Golden retrievers, Samoyeds, border collies, German shepherds; protagonists, antagonists, undercover agents, judges—the canine personas vividly acted out my intertwined history of love and hate, inadvertently saving the world. A regular high school student casually passed by a battleground, offering a faint smile as they neatly tucked away the battle-worn dog costumes back into their backpack.
