wife not an hen" Mr.Yomi says, but how did it happened,he narrated everything to officer Wale,he then paused a bit and breathe down,did you have threat with anyone ? Mr Yomi answered and said no,they both exchange more informative words.
While they were doing this,it's 6am already,Mr Yomi quickly went home to tell his neighbor what happened,he drove back home,while driving, it's 6:45 already,when he reached home, people are already sitting down outside their house.
They approach him with different questions,and he said,I have reported to the police and they are working on it, it's almost 7am already,he quickly drove back to the police station,on getting there,he asked for officer wale and he responded,I am here come inside.
