Chapter 1 sold

It was around twelve at night when a strong argument came from an old house outside Manhattan .

" Dad, I beg you, don't make me go with those men " ... .

Cristal, a girl of only eighteen years old begs her father for a little mercy . She had been sold by her father on her birthday .

¡Crystal ! . . What do you not understand, that I hate you, that just seeing you I want to kill you, I hate your presence . What you have not misunderstood . . . ¡ Your damn mother abandoned us for going after another shoulder " ...

Cristal's tears began to fall from his eyes as he heard his father's hard and cold words .

¡ I am not to blame for what my mother has done, why do I have to pay for her mistakes ! . . He screamed with Crystal force .

Cristal's father took her by the arms and forced her to look him in the eye . . For Caesar, Cristal is only a hindrance that he was going to get rid of that same night .

" You are only a hindrance in my life as you were in your mother's life, that it was very clear to you and engrave it very well in your hollow head . . . , Crystal, you were only born to hinder, that's just what you serve " . .

Seeing his daughter's tears, César was not moved a bit, on the contrary he pushed Cristal on the ground to hurt him more .

¡ Father Why ? You are so cruel to me that I have done you wrong " . .

" Be a hindrance in my life, that, that was the evil you have done, if you had not been born, your mother would never have abandoned me for another man " . .

The hard and cold words that came out of Cesar's mouth were like swords piercing Cristal's heart .

Cristal slipped from her father's hands and fell to her knees on the cold ground, she did not stop crying . .

For the first time in his life he hated his own father . . She had tried in every possible way to earn her father's love since her mother had left with another man, but all her efforts were futile . .

Her father hated her so much that he had sold her to some men that night . . She refused to believe that her father was so cruel to have sold her ...

" Once and for all Cristal understands that you were only born to serve someone else, you are nothing " . .

Caesar continued to hurt Cristal's broken heart; He doesn't mind seeing his daughter totally devastated . . It seemed like he enjoyed seeing her destroyed .

" I do not understand why I have had to suffer so much, I could not understand why my mother did not love me a bit " . . Cristal wondered as he covered his ears so as not to continue listening to his father .

¡ You are a monster who cannot be called a father !!! . . . Crystallus with all his might .

¿ Monster ? . .Of course , ... . He responded with Burla César . .

Cristal lowered her head, and wiped away her tears, at that moment Cristal realized that she was alone in this world . .

Seeing his daughter like this, Cesar continued talking, hoping to hurt Cristal's feelings more .

" But a monster that will know how to get the most out of you . . You are too beautiful but very simple a girl " . .

When he finished speaking and hurting Cristal's feelings more, Cesar went to the front door and opened it . .

Two men dressed in black entered, both of whom looked like bad men . .

Cesar made them go to where Cristal was kneeling .

"¿ She is ? ... One of the men asked, looking at Cristal like a hungry wolf .

" Yes, they are. Isn't she beautiful ? . . The father answered with a smile .

" Not only is she beautiful, but she has a very perfect body " . . . The man commented, without taking his eyes off Cristal . .

" Well, there they have to take it " . . Caesar ordered, pointing his finger at Cristal . .

Cristal looked up and saw the two men in front of her . . His heart began to beat very hard, As if he wanted to get out of his chest . .

" Who are they " .. . . Cristal asked in a very low and weak voice . .

César listened to Cristal and with a mocking smile on his lips, he began to speak . .

" They are going to take you to paradise " . .

Hearing that, Cristal opened his eyes totally . ." What paradise was his father referring to " . . .

My world revolved around Jax Harding, my older brother's captivating rockstar friend. From sixteen, I adored him; at eighteen, I clung to his casual promise: "When you're 22, maybe I'll settle down." That offhand comment became my life's beacon, guiding every choice, meticulously planning my twenty-second birthday as our destiny. But on that pivotal day in a Lower East Side bar, clutching my gift, my dream exploded. I overheard Jax' s cold voice: "Can't believe Savvy's showing up. She' s still hung up on that stupid thing I said." Then the crushing plot: "We' re gonna tell Savvy I' m engaged to Chloe, maybe even hint she' s pregnant. That should scare her off." My gift, my future, slipped from my numb fingers. I fled into the cold New York rain, devastated by betrayal. Later, Jax introduced Chloe as his "fiancée" while his bandmates mocked my "adorable crush"-he did nothing. As an art installation fell, he saved Chloe, abandoning me to severe injury. In the hospital, he came for "damage control," then shockingly shoved me into a fountain, leaving me to bleed, calling me a "jealous psycho." How could the man I loved, who once saved me, become this cruel and publicly humiliate me? Why was my devotion seen as an annoyance to be brutally extinguished with lies and assault? Was I just a problem, my loyalty met with hatred? I would not be his victim. Injured and betrayed, I made an unshakeable vow: I was done. I blocked his number and everyone connected to him, severing ties. This was not an escape; this was my rebirth. Florence awaited, a new life on my terms, unburdened by broken promises.
