Tara Johanson is twenty seven years old, she's a successful career lady, but a helplessly romantic young woman. Ever since her last highschool breakup, Tara lost her believe for love. To her now, love was something that weighed you down. It reaps you off of your true potentials, and turns you into nothing. Few years after Tara was staffed at a bank in New York, her good deeds and services led to a sudden promotion as the manager of her team. Her MD then mentions that it would favor her much if she was literate in a second Language, and since Tara had a keen interest in learning Chinese, she decided it would be best if she took a tutor under Chinese. In just one month, she must have understood the basics of Chinese, so she'd be transfered to Tokyo for a bigger promotion and a heavy salary increase. She meets a young man who was learned in Chinese, and even though he wasn't the best of her options, she decided to stick with him on his certain condition. Tara must learn Chinese in a month's time, and focus on her career only. How hard could that possibly be? As long as you're determined, right? Only a few months after her promotion and her ex is back with a marriage proposal. She must learn to put her newly developed feelings aside, and focus mainly on her task. Work would stress her, family issues will arrive, and when love comes knocking on the door, Tara would be prepared. She would choose to either open it, and let love set her free of her burden and advance to the next level of life. Or shut the door close, permanently and follow the path of an old Aunt of hers.
