Astra Celeny is a 26 years old well-known part-time worker in the QJ City and Village who manages to handle multiple jobs for her full-time job as a secret agent. She was allowed to accept her new mission with a salary of $3,000. Her mission was to investigate Zhen Tuazon, their agency's number one suspect of being a Mafia Boss or a member of a mafia which results in having many bankrupted companies except for Zhen Tuazon's perfume company which was silent at peace. Despite her mission being risky that it can even end her career and life, she still accepted the mission for her grandmother's sake who needs money for her monthly treatment and operation. What Astra didn't know is that to spy on Mr. Zhen safely and easier is to pretend as Mr. Zhen's fiancé and accept the contract marriage to her.

So, I married the Mafia Boss Chapter 1 My Mission

"Aren't you exhausted from having so many part-time jobs? You're getting thinner now because of your duties. Are you a robot?", my friend KZ said while her mouth is being full of the vanilla cake she was eating.

"It makes me wealthy though. Can't you see that I'm now treating you in a fancy restaurant?", I said as I snickered a little bit and pointed at all the foods on our table using the fork I'm holding.

I can see the golden chandelier's reflection on the fork and it seems to hurt my eyes so I looked back at Kat.

"Well, that's exhausting to have so many jobs.", Kat said as she continues eating.

"Eat slowly. Don't forget to drink as well. You might choke for eating too fast.", I said and handed her my handkerchief that I just pulled out from my bag.

To be honest, having multiple jobs aren't the reason why my income's increasing so high. It was because...

"Oh, I got a call. Wait for a moment, I'll go outside for a second."

"Take your time!", she replied with a bright smile and continued eating.

"How's the suspect doing?", my boss said with a gravelly voice.

My cheerful face went serious as I search around to see if someone was peeking.

"He hasn't arrived yet. I checked all over the restaurant, but he ain't coming yet. And also, I'm off duty at my part-time job so can I have a little bonding with my friend?"

"You may be off duty on your part-time jobs, but not as a secret agent.", boss

The reason my salary went high, was because of my full-time job as a secret agent.

"Alright boss. But, can I still have a bond with my friend while waiting for the...", I didn't make it to continue what I'm saying because...

"That ruby necklace."

I quickly clasped the man's collar without noticing that I did grab his collar. Such an embarrassing thing that I did.

"Who are you, miss?", he asked as I remained frozen like a human that was made of ice.

I simply ended the call and then let go of my hands to him as I put my phone into my pocket.

I pretended to cough as I tried to calm down myself.

"Oh? I'm so sorry, I just thought that you were the friend I was waiting for.", I said while not being able to look straightly at him.

"What kind of a person will grab her friend like that?", he asked again.

Yeah? What kind of person I am to do this to a friend?!

"I'm so sorry, Mr.!", I quickly bowed and walked swiftly inside the restaurant.

"You're back, Astra.", my friend said as I quickly get down on my seat as if nothing happened.

I tried to pretend to look at the menu book just to hide my face from him but I can't see him because I was hiding. Silly me.

I slowly put down the menu book at the table and the first thing that I noticed is that...

"Where's the cake?"

"I ate it all. But- I just thought that you ran away again.", she replied, and then she makes a small smile at me.

"Well, I do that whenever my boss calls me for backup for the work. I'm off duty today."

"I didn't know that."

"It's okay. I'll just order another one. The desserts' also coming after a few more minutes."

"Astra Celeny?", a man's voice came out from my back, and as I turn around, I saw that it was the suspect... who just mentioned my full name.

How did he know my name?

"How did you know my name, Mr.?"

Does he know my identity too?

"Because I know you. What else?", he replied.

What if he knows that I'm a secret agent?

Agh! I will be doomed!

"You know me?"

"OMG! This was so rare, Astra, to have a handsome man in front of you, and was even talking to you!"

"As if I never talked to multiple handsome men at my part-time job?", I responded to my friend who's now turning as red as a tomato.

Geez, if she knew who that guy was, she'll presumably be terrified right now.

"Excuse me? Can I borrow your friend? Her fiancé wanted to talk to her.", he said.

"Fiance? Since when did I have a fiance?", I annoyingly asked.

"Just yesterday."

"And who are you to talk about such nonsense stuff?"

"Your fiance?"

"You're what?"

I hastily grabbed him outside then I let go of my hands immediately.

"Are you insane, Mr.? You just asked who am I earlier, and now, you're saying that I'm your fiance?"

This man is the first suspect out of all suspects that made me mad. And he even said those non-sense words in front of my friend?

"From the moment that I knew that you're Astra Celeny, I knew that it was you."

"Huh? I know that I am Astra Celeny, but why the hell am I your fiance?"

Hearing and speaking the word fiance hurts my mind.

"I guess that I got the wrong Astra Celeny.", he said.

"I do hope that there's another Astra Celeny.", I said as I looked away.

I saw a man coming but I can't see him clearly for he was covered with the shadow of the building.

Words can't describe how I feel right now when he now stepped away from the shadows.

It was...

"Oh, my precious niece. I was about to go early to this fancy restaurant, but, no one's going to guard the house since your aunt went abroad.", Boss said as he acted like I'm her niece.

Aww... so glad to have that kind of attitude towards me. But, why is he acting like he's my uncle?

What's happening right now?

My boss walked toward me and patted my head.

"Oh! you must be Mr. Zhen Tuazon? You finally have met your fiance.", my boss said, then he chuckles.

Now, I'm being hinted at. Boss Lawrence won't pretend like this if Mr. Zhen was the suspect of killing 3 billionaires and stealing money from 17 banks as well as even having multiple girlfriends. But why am I being in this ridiculous plan? Maybe that's why Boss offered me $3,000 for this mission? Geez, I didn't know that this was coming.

I watched my fake uncle talk to Mr. Zhen as if they were close. The Boss was good at acting up.

"Uncle Rence!", my friend KZ shouted as she went out of the restaurant as well.

Uncle?

"Uncle?"

"Nah, I just called him uncle because he was your uncle. I didn't even know that my favorite baseball player was your uncle.", KZ said while turning red now.

Yeah, uncle, I mean, Boss Lawrence was a baseball player back then, he was now a coach and left the team as a player. Maybe because of his hassle schedule, I guess?

"So nice to meet a fan here!", Boss said.

Conversation's now getting longer and while Boss Lawrence and KZ were chatting, Mr. Zhen gave me perfume.

"Amoirem Rose?!"

I was shocked when I saw the name of the perfume. It was one of the most expensive perfumes in the world. I searched its name on google, and there, it said that it costs $3,000. It feels like I'm now paid by boss Lawrence. But, lucky me, this is not my salary yet. Should I sell this perfume? I'm not into perfumes though.

"Do you like it?", he asked.

To be honest... I cannot neglect this perfume. It was so rare to receive an expensive gift like this.

"Of course, I like it.", I said while looking deeply into the perfume.

He smiled at me but my face went frowning when I see him like that.

Minutes passed by...

"Oh, right, uncle, I need to go back to the company now.", Mr. Zhen

Yeah, right! Go away! Quick!

A minute later, a black car stopped in front of us.

"I'll be going home now. No one's guarding the house so I need to get home quickly.", Boss Lawrence.

"Stay safe, uncle!", I said while starting deadly at his deep brown eyes then he smiled at me.

"You must be KZ, right? Take care of my little Astra when you both go back to your apartment.", he said to my friend while smiling again.

Of course, my friend was now as red as a tomato.

She then sighed and said, "Luckily, he's not my uncle."

"Why?"

"Do you think that I have a chance on him?", she asked.

But, honestly, many female secret agents were also in love with him.

"I guess so?"

"You guess so? What do you mean?", KZ

"It's just that-"

He's not into love.

"He has so many fans that think the same about him as you do. He's a baseball player, right? And even if he had stopped being a player, he still gained fans for being a coach."

"You do get a point. But I'm luckier because he's my best friend's uncle. Uhh... Uncle? Then what old is he?", KZ

Darn it! He's just 5 years older than me, yet he pretends to be my uncle?

"He's 5 years older than us. He's my mother's youngest brother."

What an incredible fake fact made by me.

"Gosh. How long I didn't know that you were related to him? But anyway, should we go home now?", KZ

"We should. It's past 8 pm now. Let's just pack the desserts we haven't eaten yet."

"Yeah!", KZ

So, my mission is actually to be his wife huh? I cannot do anything now since that's the only way to spy on him more safely.

We finally went home and I immediately jumped into the bed even though my shoes were still on. I noticed KZ looking for something in her bag.

"What are you looking for, KZ?", I said.

"This!", she said as she quickly pulled out the C.D. from her bag.

"I bought these 10 C.D.s last week but I haven't watched them yet since we're too busy for the past few weeks.", KZ

"You bought 10 C.D.s? You spent your money on that."

"It was all horror movies so it was worthful to watch.", she then lean closer to me while holding 3 C.D.s on her both hands spread like a fan.

"Which movie should we watch first?", she asked.

After a few minutes of deciding which movie should we watch, an anonymous number suddenly called on my phone.

I stood at my mother's open grave in the freezing rain, my heels sinking into the mud. The space beside me was empty. My husband, Hilliard Holloway, had promised to cherish me in bad times, but apparently, burying my mother didn't fit into his busy schedule. While the priest's voice droned on, a news alert lit up my phone. It was a livestream of the Metropolitan Charity Gala. There was Hilliard, looking impeccable in a custom tuxedo, with his ex-girlfriend Charla English draped over his arm. The headline read: "Holloway & English: A Power Couple Reunited?" When he finally returned to our penthouse at 2 AM, he didn't come alone-he brought Charla with him. He claimed she'd had a "medical emergency" at the gala and couldn't be left alone. I found a Tiffany diamond necklace on our coffee table meant for her birthday, and a smudge of her signature red lipstick on his collar. When I confronted him, he simply told me to stop being "hysterical" and "acting like a child." He had no idea I was seven months pregnant with his child. He thought so little of my grief that he didn't even bother to craft a convincing lie, laughing with his mistress in our home while I sat in the dark with a shattered heart and a secret life growing inside me. "He doesn't deserve us," I whispered to the darkness. I didn't scream or beg. I simply left a folder on his desk containing signed divorce papers and a forged medical report for a terminated pregnancy. I disappeared into the night, letting him believe he had successfully killed his own legacy through his neglect. Five years later, Hilliard walked into "The Vault," the city's most exclusive underground auction, looking for a broker to manage his estate. He didn't recognize me behind my Venetian mask, but he couldn't ignore the neon pink graffiti on his armored Maybach that read "DEADBEAT." He had no clue that the three brilliant triplets currently hacking his security system were the very children he thought had been erased years ago. This time, I wasn't just a wife in the way; I was the one holding all the cards.

My bank account showed exactly $42.18, and my student loan notifications were flashing red. I lived in a sweltering Queens apartment with my Aunt Lydia, where the air was thick with the smell of stale frying oil and the constant threat of being homeless. Lydia handed me a grainy photo of a man twice my age and told me she had already "sold" me to him. He was a dry cleaner looking for a wife, and in exchange for my hand, he would pay off her credit cards and my debt. If I didn't show up for the date that night, my boxes would be on the curb by midnight. I arrived at the cafe in a state of panic, my selective mutism making it impossible to even breathe. In the crowded room, I accidentally sat at the wrong table. Instead of the man from the photo, I found myself facing Gerhard Holcomb—the cold, terrifyingly handsome billionaire whose family owned the very museum where I worked. He didn't send me away; instead, he studied my trembling hands and offered me a different deal: a two-year contract marriage, a two-million-dollar payout, and a strict clause forbidding any children. I signed the papers and moved into his Park Avenue penthouse, thinking I was finally safe. But when I went back to the old apartment to retrieve the only memento of my dead parents, Lydia lashed out, leaving me bleeding from a head wound. Gerhard’s retaliation was absolute—he had her arrested and her building foreclosed on within hours, claiming he was simply "protecting his assets." As I recovered in his silent, glass-walled home, I saw a call from a famous socialite flash on his phone, and a cold truth settled in my gut. I wasn't just a wife; I was a placeholder, a silent shield used to fend off the women from his past. I looked at the massive pink diamond on my finger and realized the silence I had lived in my whole life was about to become my most expensive prison. I had traded a life of poverty for a high-stakes game of shadows, and now I had to survive the man who claimed to own me.

The Billionaire's Secret Triplets: Mom's Revenge

HONEY MULLINS

Six years ago, I was a naive girl sold by my father to the powerful Sanders estate, only to be tossed onto the streets after a brutal assault they labeled "marital infidelity." I fled the country pregnant and broken, hiding from the shadow of a husband I had never even met. Now, I've returned to New York with my triplets to sign the final divorce papers and disappear forever. But Archibald Sanders-the man I was told was a crippled recluse-intercepted us with the cold precision of a predator. He didn't see the woman his family destroyed; he saw a gold-digger who had shamed his name. His security team hunted us to a grimy motel, using tactical force to snatch my children away and drag me to his glass-walled empire. In his office, he loomed over me, demanding a DNA test and threatening to throw me in prison while my babies were lost to the foster system. He was convinced I'd cheated, yet he stared at my sons with a haunting confusion, unable to ignore the stormy blue eyes that were a perfect mirror of his own. I stood there, paralyzed by his scent-the sharp tang of rain and expensive leather that triggered the icy dread of my worst nightmares. How could he accuse me of betrayal when he felt exactly like the monster who had shattered my life in that dark hotel room? "I'll sign anything," I sobbed, "just give me my kids." But the game changed when my five-year-old son hacked the tower's security, holding the skyscraper hostage to save me. In the chaos, a fragile, silent boy-Archibald's secret son-wandered into the room and reached for me as if I were his missing soul. Archibald's face turned to stone as he tore up the agreement and locked the doors. "Until I find out why my son is looking at you like that," he growled, "you aren't going anywhere."
