REBORN LUNA'S REVENGE

CHAPTER ONE

'' Luna, push harder! The baby is coming!''

Annabella screamed holding the sheet tightly as her nails dug on the sheet.

Her face was clouded with sweat and one could see the pain in her eyes.

'' Luna please push harder! 'The baby is coming out, don't let this baby die!''

The doctor in charge of the delivery stated, and Annabella wept silently.

It wasn't easy for her.

She was feeling pain in every part of her body, yet, her husband, Alpha Deaton who was supposed to be with her was nowhere to be found.

'' I'm tired, please, I want to sleep.'' Annabella pleaded as she tried to shut her eyes, but the hit she got from the nurses didn't let her shut her eyes.

" Don't sleep Luna, if you do, you will lose the future Alpha, and all your effort will be in vain.''

The doctor said, all his words sounding like faint music to her ears.

Annabella felt drowsy and pains at the same time.

'' Push now!''

The Pack's nurses didn't stop hitting her to prevent her from shutting her eyes.

Holding onto one of the nurses, Arabella let out a loud groan as she pushed.

'' Ah!''

" Push more, the baby is coming! "

Annabella pushed one more time and fell weakly on the bed gasping for air.

Her body and soul became weak and the only thing she needed at that moment was to sleep but she couldn't.

She didn't want to lose the future Alpha of Shadow Hunter's Pack.

'' I don't think she can push the baby out by herself. Send a message to the Alpha and also prepare for surgery.'' The Pack's doctor ordered one of the nurses.

Just when the nurse was about to leave, the door opened, and a heel struck the ground.

'' Excuse us for a moment,'' a voice said.

Anabella gasped softly as she could recognize the voice even if she was half asleep.

The voice belonged to Alpha Deaton's mother, Old Luna Grace.

'' You can't give birth to an ordinary child, but you can reap my son's wealth huh?'' Old Luna Grace questioned, as she gracefully walked to Annabella's side.

As she approached her side, Luna Grace closed her thighs with her designer purse and Anabella let out a painful groan.

'' My baby!''

'' Now you care about the baby that you're not ready to birth. I know that you're going to be a parasite, a useless omega the very day Alpha Deaton brought you home and introduced you as his mate.'' Luna Grace started.

" I'm sorry''

Annabella apologized, whimpering silently as she slowly widened her thighs.

'' You are sorry? If you're truly sorry, then birth that bastard out of your tummy, but before that, I want you to sign something.''

Luna Grace brought out a folded piece of paper from her purse with a fountain pen.

She nudged Annabella to sign the paper without reading it.

'' Good girl,'' Luna Grace folded the paper and returned it inside her purse together with the fountain pen.

'' Deaton, where is Alpha Deaton?'' Annabella said, her voice barely above a whisper.

'' In the Packhouse, probably announcing his plan to reject you as his mate and the Luna of this Pack.''

'' Why would he do that? Alpha Deaton would never reject me, I love him....''

She was interrupted by Luna Grace.

'' And does he love you too?''

That was a factual question.

She loved him dearly but his love was falling out.

Their marriage was on the brink of falling apart yet she believed she could make things work out well even though everyone at Shadow Hunters Pack detested her for being an omega.

'' He will learn to love me after I birth his heir. I'm sure Alpha Deaton is going to love me someday.'' Annabella said, causing Luna Grace to cackle.

" Thank you for signing the confession letter, Annabella. You embezzled your husband's company funds with Raven, an accountant in his company,"

Annabella felt a lump forming in her throat as those words dripped out of Luna Grace's mouth.

" W... What!"

Annabella screamed in pain as she could feel the pain of labor washing all over her again.

" You signed it and I'm glad!"

"No, Mother, don't do this to me. Please I...I don't know anything about it, I swear, please tear the paper, please, mother! " Annabella whimpered.

" Don't you pity your baby?"

Annabella looked at her tummy.

The pains she was feeling at that moment coupled with Luna Grace's shocking words were adding injury to her wounds.

She began to nod weakly, her mind already racing with thoughts of how she would accept the false confession Luna Grace made.

Annabella knew she was being manipulated, and that her child was being used as a pawn in Luna Grace's twisted game, but she also knew she had no choice but to comply.

As Luna Grace turned to leave the room, Annabella closed her eyes, tears streaming down her face.

She had yet to survive the pain of childbirth, and now she was faced with an even greater challenge, sacrificing her reputation to protect her child.

In the quietness of the hospital room, Annabella began to realize just how far she would go for her baby, and just how much she was willing to endure.

Everything became clear to her that Alpha Deaton was divorcing her because the love he had for her had died, and he was using her to cover up a crime she knew nothing about.

The doctor came in alone and approached Annabella.

" I'm ready t......."

She was cut short when she felt a needle piercing through her skin.

She held the doctor's coat, her eyes growing misty and weak.

" I'm sorry, Luna."

That was the word that escaped from the doctor's mouth as Annabella felt her world spinning.

She felt her body weak and paralyzed with her eyes closing slowly.

Faint steps started approaching and the only thing Annabella's eyes and ears could grasp onto was the faces and familiar voices.

Her eyes never stopped looking into theirs as they began to close slowly.

" Sorry Annabella, in your next world be a selfish person, okay? I'll try my best to give you a befitting funeral."

Her heart rate started dropping.
