The Love Story of the Lord of All Flames and the Fox Youkai Chapter 1 Heaven

Of the gods in the heavens, only five carry the ultimate authority: Metal god, ruler of the East; God of the forest and beasts, ruler of the West; God of the ocean, ruler of the South; Adonis Chad - god of fire and lava, ruler of the North; God of earth and rock, ruling the center of the four directions and eight directions. They take turns controlling the sun and the moon. They are the quintessence of heaven and earth because they carry within them the power of the five most important elements that make up the universe, heaven, and humanity.

Of these 5 gods, the fire god Adonis Chad is the strongest. He can destroy an entire country and bring prosperity and wealth to that country. Not only that, but he can also turn suffering into happiness, and turn bad luck into luck, so this god is loved and worshiped the most by mankind. Temples of Adonis Chad were established all over the human territory, which made the other gods a little jealous. Any human wants to bring home the fire god so that it can bring them endless wealth, so they race to please. They wanted to be pampered by him, but there is a fact that few people know that although the fire god brings wealth and happiness to others, he is very lonely. For more than a thousand years, no fairy or girl had ever made him fall in love. Although he is the god of fire, has his heart frozen for over a thousand years? He was waiting for a girl to come to him to melt the ice.

Each god can transform into any shape like a giant or an eagle, but they also have their true form and this form does not change over time. The true form of Leon de Fuego, with a crown on his head, golden armor, iron boots on his feet, a long sword in his hand, a dagger on his belt, and a piece of white jade. The god of fire has a face as beautiful as rubies, eyes as bright as a night star, lips as red as blood, and long black hair, all the quintessence of the universe is concentrated on him. He is the brightest star in the night sky.

Many gods in the heavens, including the gods, enjoy listening to his music. But Leon de Fuego rarely plays the piano, does not have a lover, even alone, and does not need to use the piano to express his feelings.

Heaven is the reason for life that mankind always longs for, and wants but cannot achieve. Adonis Chad walked slowly through the mist, heaven was half a dream, half-real. The beautiful scenery of mountains, rivers, bamboo forests, bridges, and castles around is no longer the same as yesterday. However, no matter how it changes, it is still a boring picture, because it is just a picture in itself.

The thunder god Barrett Harold was playing chess, saw the god of fire passing by, happily walked over, stroked his white beard, and said: "It's almost time, let's play a few games of chess!"

"We played chess together for a thousand years, don't you get bored?" The fire god replied, a smile always on his lips whether he was happy or sad.

"Even that is more fun than doing nothing for a thousand years!" Barrett Harold stroked his beard and lamented: "I don't know why, the same god, your handsome face has not changed for a thousand years, and my old face has not changed for a thousand years."

"It's all to prove your identity, if you're happy, you'll instantly turn into a child."

"I don't want the gods in heaven to see that I have to use magic to distinguish my identity."

Adonis Chad laughed and replied: "You always have a chessboard in your hand, no matter what you turn into, people will still guess who you are."

"So do you want to play chess with me?" Barrett Harold said exasperatedly.

Adonis Chad did not refuse, he had no reason to refuse someone else's request. He didn't eat, didn't drink, didn't sleep, didn't practice martial arts, go down to the earth to do good deeds, even the most difficult thing could only be solved in a few hours.

Any hobby such as playing the piano, playing chess, painting, and writing poetry was his favorite, but after living a thousand years in heaven, he no longer felt interested. So, for someone who is forever young like him, killing time is the only thing he can do.

After playing ten games of chess, the thunder god Barrett Harold stood up and patted his shoulder lamenting: "Actually, there are times when I want to know what it's like to be tired."

Adonis Chad shook his head: "Leave heaven, come down to earth, meet people whose eyes show longing, then you will know what suffering is."

"It's getting dark, I have to rest too!" Barrett Harold pointed a finger upwards, and the sky instantly turned to night.

"Why deceive yourself and deceive others, there are no days and nights in heaven?"

"That's because you like to know the truth."

Seeing Barrett Harold walking in the dark and walking towards his castle, Adonis Chad stood alone in the middle of the night.

Well, without darkness, what's the point of light? If there is no pain, why pursue happiness? If there is no evil, why promote good? He lives in a paradise with no darkness, no pain, no evil, so what else is there to do?

Adonis Chad dejectedly returned to his castle, it was morning again, his castle had no beautiful scenery, no long and wide corridors, no beautiful floors, and only one room. He likes this honesty, if he doesn't need anything, why own material possessions?

Several fairies hurried past Adonis Chad's castle and caught his attention. This attraction was not because of the fairy's beauty, but because he had not seen a fairy in such a hurry for a long time.

He followed the fairies and saw many nymphs busy picking up the mud that had just been brought in, dividing it, and placing it neatly. The goddesses carefully kneaded the mud into various human figures, attached the souls contained in the jars to the clay people, and then sent molded humans from heaven to the human world.

Adonis Chad curiously approached, politely, and asked: "What are the goddesses doing?"

A goddess replied: "Recently, the world has been in turmoil, the population is increasing rapidly, and the distribution is not enough, so the Lord Of The Gods ordered us to create some more people from the earth."

Adonis Chad looks at people molded from clay, whether male or female, all have flaws, faces are too big or too small, many people are very strange, and some people have a pretty face but their body is too thin or too fat ...

"Why do people made of clay have such strange shapes?"

"Because we're not good with our hands, we have to mold too many people, so defects are inevitable." The goddess smiled.

"Then why not use magic?"

"In the past, this clay was molded by the Queen of the Gods, if she didn't use magic to turn this clay into a doll, we wouldn't be able to do it!"

Adonis Chad nodded, silently watching them busy, watching each doll life brought into the world. Suddenly he felt this was a joy, he hadn't felt this way in a long time.

"Can I play with you guys?" Adonis Chad asked.

"If you want, of course, you can!" The goddesses gave him some clay to mold.

Adonis Chad took it and put it down again: "The color of this soil is not very good, is there a whiter soil?"

"The quality of the land just now is like this, maybe next time it will be better."

Sure enough, not long after, another group of goddesses brought clay, he carefully selected the cleanest, whitest clay and began to meticulously knead it.

I stood at my mother’s open grave in the freezing rain, my heels sinking into the mud. The space beside me was empty. My husband, Hilliard Holloway, had promised to cherish me in bad times, but apparently, burying my mother didn't fit into his busy schedule. While the priest’s voice droned on, a news alert lit up my phone. It was a livestream of the Metropolitan Charity Gala. There was Hilliard, looking impeccable in a custom tuxedo, with his ex-girlfriend Charla English draped over his arm. The headline read: "Holloway & English: A Power Couple Reunited?" When he finally returned to our penthouse at 2 AM, he didn't come alone—he brought Charla with him. He claimed she’d had a "medical emergency" at the gala and couldn't be left alone. I found a Tiffany diamond necklace on our coffee table meant for her birthday, and a smudge of her signature red lipstick on his collar. When I confronted him, he simply told me to stop being "hysterical" and "acting like a child." He had no idea I was seven months pregnant with his child. He thought so little of my grief that he didn't even bother to craft a convincing lie, laughing with his mistress in our home while I sat in the dark with a shattered heart and a secret life growing inside me. "He doesn't deserve us," I whispered to the darkness. I didn't scream or beg. I simply left a folder on his desk containing signed divorce papers and a forged medical report for a terminated pregnancy. I disappeared into the night, letting him believe he had successfully killed his own legacy through his neglect. Five years later, Hilliard walked into "The Vault," the city's most exclusive underground auction, looking for a broker to manage his estate. He didn't recognize me behind my Venetian mask, but he couldn't ignore the neon pink graffiti on his armored Maybach that read "DEADBEAT." He had no clue that the three brilliant triplets currently hacking his security system were the very children he thought had been erased years ago. This time, I wasn't just a wife in the way; I was the one holding all the cards.

I was once the heiress to the Solomon empire, but after it crumbled, I became the "charity case" ward of the wealthy Hyde family. For years, I lived in their shadows, clinging to the promise that Anson Hyde would always be my protector. That promise shattered when Anson walked into the ballroom with Claudine Chapman on his arm. Claudine was the girl who had spent years making my life a living hell, and now Anson was announcing their engagement to the world. The humiliation was instant. Guests sneered at my cheap dress, and a waiter intentionally sloshed champagne over me, knowing I was a nobody. Anson didn't even look my way; he was too busy whispering possessively to his new fiancée. I was a ghost in my own home, watching my protector celebrate with my tormentor. The betrayal burned. I realized I wasn't a ward; I was a pawn Anson had kept on a shelf until he found a better trade. I had no money, no allies, and a legal trust fund that Anson controlled with a flick of his wrist. Fleeing to the library, I stumbled into Dallas Koch—a titan of industry and my best friend’s father. He was a wall of cold, absolute power that even the Hydes feared. "Marry me," I blurted out, desperate to find a shield Anson couldn't climb. Dallas didn't laugh. He pulled out a marriage agreement and a heavy fountain pen. "Sign," he commanded, his voice a low rumble. "But if you walk out that door with me, you never go back." I signed my name, trading my life for the only man dangerous enough to keep me safe.
