He came to the USA when his dad was transferred from Vietnam. He has two siblings. Richard the second-born and Daniella the last-born. Chapter 1 First Day

Max Love, lives with his parents together with his siblings. He was the older one and matched was expected of him from his dad. One day Max went into the forest when he encountered a werewolf Geng. He became nervous because he knew that they would kill him and feast on his blood. To his surprise, the leader being a lady told them to make him one of them. She got closer to him and gave him a sharp bite on his neck, she gave herself a sharp cut on her hand and made him drink the blood coming out from it. After drinking, the bite on his neck sealed leaving no trace of a scar.

He started to howl and they joined him together. He couldn't believe his eyes, he could move to high buildings with ease and speak into humans and twist their mindsets. He was happy but sad because he couldn't stand the drop of blood from humans because he would instantly change to feast on it and get strength. He became friends with them until later his brother found out the secret in the forest. He had no option but to twist the brother's mind so he acted like he didn't see them to keep their secret safe. This continued until his father spread the news that they were leaving Vietnam. He was sad because he would leave his friends behind. He went to spread the news to them the next day. They were sad and made him promise not to harm anyone with the secret but could if the person was troublesome or wicked. He agreed and hugged them and parted ways. Alice Davidson, a very young brilliant girl was the only child of the Davidsons. She babysits after school to help her parent raise money to take care of her. Her dad lost his job after the accident at his workplace. So Alice decided to babysit to get money to support the mom. The dad later finds a job as a waiter at a coffee shop. The pay was not good but he accepted so he could also support. Alice's mom is a nurse but runs the evening shift at Stanford Hospital. Alice loves her parents so much. She works hard always. She was loved by her colleagues and teachers because of the way she was. Today was a quiz day at her school, and she woke up early took her breakfast, and left for school. When she got there, she heard about the 3 new students admitted. One in her class the other in another class. She looks forward to seeing them. She left for the classroom, and she sat down as usual bringing her notepadpur with her pen when a fine dude entered the class. She couldn't believe it, all eyes were on him. Alice turned to watch him sit at the far end of the class. She was admiring him and checking him out already. The teacher entered and asked them if they were well prepared for the quiz. Richard, Max's brother raised his hand and said he was a new student and didn't know anything about the quiz. The teacher asked him to come and introduce himself and he would let him take the quiz another time. Richard walked to the front and introduced himself. He was asked to take his seat and listen to the quiz but he will do his later. The teacher started the quiz and the class became quiet. After the quiz, it was time for break, and Richard walked towards Alice and asked her to show him around the school. Alice agreed immediately and went out with him starting from the basketball court. The guys were playing basketball and Alice wasn't watching when the ball hit her head. She fell down, but Richard helped her up and started shouting and cursing the person who did that. To his surprise, there was no other person but Max, his brother he told him to come apologize to Alice. He said no and left to continue with his friends. Richard pleaded on his behalf. Alice accepted it and showed him the rest of the school. It was time for the next class already so they went inside. Everyone was staring at them. Alice felt shy because all eyes were on them. Richard sat by her this time around and started asking her about the subject. They were so locked in the conversation that they didn't see the teacher standing in front of them. Alice taps him to concentrate so that the teacher doesn't mention them to come forward and explain. Richard kept quiet and focused on what the teacher was teaching till the class ended. After the class, he offered to drive Alice home but Alice lied that she had something to do at the library. He accepted and said tomorrow he would drop her off no excuses and bid her goodbye and left.
