In this world, apart from the male, female gender, there are other genders. They are called secondary genders, namely; Alpha, beta and omega. The alpha male and females are at the top of the food chain, only being 10% of the population, they expel pheromones that have an aphrodisiac effect on omegas. And the experiences rut. The betas are just normal people and they make up most of the population. The omegas also expel pheromones that make alphas lose all sense of reason. The omega females are like normal beta females but with pheromones and the male omegas have wombs and are at the very bottom of the food chain. Omegas also experience heat every month. There are special medications alphas and omegas to suppress their pheromones, called suppressants. They come in pill form or in shots. I'm Makino Hinata and I'm a male omega, In my last year of middle school, I had my first heat walking home at night. Luckily there was no one on the street at that time.... or so I thought.
