Since he threw her out, he never had peace of mind. He couldn't bring himself to believe that his wife had an affair with someone else.He loves her so much that each passing day break his heart for the scenes never eluded out of his brain.
May came from a very poor background. She had no one to run to but her poor parents . She cried bitterly. She wished she never fell In love with him. She wished she never went to find a work in his company that fateful.
Just two months she left his house,he found out that it was all fake. He cried bitterly. He felt lonely and ashamed of not finding the truth rather allowing jealousy to overwhelme him. He searched for his wife for five freaking years but no hope.
After five years, the agents later found out where she was. He felt heartbroken that Broody, his friend who was also a rich Dude helped him.
He didn't waste a more time other than trying to see her. The day she saw him, hell was let loose. It was intense that May had to run far away but he didn't blink a second to allow her run away from his sight . She dejected him so much that Byran had to avoid her but that doesn't mean he was allowing her go out of his sight again. The most that made him more horrible was that he didn't know she was pregnant when she went out his house. He felt guilty each passing day. He couldn't even help her with the pregnancy. He couldn't carry his child.
May cried bitterly. She couldn't believe that ,that monster came back. The memory of how she was thrown out came back immediately as she sat down in her house . It was as as if the whole world was turning around her.
Byran thought of what would make May draw closer to him. He took that decision of making their son leaving with him. May had no option other than to follow him. He was more powerful anyway. She had to follow him cos of her son.
It was not easy for Byran in the house cos his wife kept a distance, despite the fact that they were in the same house. He continued trying his best to bring back his wife to be in talking terms with him.
The son couldn't understand what was going on but it seemed the poor kid was actually doing a good work by bringing the two together.
His childhood friend, Byran was of great help. He really did what a friend could do to his friend. Broody's parents were friends with Byran's parents. They were rich. He refused having a girlfriend after the first broke his heart. But seeing that his friend fooled a big time,he wouldn't support him. He scolded him but helped in regaining his friend's sanity.
All was a tug of war. All was not easy. All was damn crazy. But at the end, Byran regained his wife. I remembered the quote he said that fateful morning ......
" Kitten". His voice echoed hoarsely, piercing his eyes so deep into her.Giving May that goose pimple. That was the name he fondly calls her.
" Am really sorry. I regreted the day I told you to leave our house. I call it our house cos till that day up till now,I have been in a deep mess. I couldn't sleep alone".
" You couldn't sleep alone, right? You brought women, having an affair with them in the house while I was away"? She said interrupting him.
Byran had that word and shrinked. He didn't blame her cos he thought low of him. He stayed for a while before sitting on the bed.
" So you thought low of me?" He asked quietly. His bone crippled cos of that statement .
" I told you to leave our house ,means I had to be sleeping around, kitten?.His baritone voice sent down pulse into her.
" May". He called. That had been the way he calls whenever he was embittered in the soul.
" What do you take me for?. A womanizer. Well, sorry. To disappoint you. Your spirit never allowed me have an affair for six years now". He growled.
What ,was he kinda kidding her or what? She felt like a small lump got out of her. She stood looking at him. Byran bend downwards not uttering any word . She felt sorry for him for the first time all the while this was going on. He stood up and walked close to her. He held her hand and looked intensely at her.
" Kitten,I know I messed up out of jealousy. Angel, it was when u left that I knew I can't cope. I love you. I won't try that horrible mistake anymore. Please give us another chance?" He said crackingly.
She stood, those words brought hot tears as it strolled down her chicks.
" Hei,I promise never to hurt you again". He said rushing immediately to wipe away tears .

The 100-Point Divorce Plan
Gavin For three years, I documented the slow death of my marriage in a black journal. It was my 100-point divorce plan: for every time my husband, Blake, chose his first love, Ariana, over me, I deducted points. When the score hit zero, I would leave.
The final points vanished the night he left me bleeding out from a car crash. I was eight weeks pregnant with the child we had prayed for.
In the ER, the nurses frantically called him-the star surgeon of the very hospital I was dying in.
"Dr. Santos, we have a Jane Doe, O-negative, bleeding out. She's pregnant, and we're about to lose them both. We need you to authorize an emergency blood transfer."
His voice came over the speaker, cold and impatient.
"I can't. My priority is Miss Whitfield. Do what you can for the patient, but I can't divert anything right now."
He hung up. He condemned his own child to death to ensure his ex-girlfriend had resources on standby after a minor procedure. Reborn in Flames: A Reckoning To Reclaim Her Throne

"You're Julia. He's your fiancé. You're getting married soon."
I froze, thinking he was joking too.
My best friend, Vivian Green, slipped her arm through Cayden's, looking every bit like a couple in love.

Will she survive again in this second life? Five Years, One Devastating Lie
Gavin My husband was in the shower, the sound of water a familiar rhythm to our mornings. I was just placing a cup of coffee on his desk, a small ritual in our five years of what I thought was a perfect marriage.
Then, an email notification flashed on his laptop: "You're invited to the Christening of Leo Thomas." Our last name. The sender: Hayden Cleveland, a social media influencer.
An icy dread settled in. It was an invitation for his son, a son I didn't know existed. I went to the church, hidden in the shadows, and saw him holding a baby, a little boy with his dark hair and eyes. Hayden Cleveland, the mother, leaned on his shoulder, a picture of domestic bliss.
They looked like a family. A perfect, happy family. My world crumbled. I remembered him refusing to have a baby with me, citing work pressure. All his business trips, the late nights-were they spent with them?
The lie was so easy for him. How could I have been so blind?
I called the Zurich Architectural Fellowship, a prestigious program I had deferred for him. "I' d like to accept the fellowship," I said, my voice eerily calm. "I can leave immediately."
