No. The question still remains Will she find out about who she is? Will she fulfill her destiny as the great daughter of The green sea? She's Erica, demigod and successor of the ocean!

Chapter 1 Erica.

Over two hundred years had passed but she could still remember that night, the night that changed everything, her life, her dreams, it took everything.

Years ago.

Whispers.

"No, I didn't kill my father, it was a mistake!" A little girl's voice echoed in a dim lit, cold hospital.

Staring at the people sitting on their various seats who couldn't take their eyes off her, murmuring before her eyes.

Erica was just on her way to get something for her mother when her late father came out from behind and suddenly held her by her neck, he tried to kill 15years old Erica by strangling her, the blue light Started forming from her fingertips radiating from Erica's body, her adoptive father became momentarily stunned but terribly shaken. He couldn't even recover his wits before the light threw him hard against the wall, while choking him at the same time.

He started bleeding from his head, nose, and ears, while breathing his last at the same time, a moment he never prepared for.

He didn't even know what killed him, and up to the moment of his last breath, he still couldn't believe what happened.

The light didn't just make her late father fly far away from her until he met the wall, but made blood rush down his head.

And before Erica could interpret what was going on... The man was already dead, leaving her the suspect.

..

"You're a witch, I told him not to let you go into the streets and this is what you go and do?" An angry woman questioned the little girl Erica, she hit her hand on the chair on which Erica was sitting causing the girl to cry even harder. Unable to withstand the woman's echoes.

" I am sorry." The little girl whispered, still crying bitterly while looking at her hands, "I didn't know what happened, I promise." She begged in her sobs, she continued to cry more, not minding how she looked.

"Get up! You deserve to die, you killed my husband." The woman said pulling her arm dragging her along with her.

"I am sorry, I didn't mean for any of these to happen, I'm sorry.." The small girl continued begging the woman who seemed to be her mother, but no! The woman refuses to listen.

"Stay here!" The woman threw her to the ground harshly, "I won't leave you today." She concludes before walking out to look for something or someone.

The girl continued crying seeing that there was no way for her out of this, she cried in pain, "It is bad to die this way, but I guess there is no other way for me, I guess today is the end of my journey in life." Erica said to herself looking up into the heavens, as drops of tears fell down her loneliness-filled face.

" Erica." She heard her name but couldn't find the source of the voice.

" Erica over here!" Erica heard the voice again.

And so Erica stood up from the ground where she was sitting and started looking for the source of the voice.

That was when Erica saw a bright light, it was so bright that it could make a person go blind.

Erica had to blink twice before she could see anything. She was even surprised she could see through such a bright light when she doesn't even see well at times.

Erica came to notice that there was a woman inside the light gesturing for her to come over with her hand. The woman was putting on a very beautiful smile.

Erica stood for a while looking at the woman fighting with her body, her spirit, and soul whether to go to the woman or not.

After a while of thinking, she decided to go answer the woman.

"After all, even if the woman is here to kill me, it doesn't matter, because I'm destined to die today anyway." Erica thought to herself as she walked forward, "Who are you?" Erica asked.

The woman looked at her, with a smile for a while before answering, "I am your guardian, my dear." The woman smiled at her. "Come let's get you out of here first." The shining woman said as she pointed at the wall.

Running to the direction where the woman pointed she loved done until her movement came to a stop.

Turning around to look at the woman she finally understood that the woman was pointing at was a well sealed wall.

"Do not look with your physical eyes but look with your supernatural eyes my dear and you will see the way!" Hearing the woman's voice she immediately did as she was told even though she was confused.

Quickly opening her eyes Erica looked at the wall again but to her surprise, it was no longer a wall for it was now a door.

'How did I do that?' Erica wanted to ask the woman, failing to hide her surprise, but she had no time for that.

"Because you are special my dear, now go. The shining woman suddenly said not forgetting her smile, like she heard Erica's thought, but Erica did not have any time to start thinking before her legs started moving again, she would not let the opportunity of saving her life go.

"Go, my dear, I will always be with you." With that being said, the light and the woman faded away.

Erica looked at the door, opened it, and passed through to wherever it would lead her.

Coming out she was blessed to see what greeted her.

It was such beautiful scenery, a view with which she will never forget or want to leave.

It was a big peaceful sea, with natural features.

She hadn't seen anything as beautiful as the sea before.

"Where am I?"

"Why am I here?" Erica asked but that question remains unanswered.

That was where she called home from the day.

She finds the sea beautiful and comforting compared to her formal home, in which there were always problems.

The sea provided food and other things she could not provide for herself.

She became dependent on the sea for every little thing she wanted.

Even before she asked for anything they had already provided for her.
