The Nerd Can Fight
Young Adult 'You have got to be shitting me! You are fucking kidding me! A girl, you paired me up with a girl?!" .
'Go home, little girl. This is not where you belong," he mocked me and my attention flew to the big board, ticking off the time. The fight had already started.
'What are you going to do? Cry and slap me?" With that last sentence, I caved into his latter wish. I slapped him.
'You hit like a girl!" He spat. His hand reached up to pat his cheek. His palm came in contact and he winced, his eyes becoming glassy and he gritted his teeth.
'What the fuck?" He whispered audibly and the crowd went wild the minute they saw red, raw fingertip marks were visible on his cheek.
'Thanks for the compliment," I taunted with pride referring to his taunts of me being a girl.
'Still think I'm not worth fighting against?" I mocked, pretending to file my nails and I heard him growl.
I saw him advanced by the ends of my visions and the second he lunged, I side stepped him and tut him at his dubious state, 'Too slow."

Nobody would suspect the school's nerd as Pixie. 'Cause Pixie's a street fighter badass and the nerd does not have a single badass bone in her body.
The chances of people discovering this peculiar secret is close to none but of course this is where fate inserts the certified new boy into the equation and makes an exception for him. You might like
My Daddy and Uncles
Flying Soul 🦋 “Alina, you will get late for school again” I heard Dad banging on my door.
“Last 10 min” I mumble, but my eyes widen. I was with Uncle Harrison. Did Dad find us?
“Alina…” I opened my eyes, I was in my room and Harrison was looking at me with a warm smile wearing his signature suit.
“I am taking a bath” I yelled.
“Come fast, your breakfast is ready,” Dad said before leaving.
“Good morning” Uncle Harrison came to bed cupping my face he kissed me.
“Good morning” I whispered on his lips.
“When did you bring me here,” I asked.
“You were sleeping,” He said, scooping me in his arms and entering my bathroom.
“This hide and seek is terrible” I sighed.
“But it's fun” He chuckled.

Namira "Kaelyn, do you know how many guys want you?" I asked her. She shook her head, I could see a hint of confusion in her eyes.
"What are you talking about? No guys 'want' me. I'm just plain old me," She mumbled. I shook my head. I tried to grab her hand but she yanked it away.
"Kaelyn, have you not noticed how many guys check you out in the hallways at school? It disgusts me, they look at you as if you are a piece of meat." I started. Butterflies began to erupt in my stomach. "But, I'm not like that. I look at you as if you are a beautiful, smart, and funny girl. You have no idea what you're doing to me,"
Without even knowing what I was doing, I crashed my lips onto hers. I tried forcing all my feelings into the kiss, but none were returned. I instantly regretted the whole talk when she pushed me back.
"I know what you're doing Collins, and I will not be another pawn in your game." She spat. She turned around on her heels and walked away.
I leaned back against the lockers, I was about to punch something. I messed up again. When will I be able to get her to trust me?
