Chapter 1 01

Life of a teenager is full of swings, starting your day making your bed, going to school, doing studies ,making friends ,talking with strangers and witnessing a new thing every single day but what happens when your life is not your own?

When you can't live like a mere teenager? When your life isn't like the peaceful swing it should be?When you have to listen and learn from every single mistake and thing you do.

Everyday new missions ,new paths ,getting chased by cops , washing your hands off with blood instead of the bath bomb where you can peacefully sunk yourself in bath tub and enjoy your time. Well the thing is we all think that mafias and gangsters are only the characters of movies or dramas. When we hear that there's a crime somewhere we think it's just some mere robbers or criminals. When your brain is clearly fooling with you.

Getting familiar with the scent of the iron filling up her nose is now a routine. Brutality and loyalty comes hand in hand. It's either you show loyalty or you will be killed brutally. That's how she's been living for these past 14 years.

"Agent 09! Boss has called for you at noon" a hoarse sound filled her ears as she put down the pen and closed the brown notebook the covers of which were painted with bold letters "THE BLACK CARD"

You might be thinking why is she writing down this rubbish when she actually got this much of a hectic life. Well the thing is you can't blame someone when you can't trust anyone. Being the member of a mafia wasn't her dream at all. She actually wanted to live the life everyone dreamed of. She wanted to go out roam on the streets freely, interacting with peaceful nature and loving the sight of the passerby's without fearing that the person infront of her won't hesitate to kill her the next minute.

Sierra Jayne; everyone knows her by the code of agent 09. The sharpest and keenest member of the Mafia Board. Her looks says it all. Deep dark brown orbs with pink plump lips. Her nose tip just as straight as an arrow coming out of a bow. Eyes resembling as that of a deer, Eyebrows dark and thin with a pointed edge with beautiful dark oak color hair. Cheeks uplifted and her jawline just at the right point. Six piercings in her right ear while the left one was having just two. Her gait was just like as that of a model walking down a ramp. And as for her fighting skills. You can just imagine that she; by herself, is just enough for a troop.

No she was not born in the mafia household nor is she; herself got into the mafia But long story short it was a miserable tragedy.

"Lucien, let's get a divorce," I said in a peremptory tone that was long overdue, the most decisive farewell to this absurd marriage. We had been married for exactly three years-three years that, for me, were filled with nothing but endless loneliness and torment. For three years, the husband who should have stood by my side through every storm, Lucien Sullivan, had completely disappeared from my life as if he had never existed. He vanished without a trace, leaving me alone to endure this empty, desolate marriage. Today, I finally received his message: "I'm back. Come pick me up at the airport." When I read his words, my heart leapt with joy, and I raced to the airport, thinking that he finally understood my love and was coming back to me. But his cruelty was far worse than I could have ever imagined-he was accompanied by a pregnant woman, and that woman was Carla, my closest and most trusted friend. In that moment, all of my previous excitement, all my hope, and all of our shared laughter and tears turned into the sharpest of daggers, stabbing into my heart and leaving me gasping for air. Now, all I want is to escape from this place that has left me so broken-to lick my wounds in solitude. Even if these wounds will remain with me for the rest of my life, I refuse to have anything to do with him ever again. He should know that it was his own hand that trampled our love underfoot, that his coldness and betrayal created this irreparable situation. But when he heard those words, he desperately clung to this broken, crumbling marriage, unwilling to let it end-almost as though doing so could rewind time and return everything to how it used to be. "Aurora, come back. I regret everything!" Regret? Those simple words stirred no emotion in me-only endless sadness and fury. My heart let out a frantic, desperate scream: It's too late for any of this!
