The majority of people would rather plan a trip or stare into the refrigerator than face their need to deal with their loss-related emotions. They let life to pass them by as confusion, sorrow, and terror stole their future. They are already defeated; they just aren't aware of it. This is not necessarily the case. People who have discovered happiness have also discovered healing. Unfortunately, most people around the world are unsure of where to turn for help. The key to opening the door to one's own rehabilitation is in heaven.

Chapter 1 Lost

Once upon a time, in a land far away, there was a young maiden named Lily. She lived in a small village surrounded by green hills and a sparkling river. Lily was the most beautiful girl in the village with raven hair, deep brown eyes, and skin as white as snow. She had a heart full of love and hope.

One day, while she was strolling in the village, she met a handsome young prince named Edward. He was riding his white horse, and his blue eyes and warm smile took Lily's breath away. They fell in love at first sight and spent every moment they had together. Edward was kind, loving, and caring, and Lily was the happiest she had ever been.

However, their happiness was short-lived. A dark sorcerer came to the village and put a spell on the prince. Lily was devastated as her prince became a shadow of himself. He lost his gentle spirit and became cold and distant. Lily did everything she could to break the spell, but nothing worked.

One night, while Lily was lost in her grief, a fairy came to her. The fairy had a magical potion that could break the prince's spell, but there was a catch. Lily had to enter a fantasy world and retrieve a crystal that lay deep in a forest guarded by a fierce dragon. The fairy warned that the forest was dangerous and costly, but Lily had no choice but to try.

Lily set out on an adventure into the fantasy world. She traveled through the forest, past the goblins and fairies, through the rivers and lakes, and finally reached the dragon's lair. The dragon's breath left her weak, but she remembered her love for the prince and the potion that lay ahead. With courage, she faced the dragon, jumping over flames, and evading its tail. She finally found the crystal and returned to the fairy.

The fairy helped Lily create a potion from the crystal, and they went back to the village. Lily tricked the prince into drinking the potion, and the spell was broken. The prince returned to his kind and loving self, and he and Lily were reunited. They made grand plans for their future together, and their love story became a legend in the village.

Lily had found lost love in a fantasy world, and nothing seemed impossible after that. She knew that love was worth fighting for, even if it meant entering a world of fantasy.

Elodie took a deep breath and knocked, the sound echoing in the quiet corridor. A moment of silence passed, broken only by the pounding of her heart. Finally, the door snicked open, revealing a surprised Dashiell. 'Can't you see the Do Not Disturb sign? We don't want-' His initial frown quickly morphed into confusion at the sight of his wife. 'What are you doing here?' he demanded. 'Your girlfriend invited me,' Elodie replied, her voice laced with icy calm. She tried to peer past him, but his broad frame blocked the view. A saccharine voice chimed in from within the room. 'Elodie? Oh dear, we didn't mean for you to find out this way. It's just that-' Elodie cut her short. 'Oh please, Selene. Spare me the fake apologies. You wouldn't have sent me all those texts if you didn't want me to know.' Dashiell shifted uncomfortably, his face a mask of annoyance. 'What texts?' Elodie stepped past him, taking in the luxurious suite with a sardonic smile. The king-sized bed, the scattered rose petals, the lingering scent of sex – it all painted a vivid picture of their betrayal. She looked up at Dashiell, her gaze unwavering. 'I want a divorce.' ****** Dashiell lived a life of luxury, surrounded by the best things money could buy. But when a car accident left him vulnerable, he met Elodie, a seemingly ordinary woman who nursed him back to health. Mistaking her for just another employee, Dashiell entered into a loveless marriage with her solely for convenience. However, fate had a different script in store. Elodie, the 'ordinary nurse,' held a secret more precious than any diamond: she was the sole heiress to Northstar, a vast and powerful enterprise. Unaware of her true identity, Dashiell cast her aside when his ex-girlfriend returned, leaving Elodie humiliated. But Elodie was not one to be easily broken. She shed the facade of the meek nurse, reclaiming her rightful inheritance and stepping into the role of Northstar's CEO. Now, the woman Dashiell discarded was the one holding the reins of power. As Elodie thrives in her new role, Dashiell is consumed by regret. He finally sees Elodie for the extraordinary woman she truly is, realising the depth of his mistake. But will his remorse be enough to win back the heart he so carelessly discarded?
