Tom, Paul, & Peter all sat at the table, plates full, stomachs empty, and hands bloodied. For the past two weeks they had tried to go about their daily routine, but the weight of what they had done was getting heavy. Paul had a change of heart and wanted to confess, Tom was so anxious, he just knew it was going to catch up to them, he didnt trust anything the others said, and Peter just wanted to hide, deny it all. *riinng, riinng* everybody jumped, Paul looked at his phone & cringed, it was his aunt. 'Whats up beautiful?' He asked.

'There's still no news, baby, Im getting real worried' was her reply. 'Did u hear me baby?' She asked after he stayed silent. 'Yeah aunty, look, I've got to go but I'll get up wit u later, love you.' He hung up before she could say it back, knowing if she knew, that those words would never part her lips again.

He couldnt take it anymore, he slammed his phone down, then he broke down crying. Peter slammed his fist on the table 'stop being weak nigga, this is on u' with rage glaring from his tear stained face he pulled out his gun and pointed at Peter. Tom backed up from the table, anxious as ever. 'My fault!? Its my fault that you couldnt get anybody but my fifteen year old cousin? " asked paul? 'Whats yo fault, nigga, ia that u knew i was hitting that young than and u aint do a d*** thing to stop me, not my fault she was easy"-- *BANG*, warning shot. "Go ahead, take me out, you'll have 3 bodies on ya hand then"--*BANG. The bullet flew past his head, he knew to be careful with what he said next. " Look Paul, brother, this (he pointed upstairs) is on all of us, & aint no way out but to keep our mouths shut, stay on some I know what you did last summer s**** & dont ever talk about it again.

He looked at Tom whose eyes darted to the floor. *BANG,BANG* 'Police, a neighbor reported gunshots, open up'. everybody looked at the door. Peter looked down at his hand, he knew this was his only way out *BANG, BANG* "open up". He put the gun in his mouth and prayed he could plead his case to God....*BOOM* he dropped, they froze, police busted in. Paul made a run for it, ...headshot. Tom grabbed for the gun & got tackled, & a mouth full of carpet. After searching the house, they found the missing fifteen year old brunette sprawled out on the floor with two bullet wounds, one to the head, the other to her stomach. Tom shouldve deleted his messages, that would have saved him from the charge or rapong and impregnating a minor. The detectives walked in...."So, Thomas, start from the beginning."
