Lily Thompson stared at her reflection, wondering how she'd ended up here. Twenty-five, single, and stuck in a dead-end job. Her life was a mess.

"Time to find myself!" she declared to her bewildered cat, Mr. Whiskers.
Lily spent the next few days in pajamas, binge-watching Netflix and contemplating her existence. But as the days turned into weeks, she knew she needed a plan.
She created a vision board, filling it with images of travel, writing, and laughter. The board became her daily reminder to take small steps toward self-discovery.
