Chapter 1 The first Glance .

Our heroine, Amelia, spots a dashing young man across the room at a fancy gala. Their eyes meet and there's an instant spark. But Amelia knows that her high-society family would never approve of him.....

"The masquerade". Amelia and the mysterious stranger meet again, but this time at a masquerade ball. They dance the night away, and Amelia feel she's in a dream. But when the clock strikes midnight, she has to flee, never learning his name...... dramatic music intensities clears throat

"The search". Amelia becomes obsessed with finding the man from the masquerade ball. She scours the city, searching for clues and asking around. Finally, she hears whispers of a charming rogue who fits the description. Could it be him? Amelia asked! Amelia heard races as she sets out to find him. ...

"The Reunion". Amelia tracks down the rogue at a seedy tavern. She approaches him and boldly introduce herself. He's taken aback, but amused by her courage. They spend the night talking and laughing, and Amelia knows that she's found something special. But little does she know, dark forces are conspiring against them.

"The Betrayal". Amelia's wealthy family discovers her romance with the rogue, and they're furious. They threaten to disown her if she doesn't end things with him. Amelia is torn.but she can't bring herself to break it off. But when she learns that the rogue had been using her to get close to her family's fortune, she feels utterly betrayed
